Hello, I am facing a problem with the 2 latest versions of Adobe Scan for Android. The issue is the following... I scan a document with Adobe Scan. Everything is fine, I crop it, I adjust it and I apply a filter. Then, I select the "Cleanup" feature in order to erase content from the document I do not want...After I finish erasing, I tap on the blue tick (✔) button to save what I have erased.The document inside the Adobe Scan app seems fine and the changes after the erase are there.And finally, I tap on the blue "Save as PDF" button and the document saves as pdf. Here is the problem I am facing: After I save the pdf, when I open it even inside the Adobe Scan app and on Acrobat, all the things that I have erased, using the "Cleanup" feature are not erased!!!And they are still there, on the final pdf. It is like the Cleanup feature did not work at all or did not save anything!! This issue happens since the two previous versions of Adobe Scan. Today I updated to t

I lost my mobile and want to delete my documents or logout from my previous device. How to do it?

I can't find any scanned files (hundreds of documents) and sometimes I surely save the scanned file but didn't save it! Please help recover the files and fix my account!

When sending Files from Adobe Scan to Xero Adobe Freezers

Today I did a scan but since I was in a hurry I didn't fix the margins. About 2 hours later, when I tried to do it, I got a message saying that it is not possible because the file must have been created with another program, which is not the case. How can I solve that? I no longer have the scanned document in my possession and it is badly cut by the automatic detection of margins

Today no files which i have scanned and saved in adobe scan is not showing in my phone. Plz tell me how to retrieve those scanned files.

Oi! Eu gostaria de saber se posso usar o Adobe Scan para digitalizar desenhos para serem editados em softwares que não pertencem à Adobe como o Gimp, Inkscape, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo, etc, com a finalidade de criar trabalhos com fins comerciais. Se a resposta for "não", o que eu devo fazer para usar o Adobe Scan com essa finalidade que eu desejo? Obrigado.

Hi Adobe, I jz subscribe 7 days trial, u really bad apps, I cannot cancel from google subscription, and u charge me the money, also dont let me contact u for refund. I need refund immediately, what a noob apps, I will report this adobe. 

If I re-edit the created PDF with Adobe Scan, the image quality may deteriorate, and in some cases the text may be distorted. Also, the characters targeted for OCR are changed. Can this issue be improved?

How can you have more than 1 signature to sign with? William Ware 

I used Adobe Scan app on an Android phone (Samsung Galaxy A13) to scan documents. When I tried to uplaod these scans to a website, I received a message that the website can't read the scanned documents because they were not in English. All the documents I scanned were written in English.  Please help

Hello I am using the android version of "Adobe Scan: PDF Scanner, OCR".I have constructed a DIY book scanner which opens the book/document in V shape and a mobile phone is attached to a stand and scans the pages with this app. an antireflexive glass is placed onto the opened book also in V shape so the weight of the glass is straightening the pages (so the scanned page is between the book itself and the glass) so its not wavy but every line straight, the whole page straight.So this part is perfect.What may not be perfect is the orientation of the mobile phone in the stand ( the x, y, z axis).But! i think there is something going on with the Adobe scan app too. Look at the photos.On one photo you can see how the page looks like on the phone screen before taking shot. notice the upper part with green parallel lines - the upper part is straight (okay, almost straight but acceptable). but the bottom part is not straight (unacceptable), the lines are going downwards (if you look at it

I used adobe scan app and those are stored on adobe cloud.Membership was expired for a while but the files were still there. However, today they all disappeared!There are lots of important information. Help me please.

Dust and shadows may appear in the scanned image. Adobe Scan has a great cleanup feature, but I want to be more precise, so it would be nice if the lines that the Apple pencil could fix were a little thinner. Also, it would be helpful if there was a function to automatically correct and remove fingers, dust, shadows, etc.Could you please consider such an improvement? スキャンする画像に際に埃や、影などが写っていることがあります。Adobe Scanには素晴らしいクリーンアップ機能がありますが、細かく修正したいので、Apple pencilで修正できる線がもう少し細いと助かります。また指や埃、影などは自動的に修正し、除去する機能があると助かります。このような改善を検討してもらえませんか？
