Adobe Acrobat Sign

We have a widget with two email fields and want to only let the signer continue if the value of the two fields match.  We're hoping this cuts down on the typos in email addresses.  So the two fields a "Email" and "Confirm Email" but I do see a way to check that the value of "Confirm Email" is equal to "Email."1. Is there another way to do this?2. Is my formula just wrong?   Tried: fieldValue=[Email]   ... and    =[Email] ... and     if(fieldValue=[Email],true,false)Thanks.

We have been using echosign for years integrated with salesforce. Now we are trying to implement for a client.What we are trying to do: Send an agreement from a custom object using a custom email field. (The docs only show how to send to a contact from a custom object) we need to populate the recipient field with the value of a custom email field (the email recipient field appears to be able to accept a string).We have done this before using conga composer and a url parameter (AdditionalTo), however we need to accomplish this without using conga composer)Please let me know if this does not make sense.Thanks,Jason Burns

Is it possible to approve Salesforce.com (SFDC) records using Adobe Sign to auto approve once a signed Agreement has been returned?

It would be nice to have a feature that would easily allow existing documents in the "Signed Section" to be moved to the "Archived" section.

Hey Gang,Does anyone know of resources online that I can read/view to learn how to become proficient with this software? All I want to do in import an existing PDF with form fields, set it up as a template, and send it again and again for signatures. Lastly, I need to sign it too and I'd like to protect the document so there is no hanky-panky. I really don't have hours to figure this all out by trial and error.Thank you major, Oz

I have a signed document that I want to put into the file with the request so I have one neat file. But when I go to add it I get the message that it is requesting the Permission Password before I can proceed. What is this and where can I find it because I don't see it anywhere in my account.

I was able to create a signature and send it with one document successfully. Now, when I go to sign and send another it will not save the document so when it is received by the recipient it is not signed.  My signature was saved and can be dragged to the signature line, the cloud says it has been saved, but when I tested and sent it to myself the document arrives in my email without a signature.

Hi everyone,When I drag a Word document with a dynamic date field (@date /today) into Sign, the resulting document in Sign shows the wrong date (it displays the previous day). I suspect this is because I am in Australia and the Sign document references the date in the US. My region settings are set correctly, so this may be a product enhancement requirement.If anybody has a solution though. I would be grateful to hear it!

Hi I have a couple of problems issues with Adobe DC for Teams, we are a small business and keep all documents electronically and try to use electronic signature for all client documents. Form my initial conversation with the sale person Adobe DC for Teams sounded like it would meet our needs. So we have signed up to Adobe DC for teams and have added Adobe DC Standard. I have a couple of issues with Adobe Sign version included with Adobe DC. I am the Team administrator.The adobe teams does not seem to be teams, just a way to buy multiple copies of software for one business. How can I manage team members accounts, in particular adobe sign. I want to see the documents they have sent for signing and at what stage the documents are at.I was told you could do in person signing in adobe dc (adobe sign) but this only seems to be available form the android app, can this be done from the web interface like other electronic signature software like DocuSign?The features in Adobe Sign version for A

Is it possible to recall a contract e-mail?  I understand I can cancel a contract, but I would like to know if I can make it appear as if the contract never went out to begin with.

My Adobe profile and eSign profile are not in sync.  I have changed name and email address but cannot edit my profile for eSign.  When forwarding a document for signature using Acrobat DC the recipients sees an incorrect misleading name/address.Have found the eSign portal and clicked on profile icon .. name and address appear locked.  Seen other comments in forums on this about.. it appears only solution to post here and wait for a staff member to offer to fix. I'm using what appears to be standard features in Acrobat DC but the UI is extremely clumsy and un-intuitive and I'm really struggling. Thinking about going to back to a DC version from 3-4 years ago.

The support system is really designed extremely poorly. When you login to the account there is no real live help and no obvious link to any immediate help. Adobe has hidden the help in obscure places and are very evasive to provide any help.  Overall, my take is that the website and pages are fancy but really no one at adobe took the time and see if the support really address the basic feature of a help system!!! Shame on someone who called themselves EXPERT!!Here is the problem, I signed up for eSign a while ago, we do 4 documents a month. I was told by the sale representative that I should take the business version that has no restriction. I read the details and features and signed up for Business eSign. Now for the 4th time that I ma trying to use the service and send a new document for eSignatures, the online account comes up with a message telling me I cannot send a document more larger than 100 pages!! I have created a PDF and require a husband and wife on the same email address to sign electronically.If I just select 'signer' as the signing option, it only allows for one signature.If  select 'signer1' and 'signer 2' it wants different email addresses.Surely this possible, I just can't seem to work it out!?

I am currently trialing the standard adobe sign version but need to try it with Salesforce integration, is this possible?
