Bridge

So I've come across this glitch once or twice in the past, and now I have it happening to 3 photos from the same batch. I'm not sure how it occurs, but it does.Essentially when I go to use the spot removal tool, it doesn't work on the intended area. It'll choose some other random location from the photo, or even a location off the canvas! However, some areas of the photo are ok, it's really quite a mix and rather troublesome.Even if I close the program and reopen the photo, the issue is still there. I even tried editing on another computer and the issue is still there!I'm editing Nikon D800 files FYI. I've attached a video for you to see. I hope someone from Adobe will address this.

I have a couple of horrible experience while using the 'move' files function (which is coping the files to another location delete the originals) I want to share. I once abruptly canceled the moving action in the progress as I realized I had chosen a wrong destination. Usually on other applications you would be either recieved a warning or the unfinishing moved files would be retained in the original location. However in Bridge the moving action is stopped after hitting the cancel buttoon, the file has been disappeared for good. Can't be found anymore. No warning or message. Another occasion is that I used the shortcut of the recent locations of moving files. However folders in unmounted disks are still shown there which means those folders are 'phantom' folders. I accidentally picked those 'phantom' folders but still Bridge allowed me to proceed the move action. And the files are never been found again. What a lousy written app. Maybe one of the worst written applications I

I have made my updates in Camera Raw and Bridge ususally reflects what changes I have made. In the last 2 weeks that has stopped. I have tried restarting the prgram, running updates, shutting down my computer, refreshing the program under the view tab and no luck. Any tips? 

Since my system (Windows 10 64, i7 8700, 32Gb RAM) updated to PS 22 and Bridge 11, I am unable to play/preview video files in Bridge, and most video files (including ones previously authored in PS 21) will not play in either Bridge or PS. Anyone have a solution?

Hello, Is there a way to make content scrolling with mouse smooth just as when dragging the slider on OS X? This is highly annoying as one completely loses the orientation with this jumpy "row scrolling". Thank you for your answers and best wishes.

I just recently moved from Bridge 2018 to Bridge 2019.  Everything in Bridge 2019 is noticeably larger and the label has now been switched to a colored dot on a new line.  I'm trying to cram as much info as possible into the thumbnail image and metadata and the size/location of the icons/stars, etc. has squeezed it out.  Is there any way to modify the size/layout of the stars, labels and icons?  Is moving back to Bridge 2018 my only option?  (See attached image for comparison.)

I have a targa video sequence which should have an alpha channel. Is there a way in adobe bridge to view each Targa video sequence  and see if it has a alpha channel?

I would like to know whether Adobe is going to address the issue of colored borders around thumbs in Bridge.  Many of us have complained that it takes up extra space and that it's hard on the eyes. Adobe has promised to address the issue but has not. I recently updated because I was having difficulty with file associations, and I see now that I don't have the option to go back to the 2018 version. Earliest version available is 9.1 which has the clunky interface. At least give us the option to go back to the more streamlined version. I'm not going to give up on this, I will not get used to the new version or stop asking it to be brought back. Squeaky wheel isn't my favorite costume, but I will wear it. Please tell us whether you will address this concern or give us another option. Thanks!

Adobe Bridge no renombra archivos del mismo nombre en la misma carpeta. Antes cuando copiabas un archivo a una carpeta y si en ella habia otro con el mismo nombre daba la opcion de renombrar, ahora lo sobreescribe sin mas opcion perdiendo archivos.Solucion

Hi all!I'm saving a bunch of InDesign pages to PDF (individual pages, one by one) and when I overwrite the file with the new version, the keywords are lost.  I was told that updating all my software would fix the issue, but it hasn't (I'm on the latest of everything). Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I really don't want to have to keep re-assigning keywords each time I overwrite a file 😕😕 Thanks!

I've flagged a few hundred images in LIghtroom.  Now I want to view those flagged images in Bridge.How do I do that?  I'm relatively new to Bridge but I have not figured out how to do that.

Hello everyone !  Do you know if it is possible to access to Adobe Bridge and thus, access to Camera Raw with Component Object Model (COM), under Windows ?If yes, how can i do that ?  The idea is to do scripting with Python. Is there any documentation about Adobe Bridge scripting ?  Thank you in advance ! 

Just updated my CC 2017 Photoshop and Bridge on my iMac to try to fix a problem I am having - and am still having now after update.When I save an image to a folder, I can't see it in Bridge.  But I can find it in the folder using Finder, or the open command in Photoshop.Super frustrating, help!Thx, B

The scaling in the new Bridge 2021 is even more catastrophic than in Bridge 2020.(4k, 31 inch monitor, Windows scaling is set to 150%, which is recommended and fits well)Here 100% in Bridge - the labels are unreadably small.Here 200% or Auto in Bridge: the interface becomes absurdly gigantic and there is no room for the image in the middle.It can't be true that this has still not been fixed. 4k monitors are no longer a rarity, especially in the graphics/photo/video area.The program is completely unusable in this form. Again.

I can rate by Stars, I just can't figure out how to sort and view by star ratings. I was able to in previous versions, just not this one...HELP!

 I photograph connected to the PC, and see the images in Bridge, then when I choose a photo and when I put a label and then Batch Rename, the label changes to another photo not chosen. This is a problem when we are making portraits and we are choosing the photographs with the client.

This was under cache in the tools menu in CS6 and CC before the latest update, It had submenu batch among others.  Now it is gone.

I spend up to a half hour on the image I am working in Bridge / Camera Raw and when I go to "Save as Copy" a box comes up saying that there is a "Disc Error" and all the work is complete LOST! Very disappointing!

Is there any way of using the same file naming convention as Lightroom (yyyy-mm-dd) ie: with the hyphens, when importing with Bridge. The only choices I see in the drop down are yyyymmdd format. Thanks

Hello, At my organization we have been using AB on a Macbook to insert metadata on to videos and photos. The person who was doing this process has left our organization and I wanted to know if it was possible to transfer her Adobe Bridge account that she set up for us on to my login user account on the same Macbook? Or is the Adobe Bridge strictly tied to her Adobe account?  Thanks in advance!

Hi all I'm looking to find the fastest way to export raw to tiff via camera raw. I am using a 64 core Ryzen threadripper and can only get 17 frames a minute, I need faster speeds. Camera raw seems to be limited to under 20 frames a minute, no matter what processor you throw at it.

before the cc  updates , I was able to drag photos from bridge to photoshop, not anymore, how do we open from bridge into photoshop cc
