Adobe Scan

I have been using the app for a while and now it does not work. After scanning and tapping Save PDF, it bring me back to where the list of amorcito scans should be, but nothing displays, neither on the Recent or All Scans. I tried multiple times to scan and the same results. Restarted the app, restarted the iPhone and still the same. I’m logged in with my Adobe account, my wifi works too.why is your app broken?Ana E.

I understand that Adobe scanner first use cloud to save it then allow you down load to my device and will remove copy from cloud if it is not being shared.if that is correct then I would not be able to scan when I don't have access to internet since  I will be using it out of state and in locations that internet is very slow or not available. right?

I reinstalled the adobescan app and logged into my account but I am having an issue with accessing or even opening of previously saved files. Help me what to do     

I scanned 664 sheets today, clicked save to pdf. The app hung for 2 hours and then dropped out. The scan was not saved to the app or the cloud. I have been receiving text messages several times a day with sign-in codes, although I've not attempted to sign in. Does this mean someone is trying to hack my adobe account or is there another explanation?  I've changed my password, but messages keep coming. 

Hi, I deleted some documents from adobe reader and then this documents deleted also automatically from adobe scan, can i recover them back to adobae san 

I've been using the app for a few months prior to the problem. Last week, I reinstalled most apps on my phone as it was causing problems and I saw that the scanner was askewed. (As in it was stretched from top to bottom.)This is a nuisance. I have tried reinstalling, clearing data, and logging out, but none of them seem to work. Note: The final results turn out to be okay.

Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Scan about a week ago because I wanted to try out the premium features during the 7-day trial. However, when I tried to use the premium features, a message popped-up saying that I have to subscribe to Adobe Premium to use them. When I clicked on the message, it brought me another message saying I've already subscribed. I could not use the premium features at all during the past 7 days. Then, today I've gotten a notification that the 7-day trial has ended and the subscription bill has been paid. I didn't use the apps after a few days and I completely forgot to cancel the subscription. Can I please get a refund?

I scanned documents with Adobe Scan and can see them on the phone, but not see them on my web Adobe. Where is the problem?

Please add feature to export partial pages. Now it's getting exported entirely as PDF. Also, if selecting save as jpeg, it's saving all the pages to jpeg. Need option to select which page I want to process. 

Hello,I just recently started using the Adobe scan app and have encountered an annoying issue. Whenever I try to share any scans to my email using an attachment, it only sends a link to my email the first time. Once I go through the exact same steps a second time, the attachment shows up in my email. I have also tried just using a link, but the link that is sent to my email ends up sending me to a page requesting my number, which eventually just sends a link to my phone to download the app, which is already downloaded on my phone! Anyone know how to get the attachement to show up in my email the first time round? It's annoying to have to go through the process twice just to access scans.   

I recently scanned about 100 pages, which were saved into Adobe's Cloud. After trying to send the file to a friend, the Adobe Scan app gave me an error, crashed, and sent me back to my iPhone's homescreen. Opening the app again, I discovered that the scan was no longer there. I went on my laptop to check through my files on document cloud and it wasnt there, or anywhere else. This is incredibly frustrating as I no longer have access to the content I was scanning as it was from the British Architectural Library, and it is of utmost importance that I retrieve this lost scan. Can someone help? Surely it is floating around somewhere in Adobe's system, and if not this will be of massive detriment to my studies. I will no longer use Adobe Scan if I found out I have indeed lost this item. 

My scanned files are present in cloud storage but not visible on my Adobe scan app. Previously, all scanned files were visible under home tab in app but now no scan is there. Please help 

I really like this works great on all levels but can i scan a QR code with it?

What is the meaning of partial cloud on the files when I view them in the files app on my iPad?Also why is adobe scan app not syncing and uploading all my files to the cloud I have a lot of space available?Also I am able to view my files online on the website

I tried to send a copy of a PDF on WhatsApp but it shows sharing failed try again. Pdf also could not be uploaded on a website. Please help someone. This problem began when I upgraded the Android version to 11 earlier it was functioning normally.

Hi there, I cannot login with my Apple ID into the Adobe Scan App on iOS! There is not such an option to chose from!  Kind regards from Germany, PSchuetzDE

So I just went to the Adobe scan app and found all of my previously saved scans are not there. Did Adobe do a new app version recently?  I can access my previous files on the document cloud.

I can not seem to get this to cancel.  I only want to try it out and now I have an $100 year subscription.  Every route I try to go does not allow me to cancel.
