Good morning,I've sent out a template many times recently but now I'm unable to send any at all. The page gets stuck in the "preparing file for esigning..." loadscreen. I've tried clearing my sessions and recreating the file from scratch. Different web browsers, different computers, to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
I have been trying for nearly a month now to figure out how to enable access to the Adobe PDF Services API and the Adobe Sign API through the adobe.io developer console, create developer account in my enterprise console and add those accounts to product profiles. I opened a support ticket, who told me to contact my account manager, who opened another support ticket for me, and after two weeks, they said I had to contact my account manager, and now its been a week of radio silence from my account manager. I have attached screenshots and you can see that the Adobe Sign API and the Adobe PDF services API are greyed out in the adobe.io dev console. You can also see that the option to add developers in the admin console for my enterprise account and the option to add developers to product profiles is also not there in my admin console. I have an Adobe Pro DC enterprise license as well as a standalone Adobe Sign Enterprise license, and while I can generate API credentials in the Adobe Sign a
When I send multiple documents at a time for signature they return with the file name changed. For example I send invoices for review and signatures; each document is saved with the invoice number and then sent through Adobe sign for signature. When the approver signs and sends them back all the file names are changed to whatever the Subject line was in the request email. I need to know how to stop this from happening; when I download the file that has been signed I need to attach it in our system with the Invoice number as the file name. I know I can manually change the name back when saving but we do hundreds in a day and this can be very time consuming. PLEASE HELP!
Hello,Is it possible to disable 'Please Sign' email notification that the signer gets when agreement is created? But still send an email when agreement has been signed. In my use case I want to show the user link that I get from 'GET /agreements/{agreementId}/signingUrl' and not send an email at the same time.
Good afternoon all, I am making this post in regards to the Well Formatted Signatures and Initials when sending requests for E-Signatures. Previously, this could be toggled off in Account Settings/Settings. However there was an update that seems to have removed this. Can anyone confirm? Am I possibly looking in the wrong spot? Please let me know if this will be returned in a future update.

Hi, I've made a webform in Sign with a lot of fields. The pdf I make it from is made in InDesign and I've made changes to that, but I can't change it in Sign - it seems like I have to start from scratch and create a new. Is there away around that - how do I change the pdf? Is there another way round it?
I'm trying to get the Authorization code to generate Access token, the following is the URL that I'm using https://secure.echosign.com/public/oauth?redirect_uri=https://oauth.pstmn.io/v1/callback&response_type=code&client_id={clientid}=agreement_read:account+agreement_write:account+agreement_send:account+widget_read:account+widget_write:account+workflow_read:account When I run the following URL in the browser it is throwing the following error -Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request Can anyone help me?Thank you in advance.
HiI have 100s of Word documents to convert into an interactive forms - a lot of them are similar and so I want to have a custom list of my own field components.; so that I can simply drag them onto my palette and they will look and behave the same (same font & properties) rather than having to repeat all the properties set up each time. I thought I could create template PDF and export as a .FDF and then import the .FDF into a new document that I would prepare and then see my custom field components, but that does not seem to do the trick. Is my idea possible in Adobe Pro > Prepare form ?
Using the Request e-signatures, file defaults as 'undefined'. Happens when I open a PDF in Acrobat and then Request e-signatures, it seems to upload the document then kicks back to the attached screen. I can get around it by removing and then manually adding the file again but takes a lot more time when doing that 20 times for different documents. Is there a way to prevent this from happening in the first place?
With the Classic Adobe Sign gui, one could select 'sign in any order', then paste a list of comma-separated email addresses in the first address field, and Adobe Sign would parse those out to individual recipients, in the order they were provided. In the "new" experience, pasting in a list of email addresses results in an error. I see no way to bulk-load a list of recipients. Is there a workaround I'm not discovering on my own? Adding recipients (our entire Board of Directors) one name at a time will add greatly to my workload on each file sent for signature, as compared to the Classic experience. For now, I'm reverting to the Classic experience, but I fear (perhaps not validly!) that it will be deprecated in the future.
I recieved an e-mail from the customer in december. Until today I was not able to sign it with adobe sign, becaus I always get the message:"Can't log in to Adobe Sign. "It says Your account has been deactivated. Please contact your support staff." There is no Call2Action like- sign without login- re-activate account- sign in with a different account How can I sign the document?
Hi Team,I am generating radio button fieds in the agreement using text tags. It always displays with the outline or border in the document. Please help me to remove that outline using text tags. Thanks in advance!!Below are the text tags that I have used to create radio buttons,{{*Radio2_es_:$sg2:$1rv2:$tt:$fs:style(cross)}}{{*Radio2_es_:$sg2:$2rv2:$tt:$fs:style(cross)}}Definitions:{{#sg2=signer2}}{{#1rv2=radio(accordingly)}}{{#2rv2=radio(other)}}{{#tt=tooltip("Please review and sign")}}{{#fs=font(size=9)}}I have attached the screenshot of documents (before and after signed) as well for your reference
I've been using Adobe Sign for about 4 years now and have always been able to select a field in an agreement I want to send for signatures, hold down the CTRL and select multiple fields. Now, all of a sudden, I am either having a hard time selecting a field in the first place, but the feature no longer functions. There is oviously no real time support, so I'm hoping someone can hop onto this thread and let me know if something has changed in the past month where this feature is no longer available? And if so, what is the new method of selecting multiple fields?
