I changed the device I cannot recover my adobe scan data on the new device.  How to recover it

I'd like to make two feature requests: It seems that Adobe Scan (I'm using it on iOS) is aligning the pages by identifying the corners. In my experience if often misidentifies outer edges of book pages if the book which has been opened has hundreds of pages (ends of other pages are visible on sides). I would much prefer if Adobe Scan identified the text lines and aligned the pages so that lines would by horizontally straight. That would save time when scanning (less manual aligning of pages) and it would also make reading documents more comfortable and the OCR results more reliable. Pages of larger books also tend to bend towards the middle of opening of a book. I'd love to see Adobe Scan compensating for that bend.

Hi All, I had many scans over the years. However, all of those have disappeared suddenly. Kindly sugggest how I can get it back or how I can reach out to a customer care executive for adobe scan

Hello, i had mistakenly deleted files from Adobe scan and seriously those are important documents for me . How can i get back them? In my both andriod hone Adobe scan is blank , no single document is there.

I have enabled camera use, but when I open Adobe Scan on my iPhone (IOS 12.1.2) I open to a nearly blank, mostly black screen with the message "an unexpected error occurred." None of the marking on the screen responds to touch, although touching the black canvas area moves the reticule. What might be going wrong?

Hi to the adobe team. I'm facing a serious issue. I have been using adobe scan for quite a long time and i have scanned numerous documents in the app, but all of a sudden I'm unable to see my scans. Those were the most important docs of my work. I request the adobe team to look into this matter seriously and help me get all my scans back. Let me make it clear that i have been using the same ID all over the time. So kindly don't make an excuse of some useless thing. You ought to help us. A number of people are going through this issue which is serious. My email is er.jaspreetmech@gmail.com and my apple ID for adobe scan is er.jaspreetmech@icloud.com. i would love to hear something positive from your side.

Hoping someone can please help with this saga! I've been paying for premium for.... years. For about the last year (i haven't used the app much this year but thought it could at least keep my relatively insignificant amount of data) the app has given me this bizarre error message: But it recognizes i have Premium: i have files that i kept uploading into the app, thinking it would resolve, but no, they keep pending. i finally talked to adobe support. They had few ideas then said i needed to talk to Apple since the app was downloaded from the App Store. I talked to Apple support, and they said i needed to talk to Adobe. I talked to Adobe and their only idea was to delete the app, but i didn't want to lose those files forever. They "elevated me" to a higher level of support that could do nothing more, but required me talking to them on the phone for longer.then i figured out a way to save all those, went through the hassle, deleted the app, and reinstalled it. Guess wh

"Dear Adobe Support, I'm writing to request a refund of Rs. 800 that was debited from my account (29 June) despite a supposed 7-day free trial. When I approved the autopay through GPay, I assumed the payment would be deducted after the trial period. However, the amount was deducted immediately, and my premium access only started three days later.I've attached the relevant screenshots and proofs for your reference. Please investigate this issue and refund my money as soon as possible. My Adobe account email is kartikbarwal0@gmail.com. Thanks  you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,Kartik Barwal Proofs

I have been trying to save a scanned file for two days now, to no avail. The app says it is "saving the scan as pdf" for hours on end, crashes at some point and when I try saving it again, there is an error message "An unexpected error occured: The file does not exist". Forcing the app shut does not help either. Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Hi! Looking for some help/guidance. I recently upgraded to Iphone 15. When I logged in to Adobe Scan app using same email id,  can't find any of the files. Checked by logging into Adbobe web account as well. The folder is empty. Please advise.

Gracias

I've been using adobe scan on my phone since 2018 and today when I logged in all my files dissapered. The only ones left are from last week, but I've had scans in there since 2018 and have never had this problem. Please help me!

It would be great to include "YYYY.MM.DD" format to the default file name suggestions (i.e use periods between the different numbers).  When I use the supplied functions within the app, it defaults the Month to the full spelling (i.e. May) instead of the numerical month (i.e. 05).  The app suggestions would appear  "2024.May.11" instead of "2024.05.11".  This date difference also helps in sorting file names more chronologically.  I feel this adjustment would be a welcome addition to your Adobe Scan app.

I have the same problem with an iphone 13, I was scanning sharp images upto a couple of weeks ago now the letters look thick and blurry hurry up the fix I have legal documents to send out

As indicated above

I've been using Adobe Scan on my IPad Pro (2021) successfully for over a year. Mainly to scan music and documents. A few days ago I went to scan something and the image quality/resolution of the scan was significantly less than usual. I tried just using the iPad camera app and the pictures taken with that were just fine. I can import those into Adobe Scan and proceed from there but that's a hassle. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue or has any ideas why it's happening.

Often take photos and share to scan app but lately some photos won't launch app.  Photo just "moves back then forward" and app doesn't launch?? I can go to scan app then select photo, select more photos then same photo and it will come in. why the inconsistent behaviour?

Hello all. I would like to uninstall the Adobe Scan app to create space on my Android phone, but will doing this also delete my scanned documents that get saved to the cloud (automatically I think)?   Thank you,Ellesy
