Someone sent me a scanned pdf but sent it in the wrong layout. How do I rotate it once uploaded, as I cannot upload it facing the correct direction. Or, how can I insert a signature label vertically?

A number of our emails from adobe esign seem to be marked as bounced in our documents history. They are not going into junk or spam. The emails are not being received at all.This all seemed to be on the 07/01/2016. It was Microsoft office 365 and hotmail bouncing the emails. The funny thing is the email account linked to our adobe account was bouncing them too.Is there an issue here with Microsoft and adobe document cloud?

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro, creating a form from my pre- existing document. I would like to add further conditions to some fields such as "read only", do I use the guidelines from Ecosign text tags. if yes, how should i edit the field names? If no, what could i do? In addition, if there is any difference, I am using a mac. Thank you in advance for your help

Hello???  Is anyone available to fix this problem.  We are losing docs and they aren't coming back.   Patients go through 20 pages to fill out questionnaire and then it goes blank.  I have very frustrated customers.  Please help us.  Thank you.

Is there anyway to remove the automatic signature line that gets inserted at the bottom of the doc for each co-signer?  I have inserted my own sig line and having two looks sloppy and redundant.  Please let me know if there is a way to do this in the settings?

How can I assign a particular e-sign agreement to a group.  I see I can assign it to "all members in my group", or "the whole organization", or "just me", but I'd like to assign it to a different group.

Are MS Word 2007 fillable forms able to completed and signed in one session using EchoSign?  I have a rental application form already developed and tested using legacy text and check box controls on the Developer Tab in MS Word.  I need to have prospective tenants complete AND sign the form.

Why can I not use my account  send for signature ? I have paid for one year until november 2016.

for some reason, i only see contracts from March 2015 on...yet i've got a whole year's worth of contracts before that...anyone have a similar issue? is there a support number to call?
