Adobe Capture

I'm not having any luck getting Capture to sync to my libraries and I've tried all of the suggestions in other posts (at least the ones I could figure out). I don't see any of my new patterns or shapes in my cloud when I log in, so they're just not saving to the cloud for some reason. I've tried forced syncing, open in Photoshop/Illustrator, logging in and out, restarting...If there's anything I'm missing or someone has a solution I would be ecstatic!Thanks,Lisa

How do you resize a word logo as a pattern in Adobe Capture? When I go to pinch the image and it gets smaller, I let go and it goes to it's original size. Please see attachment. Note: I'm a novice; please be kind.Thank you!

Good BUT when you vectorize the image you see white pieces when exported fix that because I do it better on the web 

How to apply smoothing on colour picture in capture? 

When I open the app, I can capture materials, but when I click to continue or try to go back, the app closes and doesn´t work.My mobile is a Xiaomi MI 10 Pro, with MIUI 12.What cna I do?

I posted earlier regarding an issue about how my captured images are displaying in my CC Libraries.That said I decided to uninstall and reinstall Adobe Capture on my Android phone. It now is not functioning at all - keeps stopping and when it does capture a shape it doesn't allow me to choose a CC Library to save it to - it defaults to and shows me a folder from 2019. 

I have been using Adobe Capture for 2 years to Capture original hand drawn line drawings. Wondering if there are suggestions (or settings I can adjust) to get a result closer to my original lines. There is no shading involved (like a sketch might have) but results often look pointy & more digitized than I'd like. I have experimented with camera distances, lighting & cropping. I then place in Illustrator via my CC Libraries.

Where can we post / request features (aka uservoice site for Capture)?

I have to use the Adobe Capture app for school. Every time I try to sign it, I get the error message "we're experiencing server problems". I've tried looking up what that means, but all I get are results for connectivity issues. I don't get any of the error messages that show up for those. I tried restarting my phone but that didn't work.   

When I capture material for 3D the default size is 2K.  Is it possible to capture at a higher resolution such as 4K as that is better suited to close up renderings.

I am hoping somebody can help me resolve this -  I literally had about 1000 Adobe capture assets as well as about 70 Adobe draw assets on my iPad Pro and when I tried to open the app it forced me to read login and when I did, creating a new password all my assets were gone from both apps. I'm hoping somebody can help me and that they are not in fact truly are gone. Thank you.Michael Karshis

Hey,  Anybody know why this random image is replacing the image I'm working on in capture just before saving!? I've restarted the app and it's still showing this - it looks like a stock image? I've never seen it in my life.

All I want to do is work on a photo I've already taken and make adjustments to it using Capture. I don't wish to take the photo in Capture mode and then work with it. Does that make sense? What am I doing wrong? Once in Capture, all I get is the option to take a shot with the phone and then do stuff with it. And that's not what I'm after.

I love Adobe Capture. It has seriously helped me so much as an artist to covert simple one-line drawings into beautiful vector files.  I always use "Shapes", then I refine, and then I go to smooth. Smooth is where the problem is. I personally never turn the Smooth to "On" because I have found that leaving it "off" still applies a small but perfect amount of smoothing. However, my problem is that when I go to smooth it always says it cannot apply smoothing and I should refine the shape. I always make sure that my phones have free RAM when I do this. This happens to me on a Samsung 20 Ultra and also a Google Pixel 5. I CAN get this to process on my IPad Pro but when I use that, it will always leave a small, random, artifact in the picture as soon as I go to smooth section. Please HELP! 

I created a pattern which is transform by Adobe Capture app by i-Phone.But I only can save it as jpg file on the phone.How can I save vector file (SVG) by Adobe Capture on the phone?I want to use it on other app but not adobe apps.

I have turned off smoothing in the smoothing areahowever I still get smoothing, more and more, every time I open a project to add or modify details till the project image is almost unrecognizable. how do I turn off ALL  smoothing on save until I am finished modifying the project

Hello. I have a Galaxy A10 (Android 9) and the play store say: "Your device isn't compatible with this version". And the phone use a really new android version. And it is updated. I expected that a app like that was compatible with my phone.Why I can't download it?

I've been making a lot of patterns with Adobe Capture for Iphone. Now I find that some of these patterns are captured with incredibly low resolution (202 px sq), which renders them useless. Many are 640 px sq (adequate, usually, so far).  Many are 2048 px sq (This is what I want them all to be, or at least, as high as possible).  My workflow usually is that I take a picture of some object using the camera within the capture app, which them slices and mirrors it into a pattern, and then I save the resulting pattern from Capture to creative cloud. Doing this makes the pattern accessible to photoshop in a pattern library.  Sometimes I use capture for iPhone to generate a pattern from a picture that I took with the iPhone camera (this is an iPhone X) apart from a different source of the picture my workflow is the same.  The vast majority of these are *not* vector patterns when made in capture. A small minority of my patterns probably less than 10% are made in Photo

I am attempting to install the Capture app on my iPhone 6. when I tap the Capture icon. it goes through a loading message, then installation, but I cannot open the app. It continues to go through loading again and installation again, but never actually opens on my iPhone. Does anybody have a solution to this problem? Thanks!Danny Frodin

Hi 🙂 I made a lot of beautifull patterns in Adobe Capture and i would like to use them in Spoonflower as fabrick designs.The problem is that the resolution is to low to make the patterns clear when they come back as print swaches.I know that Adobe Capture is now inside Photoshop. Is the export resolution better there ? If not when will this be improved apon ?  Or ist there anything i can do to improve the resolution as it is ? Warmth´s from Tine this is the picture i use in Capture  And this is the picture after itś ben modifyid in capture
