Adobe Acrobat Sign

I filled out a form for the government which required a digital signature handled by AdobeSign.  I filled out the form, signed, then entered my email information for adobesign to send me a confirmation of that signature. The following email stated: You are done signing "name-of-form-here". The Agreement is fully executed. You can open the final document to review its activity history or download a copy for reference.  The link supplied to "download a copy" and/or open the document links to a dead link. "null". I've tried to open this link on several platforms with no success... My biggest concern is, if the email confirms that the agreement is fully executed and the document has been signed, even though I cannot open the document...Can I rest assured that the originator received the document based on the "Fully Executed and Signed" statement?  

Hi,I'm facing a problem regarding e-signing document that is previously downloaded from Adobe Sign.So:After a document is downloaded from Adobe Sign (and previously also signed via Adobe Sign Software), I am unable to sign the same document digitally but via certificate on Adobe Reader.The option: Digitally sign (when I open PDF document), is unavaible (to click and opt for)/inaccessible. Is this a general problem (all documents downloaded from Adobe Sign Softvare are "protected" this way) or this depends on a type of Adobe Reader license I own on my PC? Thank you in advance.

Our company has had an Adobe Sign account for some time and it's the web-only new interface. We created a new subscription so another manager can use the same app and features. However when they log in, it's an old interface that looks and acts like Acrobat Pro.  We understand we can accomplish the same tasks, but it's not what we thought we were paying a monthly fee for. A representative alerted me that not all Adobe Sign subscriptions have access to the new interface and that will take a few updates for this to occur. For simplicity and consistency, we would like this to happen sooner than later. The new interface-Adobe Sign is much more user friendly and easy to navigate.

Hi everyone, I have a problem with with accounts. I'm an admin for a company where users have licenses to there accounts. yesterday i made a connection with azure for SSO but now i have the problem that there are 2 of each user in the system the old with the license and the new one. Is there any solution that could help with this? 

Hello  how can i do it where i send someone a document they delegate it to someone else to sign but insted of me getting it back it gets back to the person that delegated it, for them to sign.

I have an Adobe sign document created. I need the person to sign it BEFORE we talk and have that signature time stamped. Then I need the person to sign AFTER we talk and have that signature time stamped. Is there a way to have the same document with two signatures and two different time stamps? If so, how do I do it? I didn't want to have to create two different documents.thank you

I have signed an agreement through the email I received. I am using Adobe acrobat to track the agreement(https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/). I have enterprise license. When I click on 'Documents' and select 'All' to see all documents, nothing is opening except a blank screen. But in recents tab, I can see the agreements. If I select any agreement from recents tab, it says you do not have permission to perform this operation and this is all regarding to online website. When I use the application, it works fine and I am able to track the agreement I signed. I would like to know the fix for the website. Thanks 

I would like to change the default message which appears when I want to "Review and send" a document for e-signature. The default message now is "Please review and complete {name}"I'd imagine the {name} would be a variable based on the document name, but it is not. The recipient gets an email that says exactly: "Please review and complete {name}"How can I change this? Many thanks

I cannot open the link to an e-signed Social Security document that Adobe Sign sent my relative. I noticed that the two "Open Document" buttons included are just plain text and do not include an actual link. My relative does not have an account with Adobe Sign so they can't log in to see the document. Is this an issue that Adobe, Social Security, or Yahoo should handle? I have also tried Firefox, Chrome, and the Mail app on Mac.

I have a document that requires an Initial and Date on each page then a signature at the end.  The audit trail only acknowledges that the document was signed and does not acknowledge that every page was initialed.  Is it possible to show that each page was initialed without adding a signature to every page? Thanks

I would like to implement Adobe e-Signatures in our contract workflow.  Is there a way to disable "attach PDF to email" when the e-signature process is completed?  Our contracts contain sensitive data and should never be emailed.  A link to download the completed contract is appropriate in this scenario. 

