After Effects

Hi everyone. I have this problem:I created several videos in AE and Premiere and I exported them with codec H264 in MP4 format. Then I sent them to my android phone (whatsapp, email and google drive). In my PC I can see them fine but in my android I can't. I sent those videos to some people, someone can see them but others can't. In my phone I can play every other MP4 file but i can't play MP4 files exported from AE and Premiere, using and not using Media Encoder. I try everythings and everything points that the problem is with the export.I hope someone could help me.RegardsFacundo 

hi guys anyone have any idea? I have this work file in AE,  the preview in the AE looks normal, but when i export it will become this.i have tried exporting in Premiere, Exporting with Media encorder, and direct render from AE, there is no helping, the same glitched video will be the result. the work file has once appeared a confliced copy in Dropbox folder somehow . i wonder if this is the reason? i have cleared the cached in AE , restarted the PC multiple times, the Softwares are all up to date.i cannot find any solution now. please help!   

Hi everyone,While working with After Effects on my laptop with an NVIDIA GeForce 4060 graphics card, I cannot get a preview. When I connect an external monitor via DisplayPort, I still can't get a preview. However, I am able to preview when using an HDMI cable.What steps should I follow to get a preview on my laptop without using any external monitor, or to get a preview after connecting an external monitor to my laptop via DisplayPort?I would appreciate your support regarding a solution to this issue.

Hey everyone, slight issue here. A client sent me their logo as a transparent PNG which I imported into illustrator and turned into a vector. I imported the vector into after effects to turn into a spinning logo.  After I imported this, I converted it to a shape layer but instead of being a shape layer all I got was a grey block and every time I attempt this with other logo files I keep getting a grey block and I don't know how to get the file as a shape. I assumed it was an issue with the display and exported it as normal thinking I'd see the full logo but I get is a rotating grey block. Anyone have any advice on how to get past this? Thank you!

  Every time I open the program, it gives me to choose "Do not allow" "Allow", I choose, but when I open it again, the same thing happens. I've already tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app, but nothing has changed.

Hello. I've been having memory assign problems for a few weeks now. Specifically when doing preview on frames i could receive like 5 warning windows about having to reserve different amounts of Memory RAM.Currently newest version of AE for Windows and have 64 GB installed and i've tried to reserve 58 for all Adobe Apps and main drive is a SSD but this does not solve the problem (computer has installed a GPU AMD RADEON 6700 XT as well but honestly i don't think the program is using it though it is detected by it). Also when opening most projects and checking on task manager After Effects would just rise memory usage up to 99% and get blocked or closed by error.Is there a way to reduce the memory requirement per frame when doing the preview? Could it be that there are effects present on these projects requiring insane amounts of memory? I've tried the beta version as well but haven't gotten any different results.I'll keep investigating on things to try and upload anything useful i f

Hello, I have had a problem for a while. I always have to separate the dimensions from the position to be able to date with the curves.After effect no longer presents me with a single curve. here is a screenshot.Do you know if there is any tuning that needs to be done to make it come back as before? Is there a technique that should be used when morphing a photo onto an object? I want to have a photo start out full screen and then get smaller and look as if its being morphed onto the surface of a mug.   

With my current knowledge, when I'm dragging a clip's ins and outs in the timeline, strange, unexpected things happen. This way I'm not able to work with After Effects in a productive way. I have been googling back and forth for this. Yesterday, I installed After Effects version 22.6.5. When I navigated to Preferences > Preview > GPU Information, I came across the following details:  What might be the issue here? My MSI Laptop, equipped with an i7 6700HQ processor running at a boosted 3.2GHz, and a GTX 960M 2GB graphics card, seems to meet the system requirements. Despite this alignment, I'm unable to utilize the draft 3D feature. 

the Highlighted part is not in the vidoe but the adjusment layer back on pr shows it I would love to know what the cuz of this and if thers a solution

Hello,I've been using After Effects for about 2 years now and I'm working on a flat animation project. After rendering a preview this started happening...http://https://youtu.be/NbDXUh31V3EAny kind of camera movement with the phone makes the holder beneath visible through the phone. I'm using a camera parented to a null object for the movement.This didn't show up anytime in the past. I was hoping to contact Adobe directly about this issue however I couldn't find the correct contact for this. Does anyone have any ideas?

See attached vid.I've reasonably good with say intermediate Premiere Pro.  I created a vid recently and had to draw a route on a clip as part of that project.  I didn't know how to use After Effects so I used the Movavi screen recorder. I am now learning After Effects from the start as I understand that animations like this are best done in After Effects.  I'm happy to put the time in to learn from the beginning. I have a need to do something similar to the attached vid but haven't reached that skill level yet in AE.  Can you recommend a tutorial that may help me jump ahead to achieve something like that please?

I want to create an Animation Library with the keyframes library feature and was thinking that it would be nice if we could create some kind of grid with previews for every animation in our libraries, that way it would look nicer and be easier to use or identify our presets.

I have all of the requriments for adobe after effects windows 11.  It still won't let me download ae or Creative cloud.

I am trying to taper a rounded stroke so that the stroke size gradually increases, however the settings seems to rigidly slice it, instead of giving me a small to big taper that maintains roundness. What am I doing wrong, or what do I need to do?
