Adobe Scan

adobe scan 카메라를 사용하려면 앱을 전체 화면 모드로 전환하십시오. 라는 메세지와 함께 사용할 수 없습니다. 카메라 권한도 허용되어 있고 셀룰러 데이터도 허용되어 있습니다. 아이폰 13 을 사용 중이기 때문에 전체화면이 아닌 상태로 켤 수 없고 전환도 되지 않습니다. 어떻게 해결할 수 있을까요?

Need a document scanner, that can be controlled directly by Acrobat Pro to do the scanning process, that is Mac compatible. Have used Fujitsu high end flatbeds under Windows that worked directly with Acrobat Pro. Have not tried a Twain compliant Epson DS 77 II [did not work] and a SnapScan IX1400 [also did not work]. And had to send both scanner back. I do not want to use the scanner manufacturer software to control the scanning and I do not want to resort to the Mac OS Image Capture to do the scanner and then move the PDF into Acrobat Pro. Since I have seen it in the Windows world [with a 2015 vintage Fujitsu scanner and Acrobat Pro], I have not been able to find a Mac compatible scanner that the companies say will 'actually' work with Acrobat Pro in this manner. Appreciate any Mac users who can confirm that the have a scanner model that can be run/controlled/etc directly by the Acrobat Pro program.

iPhone iOS 18.5, latest updates. Adobe Scan folder inside iOS Files app shows an error.  Get Info for folder shows error message, couldn't communicate with a helper application. Click download now and get error, cannot download. Open the Adobe Scan finder and can see all files. Can open and view files in the Adobe Scan folder. All folders inside the Adobe Scan folder also show same error and cannot download now.  But I can open these folders and see all the files. Can see all files from Acrobat online.  No issue there.Not having this issue with any other cloud based file system from the Files app. One Drive, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, all working fine.  Only Adobe Scan folder and sub folders have this issue.Adobe Scan is working and files are uploading to Adobe. I just cannot download now or sync an entire folder of files in the Adobe Scan folder.   I have to select one file at a time to view them.  Also, the files have

Hi,I seem to have lost all my previous scans in the iOS Adobe Scan app.I have tried to sign out and sign back in: No previous scans.I have deleted the app and reinstalled: No previous scans.I have searched in the online version: No previous scans.I have tried checking with other accounts: No previous scans. I really need those scans, since some of them I hadn't saved them yet anywhere else.

I thought Adobe scan is included in creative cloud but the scans not saving to folder and shows i'm a random user than the paid account. It does not offer login but just asks to pay for Scan Premium

Please fix all my data and slow me to access now because I'm stuck over here and need to my that pdf. Not being access

Adobe requires me to go full screen to use the application and I don't know how to set full full screen option on the application 

How can I import files into Adobe Scan? I have the files saved in my phone memory (downloaded from Camscanner & saved to Local Folder).

My primary email was changed, the mobile app refuses to allow me to change the "sent from my email". Still stuck on old invalid email address

After the most recent update, the scanner isn't working. It says "switch camera to full screen mode" while there is no way to adjust or change it, and it appears to be in full screen mode? I've done everything from deleting and reinstalling the app to checking all the settings, and nothing seems to be working. Any recommendations? 

Perdi todos meus documentos após mover para uma pasta (Adobe scan). Tinha mais de 20 arquivos 

I was Just scanning some documents and after saving It, i found some of my files were missing, without any rhyme or reason... They were available but then they Just disappeared and I really need them. There are still some files left but I still lost some very important ones. Help plz

Hi! The problem is easy to describe. All of my scans have disappeared for no reason. It happened about a month ago, maybe a bit earlier, thought this was a connection bug, but now I see it is all gone and my cloud seems empty as well. Though I haven't made any manipulations with the files whatsoever. Any advice or help is much appreciated!

Hello, new user here.  Is there any way to automatically make each document I scan with my phone save to my computer without manually sending it there?  Preferably straight to OneDrive.  I have figured out how to send it to one drive by manually and individually for each file selecting where to send it to. But this seems combursome.  I can't find a 'save to' setting.  Thanks! 

Hi, I checked yesterday on my mobile app and noticed that ALMOST ALL OF MY SCANS DISSAPEARED They were there just last weekend, and I remember checking on Friday and seeing all of my files there. What happened? I never deleted anything. I tried- signing in and signing out - deleting and downloading the app again- look at my adobe acrobat I could not find the missing files anywhere. Please help ASAP!!
