Bonjour, mon nom est Patrick.J'ai adobe audition depuis octobre 2016. Jusqu’à maintenant le program a toujours bien fonctionné mais depuis le 2 mai, la ligne de temps fonctionne par "a coups". j'ai défragmenter, nettoyer mon "C" et vérifier les RAM disponible : RAM installé, 31.4 Go    Ram Disponible pour Au 25.4 Go. j'ai rebooter mon ordi, mais rien n'y fait.La voix est bien, mais la barre de temps peux sauter entre 1 et 5 secondes à la fois.comment puis-je rêgler mon problème??

I am trying to record 8 tracks in the multitrack mode. The program crashes in one of 2 ways. 1st is when I arm a track for recording. 2nd is after the tracks are armed and I hit the record button. The crash is the same. Whre should I start trouble shooting.I'm using a PC Sweetwater Custom Creation Station. I have a RME HDSPe RayDat.

When I scanned the audio under amplitude statistics, and checked the Total RMS value of the audio file, it was showing negative sign. But the RMS (Root mean Squared) value never comes in negative when calculated manually. As the names suggests squared, even the negative sign gets positive after squaring.But I did not get any answer through Internet searching also. Please solve this problem ASAP and tell me the solution.

Is there any way to set up Adobe Audition to record multiple time blocks on a weekly schedule?Will it record a stream from a website rather than something playing locally on the same machine?Thanks

Program shows briefly in Task Manager and disappears. Audition CC 2015.2 still launches.

When you open up your Creative Cloud app it will look roughly like this  (mac version)Your going to want to scroll down till you see something that looks like this:Then your going to want to choose one of the older installations:Now you should be able to pick one and re download it and your back up and running.Once I reloaded the older version of Audition all my programs started functioning normally and I was good to go.If someone could make this a stick so people know how to reload a previous version of software it would be appreciated.-David and Dexter

Hi folks,I'm from germany.I edited sound from Premiere Pro in Audition. But if I want to export the audio back to Premiere, the interferences are back again. It seema, that the correctione haven't been rendered. The sound is so bad as the beginning. What did I made wrong?Thanks a lot!JottCha

Using 1/4" cables in a Behringer 1622fx, all of my computer "play" audio (playback, etc.) runs through channel 5/6.  While recording off the internet, the Adobe Audition recording feeds back as all computer audio feeds through the same channel.  Is there a way to disable the Audition playback while recording?  Is there a way to route the audio chain differently?Thank you.

I have already submitted a feature request but I was wanting to see how many other Audition users would be interested in a LEQ(m) meter in Audition.Most other metering standards are included in Audition or at the very least available as a free or cheap plugin accept for LEQ(a) and LEQ(m).I on occasion produce advertising for Australian Cinema and would appreciate this feature in Audition.

Hello experts!I am a university student. I helped my classmates in music composition class record their final project. However, one of the recording failed for some unknown reason (maybe because I changed the sample rate from 44100 to 48000 before recording). Now, I can barely hear the instruments but they are overlayed by very loud white noise. This recording is very important because we invited a flute player who was a very busy professor, and the performance was perfect. Is there any chance I can recover the recording from the broken recording file?Thank you!

Every time I use noise reduction it gives me a A severe error was encountered (Code C0000094). message. Or when I capture noise print then select all then goto Noise reduction and move the sliders no noise move at all. I try over and over again. Before it would work sometimes but now it just doesn't.

I've had Audition 3.0 for years on my computer.  I have recently had some work done on my Unit and now I cant reinstall 3.0 from the files that exist in my hard drive.  I don't have the disk anymore as I've moved a few times.  My operation system is VISTA.  ANy thoughts on how to gat this program to reinstall?

