I have attached a screenshot of what the forms look like at the different stages and have also attached the original form. This form does this every time I complete it.

We have some outdated templates that we would like to delete but I can't seem to find a good way to do this. The templates were created by a former employee who's account has been deactivated. Is there any way to archive/hide/delete these templates?
Hello,We use Adobe sign for getting e-signatures and payment details for our place of employment. With the recent update to 5.0.0 we are seeing error messages with getting signatures in person. We are able to fill out the credit card details but Adobe isn't actually capturing said details and thus we get an error message. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, is there a simple fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Hello, everyone; I have a client who received an email requesting his signature. After clicking "Review and Sign", he is redirected to a page asking him to install Adobe Acrobat DC. Usually, it redirects you straight to the page to sign, and you're able to submit... Any idea why he would receive this message? He also has adobe downloaded and has been able to sign easily before....
I have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro under my company email. Then my company purhcased an enterprise Adobe Sign. My problem now is, when I signed in AdobeSign product, it takes over my AdobeAcrobatPro license thus I could Sign but I could not convert/Merge my files. My Adobe Sign-in is via an SSO integrated to Adobe, while Acrobat Pro is using my registerd company email. How can I resolve this issue and make both AdobeSign and AcrobatPro (merge and edit) available on My AdobePDF.
Why was the Download Individual Files button removed? It was a feature yesterday. I use this feature everyday in my workflow. There is a help page article showing how to navigate to it but the botton doesn't exist as of this morning. Anyone else have this issue?
I recently created a new account with the hope of merging to my old account, since I have forgotten my previous login details. Old phone number on old account too.
Hello, I have issued 2 report for clients to sign. I added in a "text Input" box and cloned this. Why does that clone any words the clients type? Kinest regards, Ellyn
Hi there, I want to have the option to send multiple documents in one transaction, get them signed, and get them back as seperate files. Now it merges into one file.I have an Enterprise-level account, but I don't have this (How can I split up a signed document back into the individually uploaded files? (adobe.com)) option in my Global Settings. Has this been removed in any update or something? How can I fix this?I really need this feature, otherwise there is no use for Adobe Sign in our business anymore. Thanks

Hello everyone, I'm actually looking for a solution for PDF signatures, Adobe Sign in Power Automate looks like what I need. The issue is that I have no idea if the people that are required to sign the document needs a licence, or I need only the one account that is needed to launch the flow in the first place to have a licence and everyone else can run the signing part "freely". I didn't seen it reading the implementation documents! Thanks for your help!
When I tried to send a doc for e-sign today on https://acrobat.adobe.com, I keep getting the error message "sorry, something went wrong". This has never happened before. When I tried to click on the 'i' (which I supposed would've at least explain what was the error about) - nothing came up. Why I'm requesting for e-sign via the web app instead of in-app is because there is no password function in-app. Why am I encoutering this error and why can't you standardise the web app and in-app features? Why am I paying so much for this faulty app?
Good morning! I changed my Adobe account email address a few weeks ago (not a new account, just a email adress change in account settings). However, the Adobe Sign agreements from the old email address persist on the Acrobat application. Is this normal? How can I delete them given that I only want to keep the agreements made with my new email address? Thank you for your response 🙂
I am encountering an issue where after I place initialing locations for the recipients on a document that requires no signatures, Adobe Sign gives me the following message when attempting to send:"There are recipients who need to sign this document that do not have a signature field assigned to them. You can go back and add signature fields or we will add a signature block for those recipients. Do you want to review or send the document?"I have previously been able to send documents for initialing only by the recipients, and I definitely DO NOT want Adobe to add additional signature fields.I am of course unable to send an important document because at this point I have no idea what the problem is. This is a pre-signed agreement that was physically scanned, so there is no signature metadata associated with it (it simply needs initials for a couple of amended sections). This has happened on two separate computers, with 2 different versions of this document (I thought redoing another and t

When I create a web form, and finish it and go look at what the link the recipient would see, all of the fields pop up in yellow where I can fill it in like normal. Except for the Name field. It doesnt ever populate. I have had to resort to using the Text box, and making that a required field. It is a quick fix but would rather have the name field be functional. Thanks
I have a situation where I need a signature from a husband and wife pair. They only have one email address. I've searched around and it looks like there was at one point a help article for this scenario, as I saw it linked in a forum post from 2019. But the link now just goes to a generic "how to set up a document for signature" article and does not address this scenario at all. If you just create two signature fields, when one signs, the signature is duplicated into the other field. If you fill in the same email address twice, and specify the second instance of the same email address is to be used for the second signature field, only one signature field appears when they open the contract. If they click the link in the email a second time to open the contract a second time to try to enter the second signature, they are told that the document has already been signed. So what's the solution to get two different signatures on one documents when you have only one emai
