I need to re-locate all of the files in my Premiere Pro project. Unfortunately, Premiere Pro uses its own window instead of the native OS window.Even more unfortunate is the fact that if anything is located in cloud storage in the 'Library' folder within the user foler, you can't access it. Double clicking on 'Library' doesn't work. Furthermore, in the sidebar it doesn't even show up. I feel like if the software really has to use its own dialogue box, it shouldn't have inferior functionality to the native OS one...

Hi, I’d like to report an issue related to a simultaneous work of Google Chrome and Premiere Pro I’ve had of late.Of course I understand that it might be a Google problem so I should report to Google but I actually did and Google seems to ignore it, because I sent several reports and wrote to their support forum half a year ago and they are dumb.The problem I have is as follows. When exporting from Premiere Pro ( 25.6.4 in particular), should I start watching a video on ANY site except for Youtube (i.e. having a web player different from youtube one), the export in Premiere Pro stops. It does not freeze Premiere Pro - I can close the export window, go to any tab, and another export will start alright until I play back a video again on any site. During this export halt my CPU, iGPU and dGPU load is reduced to 0 (well, obviously the CPU still has some load, but it’s minimal, like 4-5%).I know that Google uses some video rendering pipeline of their own in Chrome (ANGLE + DXVA / D3D11) and

First of all, to clear this out, here’s the screenshot:So you can see the program files VST plugins folder is included in the search. But Premiere Pro find nothing there, and shows only the VSTs found in the COMMON folder. I certainly can copy the plugin files there, but I don’t want to.Here are the contents of my VST folder:… with the corresponding VST modules inside. And here’s the plugin not seen by Premiere Pro inside Davinci Resolve (Supertone is there too): And I hit Rescan several times, checked and unchecked the force rescan and so on. Hi Adobe Community,I’m looking for guidance on creating a caption preset in Premiere Pro that supports multiple languages. My goal is to streamline the process so that I can apply consistent formatting across captions in English, Spanish, French, etc.Specifically, I’d like to know:If you’ve had English captions translated to other languages you probaly have seen the text either grows or shrinks depending on the language. I want to ensure the text has room on the screen and is displayed long enough to read in any language.In the Text window of Premiere when you select Create Captions, there are a number of parameters that can be set and saved as a preset. I’m looking to the optimal setting for generating SRT files that can be translated to various languages.Any advice, step-by-step instructions, or examples of multilingual caption presets would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance,Paul

This doesn’t happen during every session, but from time to time the mouse cursor does not do what I am trying to do.  When I am chagning a value by moving the mouse sideways, it highlights the numbers instead of changing them.  And when I try to lasso something it just won’t do it.  After about five seconds it will then act as intended, and then about five seconds later will not.  Sometime re-launching makes it go away, but not everytime.  This is only happening in Premier and no other Adobe apps or in the OS.I’m in the middle of several projects and I don’t want to update yet.V 25.6.4Mac OS 15.7.1M1 chip

We just installed latest version of Premiere 2025 (25.2.3)  and it's not possible to render "only software" using CPU. And it's a problem cause our workstation and workflow is based mainly on working usinh our threadripper instead our GPU. Anyone had this problem? PingFang SC font is an original font of macOS system. Other fonts can be displayed in Premiere Pro, but Pingfang font cannot be displayed. I have tried to roll back to version 25.1, and this font（PingFang SC） can be displayed normally. I hope this issue can be fixed in the next version.

So today I tried to open a Premiere Pro project that I’d spent many many hours on, only to find it was not among my “Recent” documents files. Everything I’d worked on in the last few weeks was missing. On navigating to the project file and opening it, I found that it was completely empty -- all my imported files and sequences were gone and my timeline was empty.  I checked my auto-save only to find that over days of work, there were apparently zero auto-saves made of the file.  So it looks like I have to do a week of work over again. Does anyone have any idea how this happens?  Do I have to keep multiple copies of every Save in order to prevent this from happening again?This is maddening.

