Hello, I apologize, this is my fourth post about my issue. I don't mean to sound discourteous, but this is a time sensitive problem for me. I currently have a fillable form contract that I was able to create with this software. After months trying to learn and understand javascript and basic Adobe software, with help especially from these forums, I thought I had the document perfected. I was mistaken. Completely out of the blue, I am encountering problems with required checked boxes when sending for e-signature. The original checked box does not show up as checked when printing or sending the document. Also when sending for e-signature directly to the client it will blot out the original checked box and now require the user to check the remaining box in addition to the their signature line. Also, any optional check boxes do not show up as checked either. I have removed the 'Required' contingency from the form and while it will n
More often than I would like, I upload documents to AdobeSign, and only after I am at the page where I manually add signature fields, etc. (more on that below) do I notice that something is wrong with the document I uploaded, or I remember I forgot to say something in the message field. The thing to do would be to go back and upload a corrected version of the document, right? Or go back and add something to the message field? Wrong. There's no "back" button to fix anything. Once you've moved to the "review and add signature fields" page, you are screwed if you find a mistake. You have to go all the way back to the beginning and start from scratch, including typing in the recipient e-mails, uploading the documents, typing the subject and instruction message, etc.NO SOUP FOR YOU!Is there some hidden way to back up, and I have just missed it? And also, why isn't there an option to set "review and add signature fields" to be the default? I ALWAYS w
Can i get a report to see the last login date and time per user in the admin console or in the adobe sign ?

Dear community,As Adobe Sign user, we want to use the full power of the platform dragging & dropping files directly on the web platforme. Our use case is concerning Microsoft Word format documnet (DOCX). We've a footer in our document who is formated with a "Nexa" font who seems to be unknow by Adobe Sign. The result is a font replacement when document is automatically converted from DOCX to PDF by Adobe Sign.Is there a place (configuration) or a way (process) to make our specific font known by Adobe Sign. As information: we already tried the "embed font" option from Office 365 Word application and it doesn't fixe the problem. We don't want to convert DOCX to PDF outside Adobe Sign because we loose the agility of the automatic conversion.Best regards,-Jakob
I have created this simple Interactive Form via Adobe LifeCycle Designer 11.0 (I am using that not not AEM because we use SAP S/4 Cloud that is the tool provided and at some stage I may hook it up to SAP but not now)... So when I open it on my Samsung Phone that has the latest Adobe Reader and click on one of the Interactive dropdown fields etc it says "Error This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows". But I have the latest version of Adobe Reader. So why can't I interact with the form on my mobile device - it works on a Laptop ? I have even tried it with Adobe Pro on a Samsung Phone and same error. Strangely it works on an Apple phone just using Apples' native app. Also it does open and I can interact with it via the FoxIt app on my Samsung Phone. So works on a Latop, Apple phone and a Samsung Phone but only via FoxIt. But not on a mobile with Adobe ??.
I'm at a loss. I can't open or manage my own document that is signed because of a mystery password. This is despite being the originator, sending documents out for signature and being the adminstrator of the account. I don't know what to do and really don't want to resend all my documents.
Hello, I use an E-sign template for contracts at work. Last year when i made the contracts i was able to click on auto size, whether it was a text box or dropdown box and the text would auto size to fill the space. Now, even when i select autosize, nothing is happening. If anyone has any idea why, i'd love to know. There is no option for multi line data entry on the drop down function. Thank you Caroline
Can Adobe Sign/Workflow automatically send a user a secondary set of documents based on values/checkboxes answered in the first document the signer would have answered and submitted back to the author? Example new facility is signed on to sell x product. As the owner of the facility I sign the contract and indicate I have x amount of employees. I sign and send that 1st doc back. Adobe sign would read the doc and see if have indiciated I have X amount of employees as indicated by the origianl doc, now adobe sign needs follow on documents that would've been triggered by the original document that was signed and returned.
I've created a web form for a specific agreement. The first recipient fills in the necessary information and then it is passed along to the next recipients for their signature. Upon testing, those signature fields are ignored and recipients are forced to sign on a separate page from the agreement, instead of the desired signature fields. What would be the reason behind this and how would I go about fixing this? I'm on an enterprise account with admin access. Blue, black, orange, and purple are participants 2-5, so it correctly goes to Participant 6 as it should but the rest is incorrect.
