Adobe Scan

How can i get to scan more than 25 imagen in my adobe scan app for Android? Do i need yo purchase the app? I couldnt find this opción. 

Why does scan sometimes create what looks like a duplicate file?  Exact same name two entires in scan list but if you delete one, both disappear?  

I am using iOS and adobe scan. I am logged into adobe scan. If I go to the iOS files app and to the main start screen that shows the Adobe Scan drive. and I navigate into it. I am asked to authenticate and sign in and then it briefly seems to sign in and show me the files and then I'm kicked back out and asked authenticate again. This happens over and over in an endless loop. how do I resolve this? The reason I was doing this is I'm trying to get a copy for back up of all of the PDF files. Adobe Scan is made. I can pretty easily one at a time seem to send a copy of elsewhere, but I can't just grab an entire folder and copy it to my iPhone or to some other location. This is because of the endless loop bug mentioned above. Can someone tell me how I can quickly get to all the files that I've scanned?

Hello!I'm thinking about cancelling my Adobe Scan Premium subscription as I don't need the premium version at the moment. But then I will also lose access to my cloud storage. Is it possible to regain access to the cloud storage and the documents stored there if I reactivate my premium account someday?Best wishes

Hi,I seem to have lost all my previous scans (from the past few months) in the iOS Adobe Scan app.I have tried to sign out and sign back in: No previous scans.I have deleted the app and reinstalled: No previous scans.I have searched in the browser and local files on my iPad: No previous scans.I really need those scans, since some of them I hadn't saved them yet anywhere else. After contacting Adobe Support they referred me here since Adobe Scan is no longer a supported product.Anyone who can help me out here? I'd really appreciate it!

I just had to replace my iPhone because I lost mine. When it restored the iCloud Backup, I had to relogin to Adobe Scan (all my passwords restored automatically) and all the folders and all the folder structure doesn't show when I go to View All Scans? When I go to View Recent Scans, it shows my most recent scans. This is weird and just wondering why it's not showing all my scans in the folder structure I had set up? please help me out. Thank you.

My scanned and saved file was facing an openning error issue "Unable to open file". This operation couldn't be completed. (DCFSFileSystemErrorDomain error 5.)I cannot send the copy of file as it couldn't open and after that my file was gone.Please send help as it is an important file. 

Guys, I need a filter option that can remove shadows. Grayscale doesn't get it done. I know Adobe can do it because numerous other scanner apps already do it and some are practically free. Am I missing a setting option or something because portable document scanning with a phone is highly impacted by environment.

Hello, I am using Adobe scan from my Iphone. I have updated my email address to my IU account, but when I sent emails, it is still saying the email is being sent from my Yahoo account, although I've changed my primary to IU. Please help me fix this or explain the underlying issue.

When emailing document links from scan, it sends from my personal email address and I can't change it so they're sent from my business address, which is also my account address. How do I fix this?

I canceled my free trial but still got charged,why?

I've just used Adobe scan mobile app (redmi note 😎 to scan 368 pages, having enough memory on my device. While cropping images afterwards I received system message, which said, I was running out of memory. I deleted 5+ Gb of apps and other data, so I could continue, but then the system message appeared again. When I looked at app data, Adobe scan got 9+ Gb growth. I totally don't get it, why has it become so large? Yesterday I scanned three other separate docs with 300+ pages combined and didn't have such issues, having even less device memory. After all, there no drafts left, I couldn't even save the photos, three hours of work in vain

Vor 2 Jahren habe ich mir ein Adobe-Abo mit einer anderen E-Mail-Adresse gemacht und nie bemerkt, dass ich weiterhin Dokumente mit meiner alten Apple-ID über Adobe Scan speichere. Nun möchte ich natürlich mein Adobe-Abo für alle Apps bei Adobe Scan auch nutzen, aber weiß nicht, wie ich das ohne Verlust der Dateien ändern soll. Ich bitte um Hilfe.

Why did my file size increase with Adobe Sacn app in one day?!On 3/7/24 I used Adobe Scan app on iPhone 12 to scan and email 16 pages. I got a message that said file is too large, 31.1mb to email. On 2/27/24 I used the scan app for 26 pages and the file size was 18.3mb. Same documents only 10 more pages of the same documents. On 3/5/24 I scanned 16 pages of the same document to email and the file size was 12.2mb.I use 2 form documents for my business that are 132kb and 46kb blank and 225kb and 170kb when filled in. The Scan App is so convenient for my business. Please help!

I have a scan of over 439 scans but it won't save as PDF. I can't lose these scans.