Peace to allI'd like to ask if you could please help me understand why Premiere is playing my .scc captions at the wrong frame rate.My sequence and my sequence settings are both 23.976 fps and my caption file is also 23.976 fps. Why does Premiere show it as 29.97?Even more important than fixing this, I need to know why it's happening, because I need to be sure it won't happen on the OTT streaming platforms also.The SCC plays back in sync with my video on the Subtitle Edit app. The problem seems to be with Premiere (2023 on Mac). I'm certain I've never used any other frame rate with this project for editing or for exporting.Thanks so much!Robert 

On a video im using multiple lumetri effects to color my image. I use masks to select the subject, add shadows etc. When I scale the video AFTER doing all of my lumetri effects, the masks assigned to the lumetri effects dont scale. 

I’m having an issue where if I copy a chunk of a caption and then overwrite the text, the new caption copy loses all of the formatting, so I have to reapply the font settings (size and font style) which is very tedious. Please fix it. It worked a week ago. 

Hello, I use Premiere Pro to edit webinar recording which are an hour long. I auto generate the transcript and then have to gor through the transcript in PP to correct typos etc. As you know, this requires me to double click the text to go into edit mode, edit and then click out to go back to play mode. With a recording an hour long this can take a whole day. A solution, in my head, would be to have the option to open the entire transcript for editing whilst in playback. All I would have to do then is space bar to pause, edit, space bar to play, keep going... It would save a huge amount of time. Or does this exist and Ive just missed it. If someone knows better than I your wisdom would be greatly received. Thanks, Matt

YouTubeなどを中心に動画編集をしているエディターです。恥ずかしい話、そこまで音の編集に詳しくなく、ラウドネスなどを気にせず、これまで編集をしてきました。 今回、担当している動画の納品書をいただきまして、そこにモノラルでラウドネスを-14LKFS（LUFS）と指定がございました。 チュートリアルなどを見て、ラウドネスの正規化を使用して-14LKFS（LUFS）に合わせようとしましたが、実際は-14.21LUFSという数値になりました。 書き出しデータをPremiereに取り込んでエッセンシャルサウンドのラウドネス一致から測定しています。 こちら、ラウドネスは一致していなくても大体合っていれば、納品して大丈夫でしょうか? また、モノラルの書き出しも意外と初めてで、オーディオの取り込みはモノラル、ソースオーディオを1chにして書き出しているのですが、合っていますでしょうか?ソースオーディオを2chにしても、モノラルで書き出せるみたいなので、こんがらがっています…(モノラル=1ch、ステレオ=2chくらいにしか、あまりわかっておらず…) ご確認よろしくお願いします。 

How do I create a simple dotted line in Premiere Pro?  I'm able to draw a solid line with the pen tool, but how do I make it dotted?  This must be easy and I'm missing it.  Thank you!

I’m getting “Error Code: 1609891835 - Premiere Pro could not start audio playback” on specific timelines after downgrading a project from v26 to v25.5.Here’s what I’ve done so far: Deleted all media cache files from Premiere and ~/Library/Cache Changed playback device to Adobe SRT in Preferences Tried different sequence settings (ProRes, H.264) Reinstalled audio drivers The issue only happens on sequences edited in v26, even after downgrading. Video plays, but audio fails with the error above.System:macOS Sequoia 15.3.2MacBook Pro M3 Max, 48GB RAMPremiere Pro 25.5Any help troubleshooting this would be great—I’m unable to edit my recent work.

In the 2021 Premiere Pro version, I used to be able to clear a marker while the video is playing. But I can’t do that in Premiere 2026.Can this be fixed please?

I need help brainstorming this issue and hopefully providing a solution for this. I’m filming and making video board graphics during a soccer club’s media day. I’ll be using a Green Screen background but unfortunately the soccer clubs kit’s that the players will be wearing have a prominent amount of a mix of green color in the jerseys.Is there any way to key out just the background and not the elements of the jersey beside painstakingly masking each clip? Let me know if anyone has experience with this or an alternative method that would work!