Hello, I apologize, this is my fourth post about my issue. I don't mean to sound discourteous, but this is a time sensitive problem for me. I currently have a fillable form contract that I was able to create with this software. After months trying to learn and understand javascript and basic Adobe software, with help especially from these forums, I thought I had the document perfected. I was mistaken. Completely out of the blue, I am encountering problems with required checked boxes when sending for e-signature. The original checked box does not show up as checked when printing or sending the document. Also when sending for e-signature directly to the client it will blot out the original checked box and now require the user to check the remaining box in addition to the their signature line. Also, any optional check boxes do not show up as checked either. I have removed the 'Required' contingency from the form and while it will n
More often than I would like, I upload documents to AdobeSign, and only after I am at the page where I manually add signature fields, etc. (more on that below) do I notice that something is wrong with the document I uploaded, or I remember I forgot to say something in the message field. The thing to do would be to go back and upload a corrected version of the document, right? Or go back and add something to the message field? Wrong. There's no "back" button to fix anything. Once you've moved to the "review and add signature fields" page, you are screwed if you find a mistake. You have to go all the way back to the beginning and start from scratch, including typing in the recipient e-mails, uploading the documents, typing the subject and instruction message, etc.NO SOUP FOR YOU!Is there some hidden way to back up, and I have just missed it? And also, why isn't there an option to set "review and add signature fields" to be the default? I ALWAYS w
Can i get a report to see the last login date and time per user in the admin console or in the adobe sign ?

Dear community,As Adobe Sign user, we want to use the full power of the platform dragging & dropping files directly on the web platforme. Our use case is concerning Microsoft Word format documnet (DOCX). We've a footer in our document who is formated with a "Nexa" font who seems to be unknow by Adobe Sign. The result is a font replacement when document is automatically converted from DOCX to PDF by Adobe Sign.Is there a place (configuration) or a way (process) to make our specific font known by Adobe Sign. As information: we already tried the "embed font" option from Office 365 Word application and it doesn't fixe the problem. We don't want to convert DOCX to PDF outside Adobe Sign because we loose the agility of the automatic conversion.Best regards,-Jakob
I have created this simple Interactive Form via Adobe LifeCycle Designer 11.0 (I am using that not not AEM because we use SAP S/4 Cloud that is the tool provided and at some stage I may hook it up to SAP but not now)... So when I open it on my Samsung Phone that has the latest Adobe Reader and click on one of the Interactive dropdown fields etc it says "Error This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows". But I have the latest version of Adobe Reader. So why can't I interact with the form on my mobile device - it works on a Laptop ? I have even tried it with Adobe Pro on a Samsung Phone and same error. Strangely it works on an Apple phone just using Apples' native app. Also it does open and I can interact with it via the FoxIt app on my Samsung Phone. So works on a Latop, Apple phone and a Samsung Phone but only via FoxIt. But not on a mobile with Adobe ??.
I'm at a loss. I can't open or manage my own document that is signed because of a mystery password. This is despite being the originator, sending documents out for signature and being the adminstrator of the account. I don't know what to do and really don't want to resend all my documents.
Hello, I use an E-sign template for contracts at work. Last year when i made the contracts i was able to click on auto size, whether it was a text box or dropdown box and the text would auto size to fill the space. Now, even when i select autosize, nothing is happening. If anyone has any idea why, i'd love to know. There is no option for multi line data entry on the drop down function. Thank you Caroline
Can Adobe Sign/Workflow automatically send a user a secondary set of documents based on values/checkboxes answered in the first document the signer would have answered and submitted back to the author? Example new facility is signed on to sell x product. As the owner of the facility I sign the contract and indicate I have x amount of employees. I sign and send that 1st doc back. Adobe sign would read the doc and see if have indiciated I have X amount of employees as indicated by the origianl doc, now adobe sign needs follow on documents that would've been triggered by the original document that was signed and returned.
I've created a web form for a specific agreement. The first recipient fills in the necessary information and then it is passed along to the next recipients for their signature. Upon testing, those signature fields are ignored and recipients are forced to sign on a separate page from the agreement, instead of the desired signature fields. What would be the reason behind this and how would I go about fixing this? I'm on an enterprise account with admin access. Blue, black, orange, and purple are participants 2-5, so it correctly goes to Participant 6 as it should but the rest is incorrect.
We are a software developer who have integrated our software with Adobe Sign (Cloud) to assist our users to easily send documents for signing. We have our software copy the email addresses of all signers (separated by a semi-colon) to the Windows clipboard, and in the classic experience interface it worked great when pasting the email addresses as it would separate each email address into separate individual signer recipients. Now Adobe Sign defaults to the new user experience, and that does not work at all. It is now much more difficult and time consuming to define signer recipients. If a user has an individual Adobe Sign account, there is an option to switch back to the classic experience, but that is not an option by default for business/enterprise accounts who are paying more! In addition, unless you have admin rights to the account you can't change the global settings to permit switching back to the classic experience. This is a major issue that if not resolved quickly will undoubt
