Adobe XD

For some reason the second button component in the carousel I have set up sends you to the same scroll position on the next the page when clicked, yet the first button on the first item in the carousel sends you to the top of the page like it's supposed to. I have absolutely no clue why this is happening, considering both of the buttons have identical Triggers, Types, and Animations. Please help me understand this extremely specific issue so that I can prevent it in future projects.   <Title renamed by moderator>

First time XD does not open completely. It's stacked on the splash screen and never ends it. To avoid this issue users have to close xd and reopen it.Then second time there is no issue. It's happening not only on my PC but also the same issue happens on my teammate's pc. This is a big bug XD, If I am wrong, let's share your solution. Now I am working for Envato Market 

Hi there,all my files disappeared from Adobe XD. This is really bad. How can I fix this?I already tried to login and logout from Adobe CC and terminate Core Sync but nothing is fixed, only way to see the files is by clicking with the right click on the icon and it shows the list, but I can't open them!Please help me as soon as possible, I have work files and projects!Thank you!

I updated lastest version in Adobe XD 51.0.12 but i have a trouble in XD when i click double text. This is my setting PC. How can I fix this trouble?   <Title renamed by moderator>

While exporting the artboard as PNG formate frequently get error overwriting error. 

Since Adobe Xd is a user experience creating a platform and lacks A HUGE MAJOR flaw.  I am running a software company for 8 years, worked on 300+ projects.  Now, I have a huge list of files in Adobe Xd and when an old client comes back for updates, I have to manually search for their project file, it's such a pain to search it when it shouldn't be the case.  They have added so many good options, just miss two things. 1: Search bar in cloud files 2: Image trace option If these two are added, I am damn sure it will make all the users very happy.  Thank you.     <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there, I recently updated Experience Design to 0.6.20.7 and now some of my screen transitions have a "dissolve" effect even when I have different settings. I have been trying to set them to slide left or slide right without any luck. I have also tried closing Xd and reopening, delete the transitions and reapplying them, and rebuilding the screens.It seems like any screens I try to modify after the update lose their ability to change the transition.Any ideas?

Hi!   I have two projects that I've tried to include on a website. The prototypes load perfectly fine on desktop but not on mobile. The page with the prototypes won't even load on mobile. I receive an error message that states "a problem repeatedly occured" when trying to load the page that has the prototypes on mobile. I'm not sure if I've done something wrong or is anyone else having this problem. I've tried loading on chrome and safari on mobile and neither browsers are working for me. Hi everyone! I can't add interaction between multiple states when grouping components. I created 2 tags that can't be both selected at the same time. Destination combo for each element grouped shows "choose an artboard", I can't define interaction between states unless I select the component that contains the group of components. But if I try the same thing with grouped objects (not components), destination combo shows "choose an artboard or a state".  Isn't it possible to add interaction between multiple states when grouping components in a new component? Hello,I have Component A which enlarges and unhides a related Component A' upon Hovering.  These components are Grouped.  The desired outcome is for the user to tap on either A or A' to trigger an action to transition to another artboard.  This works flawlessly in Preview.  However, when I publish the Prototype, tapping on A simply resets the group to the Default State, and replays the animation to Hover state.  (Tapping on A' does work as intended.)Based on reading other questions and watching some videos, I have tried the following:Changing the Hover Action Easing to "none" - No change in behavior. Adding a "Tap" state to the Group which triggers a new transition to the desired artboard - No change in behavior.Adding a tap interaction to A in Default State to trigger a new transition to the desired artboard - No change in behavior.Adding a new component (rectangle with no fill) on top of A with a tap interaction to trigger a new transition to the desired

I noticed something today (just a few minutes before Adobe ruined their reputation) that hover actions respond to the area of the component they are a part of, not the triggering hover item. My work can't be publically shared, but this should produce the same results: Create a line of text. Create a large blue box on the same artboard, far away from your text.  Grab both, make component. Default state: make the box nearly the same size as the line of text. Place them apart from each other so they aren't touching. Hover state: Make the box huge. Keep it separated from the text. Notice the green outline to the component bounds. Prototype > Click on the line of text > Interaction > Hover, Auto Animate, Hover State, 0.3 Sec Ease Out. When you launch this, the hover will activate, but not release until your cursor has moved out of the bounds of the component box. The proper behavior would be to have it respond to the bounds of the hover trigg

Thank you for the latest update, which has made my switch to Sketch easier than ever! Your newest brilliant 'feature' to publish and update using cloud libraries has broken every single linked component accross every file I use to do my job. This is incredible!! I was already considering Sketch after the previous time you made an update to Xd that forced me to spend 100s of hours (litterally) redoing the exact same work again, but this time you really have made the decision easier than ever!! Rather than manually relinking each component within every artboard it is used, I'd rather start from scratch in a new tool that is more appropriate for my needs. I cannot believe how thoughtful you were in helping me make this decision. PS - The number of ignored requests for support on this issue from myself and others was really a nice touch. Keep up the great work and I'm sure this entire forum will be as extatic as I am in no time.

Hello, I have just noticed something that I had already perceived for a long time but never at this point.When I import images that I have just retouched in photoshop and that I import them in XD the saturation nuance is enormous, to the point where one could almost think that adobe XD is in CMYK.I show you an exampleIt's a little bit annoying because I tested in front of the client during the shooting to simulate on his eshop and he directly told me it's weird the pictures are desaturated. So even a client without any visual experience noticed it so strong.If anyone has an idea of what it could be.

Hi,   I'm getting an error while updating my components. Even though the components are present in the library, this issue has occurred on one of the collaborator's sides and not mine. Our team has been using the same XD file for many weeks. After creating Developer links yesterday, today none of us can open the XD file. It's still displayed in the "Your Files" view, but when we click on it, a modal displays with "Connecting" and the loading spinner never stops. I've signed out, rebooted, signed back in, and still the same issue. 

Hallo zusammen,ich habe eben (13:30 Uhr) den freigegebene Link meines XD-Modells aktualisiert.Unter diesem Link sind auch alle gemachten Änderungen richtig angekommen. Dann hat sich die Cloud-Datei aufgehangen und geschlossen, und bei erneutem Öffnen sind nun alle Änderungen seit heute Morgen (9:48 Uhr) verschwunden, obwohl die Verbindung zur Cloud immer aktiv war. Da die Änderungen aber im freigegebenen Link angekomen sind, hoffe ich, dass man sie aich in der Datei irgendwie wiederherstellen kann? Liebe GrüßeTina

If on a 1366x768 artboard I want to get a classic 14px font, how much does it have to measure in XD to get a correct result? 24? 34?