Dear community,So far I had no problems using my dear Audition 3 on Windows 10. But since I did a clean reinstall of my Windows 10 with Creators Update, I'm having difficulties running it at all. First of all the installer just quit directly after the language prompt. Compatibility mode had not effect. Okay, could get by this by running the Components.msi directly, and the installer ran fine (at least it appeared to).Now when I try to run Audition it complains that there are no audio devices and quits directly. My main sound card is my faithful Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi, and I'm using the same driver package as before, including ASIO. Apart from that there is an on-board soundcard and my display's horrible speaker through display port, so at least one of them should have been detected. So either Microsoft has internally messed up the audio interfaces again with the update, or something still went wrong with the installation. Anyone having a solution?Desperately,Markus

Hi,I have Audition CS6 which has worked perfectly for a couple years until all of a sudden today.  Responding to missing .dll files errors (MVCP140 and VCRuntime) I downloaded and placed the files in the appropriate (per an online tutorial) folders.  Now, when I open the program, I get the subject error.  When I click OK, the program still seems to work (as was the case with the .dll errors before I downloaded the .dll files).  One general question I have is--Is the file Adobe GCClient needed to run CS6 or is it only for Audition Creative Cloud which I once tried for 30 days but uninstalled when I bought Cs6?Other than that, any advice?Please and thanks!Amy

I recently switched from using Audition 3.0 to using CC, and there's one change that is driving me nuts:  In 3.0, I was able to adjust the amplitude of a .wav file by either DB or percentages (Effects  > Amplitude and Compression > Amplify/Fade).  But with CC, it seems I can only adjust amplitude by DB (Effects > Amplitude and Compression > Amplify).  I find the percentages much easier to work with, but can't find a way to adjust amplitude by percentage in CC.  Does anyone know of a way to do this?  Am I missing something or did Adobe remove this feature from CC? 

I started Audition this morning and it said that the primary temp folder could not be found.  I did a shift start and it created one.  Now, all of my preferences are gone, plug ins are missing, keyboard shortcuts are gone.  How do I get these back?  Mac, 10.1.0.174 (new release)

I couldn't figure out how to word this, and i think that lead to me not being able to find an answer myself..how do i record vocals and other sounds through my microphone using the multitrack, without it recording the multitrack as well? every time i try record, it records the other music i have already in the multitrack? i want to use the multitrack to make sure my timing and tempo match up, but i just keep getting recordings that arnt just my voice. thank you for any advice!

I was playing around with the Noise Reduction and I applied it to an audio file, then I realized it sounded too metallic, so I attempted to start again but I can't take away the noise reduction no matter what I do! Now the noise reduction is not only on the timeline file but on the original audio file as well and I cannot take it out and start over again! HELP! Can anyone help me on this?

Hello I would like to know if anyone knows if I can transfer the adobe audition onto a flash drive? I have a virus on my laptop and I want to do a hard reset to remove it but I don't want to erase the program. Is there a way that I can export it without risking erasing the file because I have a lot of music stored onto it and I would hate to lose any of that information.

We accidentally had our background music embed overtop of the speech we were video recording at an event.  Is there any way to take it out and leave the speech with Adobe Audition?ThanksShawn

I purchased a new Shure K32SL microphone and I can't get it to record with Audition. It's there but will not record - and the pre-amp is fine.  It is not the microphone as it will record in both Audacity and Garage Band. No problem recording in Audition with my Apogee. Pretty frustrated. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Theresa

Hey,So this has been happening ever since the update that came out in late 2016/early 2017. Nearly every single time I hit "Apply" under the Effect Rack panel, Audition starts loading, and then when it reaches 100% it crashes to desktop. Then when I restart it and load up my project I'll hit "Apply" again and it'll apply my effect chain without any problem.The same happens when I try to batch process +10 files - and it doesn't matter what the batch process does. I've tried batch processes that contain third party plugins and I've tried batch processes that don't contain any third party plugins and it still happens?Is anyone else experiencing this? I've tried it on 4 different computers now and it happens on all four 

Using the latest Adobe Premiere update, sending a sequence to "edit in adobe Audition" sets the project Bit Depth to 16-bit.  I see that the clips are 32-bit, but the "info" panel shows it overall at 16-bit.The previous Premiere version from earlier this year always sent every project to Premiere as a 32-bit project.Not sure why this has changed, but I have re-installed the older version of Premiere in order to get the project bit rate back up to 32-bit.Is this a bug?

Is there a way to map bext metadata fields to ID3 fields when doing a batch convert from bwave to mp3? I have over 3,000 unique, individual bwf files I need converted to mp3, but I want the metadata to transfer. I cannot find any info on this at all.