We are a software developer who have integrated our software with Adobe Sign (Cloud) to assist our users to easily send documents for signing. We have our software copy the email addresses of all signers (separated by a semi-colon) to the Windows clipboard, and in the classic experience interface it worked great when pasting the email addresses as it would separate each email address into separate individual signer recipients. Now Adobe Sign defaults to the new user experience, and that does not work at all. It is now much more difficult and time consuming to define signer recipients. If a user has an individual Adobe Sign account, there is an option to switch back to the classic experience, but that is not an option by default for business/enterprise accounts who are paying more! In addition, unless you have admin rights to the account you can't change the global settings to permit switching back to the classic experience. This is a major issue that if not resolved quickly will undoubt
Hello Community, Can someone guide me on how to write a simple query to create batch agreements for the following: Contacts"Eligible for Credits" = true (checkbox) This batch creation is not as easy as the salesperson made it sound! Thanks, Steven
Hi,We are not receiving adobe sign notification when we send out documents for signature and when the document has been signed. All the required boxes under "personal prefernces - My Notifications" are checked in. The support staff (ob chat) isnt helpful and has wasted almost an hour with no result.
Dear all, Everytime I try to send a document for signing, the page gets stuck on the uploading to cloud storage page before timing out and saying it can't connect to the adobe server. I've unistalled and reinstalled and upgraded to pro. Nothing is working. The troubleshoot options useless too? Any ideas?
We are developing an embedded form (widget). When the signable form shows on our client's website the signature block is always showing at the start of a new page. So it effectively turns a 1 page doc into a 2 page doc and the is a big gap at the end of page 1.This happens even when the content is short and the signature could easily fit on the first page.Is there a way to display the signature underneath the rest of the content (i.e. on page 1) and not have it always add a new page?
I have signing authority for multiple people in my office. (To add their signatures to documents once they have given approval to do so) I can't seem to add more than 2 signatures to the Fill and Sign section. It only givens an option for 2. Is there a way that I can add more? Currently I have to add the others in via the option '+image' Thank you.
When I place a comment in a document, after typing my first word in the comment, which shows as Arial 14, which is what I want, as soon as I hit the SPACE KEY to type the next word, the text of my first word becomes very small as does all the words I type after. This happens in all my clients' documents that I edit. What is the fix for this? Again, I have set my comment text to Arial 14 and it starts out Arial 14 until SPACE KEY is hit, then text becomes small. This is not fixable by any of the suggestions in threads I've read here. It must be a new fix. I've been using Adobe since 2000, so I'm familiar with its quirks, but this is a new one. Several members of my editing team across the US and UK are suddenly experiencing this (we are not on the same network and we use Macs and PCs).
I have been testing the integration in Dynamics 365 of adobe sign. So far it works well for me, but Spanish is spoken in the region where it will be used. So it would be necessary for Dynamics 365 to also be in Spanish, but I have an instance of Dynamics 365 in English and Spanish, but all the Adobe Sign options are still in English (see image). There is a way to change the language or do the translation at least?.
i want a different signature each time person signs same document not autofill on adobe sign

Page limits make zero sense in a digital age. My computer does not get full of pages, it gets full of bytes. I just had Adobe self-sign refuse to accept and certify a 3 Mb (megabyte, not gigabyte) document signature and save as read-only. The document is a journal, comprised of short text pages and zero images. In what universe is a 3 Mb document too big to handle? This is a major Adobe fail. Any suggestions (I have Adobe cloud at $700/year as an individual creator, so "upgrade your account more" is not a reasonable answer.
I have a document that is password protected that I signed using the iphone app. It is still showing in my documents "waiting for you" area. When I check it, it shows as signed. Not sure how to move it out of the waiting for you area.
Hi Adobe,Let me explain my scenario where I’m stucked in Mac desktop application, I have a mobile application where the private key is stored securely. I want to push the certificate to the keychain securely from the desktop application and through API call desktop app will get the certificate from the mobile app. So while pushing the certificate to keychain I am unable to change the private key reference to my C++ dynamic library (dylib) so that when I click on the certificate from the adobe certificate signing list, this dylib will get called and it will perform signing on the server side as it happens similarly in cryptographic token but I’m not using any hardware here.First thing where I’m stucked is how to list my certificate on adobe pdf signing because it is without private key, it is not listing the user certificate but i am able to add the certificate in login keychain. Second thing how I will give reference of my .dylib file which will help in performing signin
We all got new Apple PowerBooks with Apple Chip end of 2023 running Somona 14.2.1Usually we use e Signatur included in Desktop Version. This is not running anymore. A white box appears and Acrobat hangs up.Adobe Sign web version runs without any problems. This is our emergancy plan because we use actions for workflow and now we have to start on desktop version then open Adobe Sign to finalize. Anybody an idea? Thanks. And: happy new year!
I recently uploaded and sent a documents for signature. The form has some errors in it and I want to cancel it. I am one of the signers and the document was sent to me as the first signor. However, as there are errors, I want to cancel, but the option to cancel does not exist. Only "decline" to sign which will notify the other signors. I would prefer to quietly terminate the document and reissue it. Please tell me how I can do this. Thanks.