Hello,I have created a 9-page document with signature required on 3 pages. However, even though I added signature fields on each of the mandatory pages to be signed, an e-signature lands on the last page. It is the e-signature where you see the email address the document was sent to. I need the signature (with validation) to appear on each of the 3 pages. I hope my question is clear enough. Because of confidentiality issues, I had to redact a lot of the document that I added for visual support. I will greatly appreciate any help you can give me. Sorry if there was another poste like this one, I did not find one. Thank you. Michèle 

Is there a way to make a signature field required only if a certain value is entered in a field and if the signature is required to have the document then routed to the person that would need to sign? I've attempted this but it two things happen: 1. Adobe Sign adds an ugly signature block at the bottom (there's actually documentaiton that this is supposed to happen for some reason). 2. The form goes to the conditional signee whether or not the value is entered. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.Thanks!

I'm trying to get Data Mapping & Merge Mapping to work with Salesforce & Sign. While the tutorial videos and documentation explain how to map fields using text tags (e.g. {{field_name_tag_id}}, it doesn't explain how this process works using Adobe Sign Document Templates.With Sign, you can just click and drag form fields onto the document itself, name them, assign properties, etc. But the documentation doesn't explain where or how to reference those fields in Salesforce. I've attempted to use the field name and reference that as a mapping, but no luck.I have yet to try using the field tags as mentioned in the documentation. I'm going to do that to confirm that I'm not missing anything else.I just wanted to know if it's possible to do field data/merge mappings from templates in Sign and how.Much appreciated!

I set up the proper tab order/work flow in my Acrobat form, and sent it to someone to fill out the fields and eSign. Adobe Sign completely re-ordered the tab order so that the flow didn't work well.  The tab order should remain undisturbed when converting from Acrobat to Adobe Sign

When editing a (or creating a new) Merge Mapping I can't seem to find any of the new custom fields I created a few days ago in salesforce under an existing custom object. The Adobe request e-signatures email suggestions is suggesting a personal email address instead of their business email address. I was able to delete the suggestion using the X to the right of the name on the web interface; however, the suggestion still comes up on the desktop application interface. I was hoping the change would propagate to the desktop app after a day, to no avail. I have also tried deleting the address from the list in the registery entry: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Workflows\cServices\cSendForSignature\cUser\taddressList; to no avail.Any idea how to get rid of this suggestion in the desktop app?

HI, is there a way that I can create a totally different dynamic "document" in the web form?Our scenario is, in the customer portal, we will display the contract with prefilled values. The customer will only sign it. When i tried to create a web form, Adobe is asking to upload a "document" which i believe is static document. But in our case, this document itself is dynamically changing (different company logos, property details, customer details, rates, etc.)Please help!

The flow was based on "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature"In SharePoint a user can select the record. Use the flow trigger that sends 2 sign agreements and a welcome letter. The agreements have dynamic values from the SharePoint record and have worked well until 2 days ago. The flows work but can not edit the flow or save the flow.   Also, in the Adobe "Create an agreement from a library template and send for signature" action this is also throwing errors and if removed and saved the action will not open at all. Any idea what changed. Nothing on my side has changed.

Hello!I have an issue where one of my people uses Adobe Sign to send PDFs for signate (as expected), but when the recipient opens the document and then selects the option to download the document as a PDF file, the resulting file has "encrypted" in the name. Is there a way to configure things to download a file that is not using encryption? During the creation process, the checkbox to apply a password is left unchecked, so I am not sure where to exclude encryption comes into play because the recipient is being prompted to enter a password on the downloaded PDF file. Can someone offer guidance?

Has anybody tried importing the signature date/time into Dynamics 365? If so, can you share the format you used please? We have run out of ideas internally. Thanks in advance

What i want to know if is there a way of making the selected component work with objects that are not supported in the standard way such as 'Opportunity' 'Account'... etc. My businness requirement is to allow service agents to send documents from the Case screen. If i build a lookup relationship from Case to Agreements will it work?
