I use iPhone Adobe Scan app to scan receipts. How do I download to Quickbooks Online App? 

i just downloaded and do not get any option to save the business card to contacts. Anyone can help. iPhone 7 scan version 18.06.19

How can I see the exact date and hours and minutes of a scanned file?

I have upgraded to premium but still doesn’t upload.

For about two weeks now I have had to delete and re-install my Adobe Scan app because it loses my subscription information.  Thus it won't save my scans to the cloud. I hae lost work, which I have had to repeat. Now I am more vigilant, checking the subscription info in the app before starting a scan. If it's gone I delete and re-install. Must have done this five times in the last two weeks.

Adobe scanをログアウトする際保留中のファイフがあると出るのですがそんなファイルは見当たらないのですが？あとスキャン後アップロードが永遠に終わらないのは保留中のファイルが影響しているのですか？

In this Adobe, there is almost many features such as image to pdf, auto capture, crop, style, etc,. and many more. But then too something is still missing, I guess there should be one features such as user defind and user friendly interface, I mean that what if I want to create a pdf but I don't have any photography of it, I has in my mind but I don't want to print my thought through other app but directly through Adobe, via typing, creating table, and many more such features same as ms word do. I hope you got what I need to say. If still didn't get, then please ask.Thank you for understanding it.

Hi,I have an old free account for my adobe scan app. I do also have a paid adobe account and would like to use that one as well for adobe scan without losing my current scans. Is there a possibility to keep them? As the are not opening the last days and the app is crashimg when trying to download them, I am not able to make kind of a "back-up" of the previous scans. Are there any opportunities for my endavour?

Hi all, I'm trying to prove that a particular document was scanned into my phone using Adobe scan at a certain time (5.58pm). This is very important for my grade.  I suffered from a glitch where the document was stuck on "uploading" until I signed in/out. When I download a copy of the file, the meta-data gives me the time the copy was created (not when I scanned the document into my phone).  Is there any way to find out exactly when Adobe Scan captured a document on the phone side? I would be very appreciative. 

Hallo seit zwei Wochen komme ich nicht mehr an meine Scans. Neues steht bei der ausgewählten dabei " Datei wird geladen" mehr passiert dann aber nicht. ein erzwungener Abbruch der ab und Neustart hilft nicht weiter, das habe ich gemacht. iPad Neustarten, hilft nicht weiter, habe ich auch gemacht. es ist auch egal ob es eine kleine Datei von nur 1 Seite, oder eine größere von 20 Seiten ist. was Kaninchen tun,

de door mij met de mobiele app gemaakte scans worden niet geüpload naar de cloud en zijn niet zichtbaar in de cloud. Het uploaden is al twee dagen bezig maar geen resultaat. Ik kan ook geen scans meer maken. de App is vastgelopen.

Why I don't hear camera shooter sound when taking image?

Hello there, I have been using Adobe scan for a long time now and I have an issue, there is no option to scan ID CARD and how do I fit two sides (2 images) on one page? Because there are two pages of each ID CARD in Adobe pdf. Please guide. Regards 

Today I was scanning some documents on Adobe Scan and Suddenly the previous Documents got disappeared. I had almost more than one year plus documents in it. I had some important documents of my own. And now all these documents have disappeared. Please help me recover those documents. And i have my customers documents in that too. 

Bonjour, J'utilise Adobe Scanne depuis 2019 sur iOS 15.4.1, jusqu'à maintenant je n'ai jamais eu des problèmes. Malheureusement, depuis 2 semaines je n'arrive plus à ouvrir mes anciens documents scannés, ni à les voir en aperçu. Alors qu'ils semblent être là, date de scanne y comprise. Puis, dès que j'essaye d'en récupérer un d'une manière quelconque, l'application bloque!!! Je n'arrive donc plus à ouvrir les dossier et encore moins à revenir en arrière pour réutiliser le scanne. Il y à t'il un probleme avec l'application?? Si oui, quand est-ce qu'elle sera remise en état?? Si non comment je peux récupérer mes documents?? Certains, je les utilises regulierement et j'en ai fortement besoin!! Merci d'avance

Leider kann ich seit letzten Montag meine Scans nicht mehr laden. Alle Scans sind vorhanden, mit Datum und Größe, wenn ich darauf klicke, kommt die Anzeige "Datei wird geladen", was aber nur das sich unendlich laufende Rädchen zur Folge hat. Wie komme ich wieder an diese Scans?

Hi,I don't see some of the scans on the iOS app but I can find them on online. I have show all option, yet can't find on the app. Tried re-login, reinstalling, no luck. Is this a bug or do I have something setup wrong on the app? 

I'am a new user. I don't see the possibility acces to diferents albums from gallery photo iOS, only, I can find photos from "all the gallery"f.e I have a folder with documents , and I think it's better can try this folder for select quickly the picture or document for scanning thanks

I've recently been unable to transfer a simple 3 page pdf from Adobe Scan - the document just gets stuck at the final transfer stage. I've tried several times and it just goes round and round - the most recent time for over a day !  Never had any problems previously

I deleted a very important document by mistake which was scanned on adobe scan app. Is there any way that i can recover that document? Please help!
