Adobe Acrobat Sign

I am trying to send a 17mb PDF for e signature, but the messge comes up with "Your docuemnt exceeds the maximum size of file supported for your subscription level.  Please try a different document or contact your account administrator".   I have Creative Cloud subscription and I thought I was the account administrator, but I can seem to see any options in any of the settings.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks

I've been unable to get a resource webhook to fire.The initial verification request was successful. When creating the web hook I set"scope": "RESOURCE"subscribed to AGREEMENT_ALLset the resourceId to an agreement id."resourceType" : "AGREEMENT""state" : "ACTIVE" I can view the webhook from the adobe sign admin web app under the "Webhooks" tab. The status is active. On signing or performing any other action against the agreement the web hook is never called and, as far as I can tell, no attempts are being made to call the web hook. If I manually create an ACCOUNT webhook, this works fine with agreement actions are triggering calls to the web hook. NB I've deleted the web hook I created manually. Any ideas as to what I missing would be greatly appreciated?    

Hey everyone. My team is working with a client that needs many agreements signed, and I want to use Adobe Sign. There are a couple of things we need from adobe sign, and we need them simultaneously: The ability to send a document to be signed by multiple signers in a particular orderThe ability to auto populate fields in a PDF with signee information (like agreement number and organization name... etc.)The ability to send out multiple forms to be signed at once Adobe Sign offers each of these features, but it looks like you can't use them all at once. You must choose which ones you want to use. I've been searching adobe support forums and I can't find an answer, and when I try to set it up myself, i still can't get a clear answer. I was wondering if someone knows how to accomplish all three of these features in one send.

I need five signatures, and a prior approval is needed for one signature. If I identify the sixth person as an approver, will it hold up routing to the other four signators?

Is it possible to decline as an approver, and enter a note, but still keep the agreement moving forward?And the signer can see why the approver declined. 

I have suddenly stopped receiving an email once a document has been fully signed by all recipients. I was getting them up until last week and I have not changed any settings.Is this a bug or is there a setting somewhere I need to check?

We have a Word template which utilizes text tags to assign all the required fields for Signer1 (the Customer, who is always the first Recipient) and Signer2 (my company, who is always the second Recipient). While Signer1 is a unique address from offer to offer, Signer2 is ALWAYS the same email address - an email node which several members of my team monitor, as there are many contracts coming in which require signing. Is there a method to use text tags within the Word template to preassign the value of Signer2 to the email node (such as groupbox@mycompany.com) so the people sending out contracts (there are hundreds who do this) do not have to use the More Options process just to enter the email address of Signer2? It would be a tremendous time saver and prevent errors in the Send for Signature process if we could simply enter the Signer1 email address in the Recipients field of the Send for Signature panel and click Send, instead of having to click More Options, enter both email a

I currently have Adobe Pro licenses and need to sign two files that are over 100 pages and 10MB in size.I have already seen the limits with the different licenses, but I need to know if there is any other option to sign these documents.We are talking about files of: 349 pages and 42MB, and another file of 206 pages and 7MB.Is there any solution to be able to sign those documents, even if it implies a change of license?Thank you very much.

Good Morning, So were having an issue with signing documents that we receive from external sites, when we receive docs from external sites and go to sign them, it then asks us to log in with a different account so we try and do that, then when we do this it tells us the account is deactivated. ( we do not have adobe sign where a DocuSign Shop). How do we sign these documents? I saw an article about sign-in errors (link below) but wasn't sure it affected receiving sites  about  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-users-sign-in-error.html. Please advise how we are supposed to sign receiving documents when it tells us our accounts are deactivated and we are not Adobesign users?

Is there any way to use advanced sharing in developer account ?

Hi, I need to export a list into Excel of all the people who have a pending agreement to sign. I would alos love to be able to search for a specific person to check if they have signed. These seem like basic functionality that should be obvious--please help. Thanks

We have a group called FA. The users originally added to it when we first got this service can select FA in the Send From drop down list in the Send tab. I just added a couple new users last week to the FA group, but they only see greyed out Default Group (Primary Group) in the Send From drop down list in the Send tab. Is there anything else I need to configure for those users so they can see both the FA group and Default Group (Primary Group) in the Send From drop down list? Product is Default Adobe Sign - Enterprise Configuration. All user IDs are Federated IDs.I included a picture of where I am talking about. I'm an admin and added myself to the FA group, but it doesn't appear for me either.

I have a Adobe CC all apps subscription with my primary email id, however my Adobe Sign email is stuck with an older email ID and is sending that email in all outgoing PDFs. I want to change that to my primary email id as well, but cant login to the echosign portal with either the new or the old email id. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Adobe request for e-signature not working. I'm able to add all the emails but can't move forward.  I am able to click on the "Specify where to sign" but nothing happens.  Any advice would be helpful. 

When a user is removed what happens to their acrobat sign files? A previous user has outstanding signature requests that we would like to delete.  

Hello,I sent a document out for my client to sign from a templet, (I sent several of the same templet to different people within the same hour of each other), and for one of my clients she said a name was already in the signature field when there shouldn't have been. She submitted it, and when I looked at it the name is there but there is no time stamp of when it was recorded and it is popping up as a link, which I will not open. What would cause this? No other people had this issue. 

I'm creating an agreement for signing via the REST API. I'm doing this by creating  transient documents and then creating the agreement with the transient document ids.I've noticed that the agreement document ids differs from the transient document ids.Furthermore, when the agreement document is signed the agreement document ids change again to new values.As a result of all these different ids I'm finding it difficult to maintain a reference between the local documents sent for signing with the documents on on Adode Sign.Is there a means of cross referencing agreement document ids pre-signing with post-signing ids?

What are the differences between these?  Transactions, storage, features? One is Acrobat and the other isn't?  It seems difficult to find in Adobe.

My account used to be part of a corporate group account, but now it is personal again.  Since the change, the send for signature function is not working.  Please clean up whatever wires are crossed in the back end to allow this feature to work.  In my account info online, it tells me "Request E-signatures not available for the profile you selected"

Hello together, I just implemented Adobe Docu Sign in our Salesforce environment. In our contract templates there is a checkbox our customer can set as an optional value. We do not have a direct connection to a field in Salesforce.How can I implement a checkbox field to an agreement template (Word template)? Unfortunately I couldn't find anything in the Adobe documentation.Thanks for your support!

I work for a manufacturing company that uses Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) that I'm looking to digitise. The ITPs require multiple signatures at each manufacturing step in an ordered sequence, where the same signer needs to sign at different points (e.g. Signer1 > Signer2 > Signer3 > Signer2 > Signer3 > Signer1). Each step cannot progress until the appropriate signer has signed and released the previous one. I am currently handling this by adding signers in sequence at the design phase, which works well, but Adobe Sign treats each entry as a different person - how can I get it to recognise them as the same person at different points?

The PDF I am trying to sign will not fill in my digital signature, even if I select it. It just sits there. I've cleared cache. Rebooted. Still doesn't work. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro. What else should I do to resolve this?

A user is unable to send documents for e-sign and is getting the alert that the document is over the 100 page limit. As the document in question is only a two page invoice this is not the actual issue. This issue has been posted before with no response or resolution, has anyone seen this issue and achieved any sort of resolution? On a previous occurrence the user was able to download and re-name the documents but this has no longer worked.
