Adobe Scan

Hello, I recently traveled to France to visit archives and scan documents. I spent 4 days scanning documents, and when I tried today to move the files onto my computer, three of them gave me an error message saying they could not open the file. I tried to close and reopen the app, and when I reopened it, the files were completely gone. I am not sure if they were on the document cloud before this happened, but I checked the document cloud and they weren't there either. I saved these files the same way as all the other ones that are still there. Is there any way to recover them? I have no way of rescanning them as I have now left Paris and can't return.  

Hi, My parents have troubles connect their Google account to Adobe scan.They both get an error message even if they try to create an Adobe account.(Phone models: Huawei P20 and Mate 20 lite)Thank you for your time 

Adobe scan, for whatever reason, did not work for me. I subscribed to the premium thinking I wouldn't have any problems scanning documents and successfully saving them to my phone, but that was not the case. Unsubscribed and deleted app because, although I paid for it, it did NOT work for what I needed.

Estava digitalizando os arquivos parei um tempo sem fechar o aplicativo e quando fui ver perdi todas as fotos. Não aparece em lugar algum.

Hello, I have to contact you because of the refund problem. I made a payment by mistake while using the adobe scan application on June 11th. I contacted the play store, but even though it hasn't been 48 hours, I received an answer that I can't get a refund because it doesn't meet the refund policy. If possible, please refund the payment amount. I look forward to your positive reply.

I am unable to log into Adobe scan for quite a few days now. Every time I try, it says try again later. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app a bunch of times. I am using iPhone 11, version 15.5.the Adobe scan version is 22.05.24. Help!

I've started using Adobe Scan on my phone. I don't know how to access them once they're stored in the CLoud. Would especially like to find them using Acrobat desktop on Mac. Any clues about how to find saved scans?

…also, wenn man, z.B., 26 Seiten gescannt hat und, um die Grenze von 25 Seiten einzuhalten, eine Seite löscht. Bei diesen 25 Seiten sind dann die einzelnen Zeichen nicht auswählbar. Vermutlich ein Bug? AS 22.05.24, iOS 15.5.

all of a sudden all the documents i scanned through adobe scan went missing. i even logged in using my computer onto document cloud and can't find it there too. this is very annoying. please help.

Is anyone having technical difficulties with their documents not arriving to the designated email addresses?  I've not had issues until yesterday. My docs are not sending to the email addresses I'm entering. Do I need to uninstall then re-install the mobile scanner?

Hi Adobe, I'm a extensive user of Adobe Scan, using the app on Android for resotirization of (old) books.Preparing the book then scanning are the first steps. Until now I'm satisfied with the quality, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the devs for creating such a nice app. The features I'm currently missing in the app are regarding the following. I'm using the auto detect feature (scanning), which takes picture after detecting the page automatically. The timer is not variable, which means I need to haste with turning the pages. Haste causes a lot of mistakes, or reduced quality on scans. If the timer can be set by the user (via settings), as a user we can define our own pace. This would increase the quality of the app even more! Additionally, most phones have a feature taking photo on command (like saying cheese). It would be cherry on the cake, when we can take scans by command instead of clicking the button.  I'm also missing multi-select wh

Is it possible to change the default email app used? I would like to use Gmail instead of apples app. It doesn't seem that hard to have the option in settings to choose the default app for sending emails. At least that it support Gmail and outlook..

Hello! Today, my school sent me an email stating that I do not have access to their student subscription anymore. They just informed the stopped my access there was not any warning or notice before hand. I tried to get some scans I save on my account during the weekend and I cannot find them. Actually I cannot see any file I saved. Please, I would like to know how can I recover  those scans. I would really appreciate any help or guidance with this. Thank you!

Respected Sir, It is informed that the Software i.e Adobe Scan is take largest size storage of my iPhone. I have scan maximum 10 documents (Size of all documents almost 50-60 MB) and put in Software but the software is make size in file of my iPhone almost 710MB.Hence it is requested that above said problem make kindly resolve for better services. Thanks

Why is it that I pay you ppl and I can't even attach 10 pages to an email coz it says there is a 25gig limit. Why do I bother paying if I have a limit? I even deleted all the old scans and still I can't even attach a lousy 10 pages coz too many gigs . I have never had this problem with this app even when scanning 50 pages. Now all of a sudden 10 pages is too many gigs. What's going on here? I am deleting my acct if I don't get an answer. I'm not paying so I can't even scan 10 pages. Since when are 10 pages 25gigs???

Hi, while it is convenient to use iPhone files to manage Adobe Scan's, I wonder how to make files available only in the cloud again. When I click on a file using iPhone files, it does download the file to the phone. The cloud symbol disappears next to it disappears. Is it possible to make the file disappear from the phone, and just be available in the cloud again? Like it was before? So that the cloud symbol appears again? I want to do this, to save space on the phone. Right now it seems that when download it to the phone, there's no way to just make it available  on the cloud again. It will occupy space on the phone. Or you have to delete it. But then it's also deleted from the cloud.

Buenos días, En la app de Adobe Scan se ha incluido recientemente la posibilidad de tomar fotografías de una tarjeta ID, la cual agrupa ambas caras de la tarjeta en una sola pagina, eso esta genial. Pero sería bueno que esto sea complementado con la posibilidad de escoger imágenes de la galería tomadas con anterioridad y pasarlas al formato tarjeta ID.
