How long should I wait at my computer for someone to answer me?  I received an email that said a moderator had approved the following question.....I cannot see my photos in the most of my files.  Just a few.  I can tell that they are in there by the bar on the right.When I click on the black space I will hit on a photo and it will open.  Can someone tell me what went wrong please?

Is it possible?If so how would I go about doing it?I do it with Ps, PrPro, Au and more but I tried to do it in Br but it must not be the same.

Hello,Since installing Bridge 2017 I am having many problems that did not happen before. I have already performed the Reset that is mentioned in other discussions.The problems are the following:1. Constant freezing with color wheel spinning endlessly, requiring force quitting.2. Thumbnails do not load.3. freezing when performing Image Processor.This is strongly affecting my company's workflow and we require a fast solution.Is there any way of uninstalling 2017 and reinstalling 2015?Thank you,Giancarlo

I'm would really like to know what white balance was used when shooting a scene using white balance bracketing.My 5dMk2 is set to auto white balance but then I go into the functions to set up White Balance shift/bracketing.When I shoot the images I can see the differences in camera raw because the temperature and tint sliders move but the metadata panel still shows Auto.As you all know (dont you) that White balance shift/Bracketing can be set to take Standard/Blue/Amber  or Standard/Magenta/Green depending on how you set it up in your camera (you don't have to change it manually for each of the 3 images that are taken) but it would be good if the metadata panel showed which set of 3 images is standard/Blue/Amber or the other rather than relying on sight. The change can be very small if set up that way so barely noticeable.I expect the answer will point to the my second line - "set to auto"  but then whats the point of metadata if it doesn't reflectg what actually happens in t

This is really becoming frustrating but Has anyone had issues with Bridge CC 2017 just not working? @I am trying to work in two different windows. One opens fine. The other does not. I have done the close Bridge/reopen Bridge/clear cache/restart iMac chain and it's still not working. I went through what Adobe support said to do in terms of setting it up. Still nothing. This is really becoming more and more frustrating. I lost at least six hours yesterday because of this and Bridge freezing up or crashing. It's not just the iMac. It's also happening on my MacBook. And it's been happening more and more, so much more I'm thinking about alternatives to Bridge outside the Adobe "ecosystem." Does anyone have advice on what they're doing to make Bridge work?Thanks.Bill.

...on Win 10.I clicked on a link to Adobe Stock but did not sign up for it. Since then, when Bridge (any version) opens, it freezes with the "publish" window open and displaying "connecting to your Stock account..."I have been in three chat/remote control sessions, the second one "elevated' and the third with a member of a "dedicated team." I gave them my phone number so they could elevate it to - I dunno who - maybe a Satanic Coven somewhere that would sacrifice a goat to fix it.Did they call me back? When I want to move files from one directory to another right-clicking on the file and choosing move to  -> choose folder I can only chose for the desktop of for my user directory.Before it was possible to browse te entire computer and to select any directory you wanted.What has changed and how get it back ?

I'm developing a photo site and the plugins that go with my gallery (Photo Gallery/ Ecommerce by Web_Dorado) are showing only the metadata about my camera, when i upload files.I want to be able to get the TAGS i did in Bridge, to export into that plugin setup, because it's so difficult to have to re-tag everything inside that plugin/gallery each time. I wonder if there's a way to include tags in the metadata location that DOES import into that program?I attach screenshot of the "description" metadata in the photo gallery to show what appears. this is the spot I'm thinking i might be able to include the tags from Bridge, to get around the limitations of the photo gallery plugin. Anyone have an idea if i can include tags in another metadata location in Bridge, to test this theory?

Help... Batch renaming hundreds of images and adding keywords and metadata. I'm now receiving an error message that says "cannot edit read only files"? What is going on? I'm on deadline. Cleared the cache in tools as per an answer in another thread but still nothing. Please help.... Thanks in advance.

I'll try to make this as simple as I can. I'm using an older version of Photoshop and its companion organizer Bridge, CS5 to be exact. I have many, many high-res jpegs on multiple drives which I access through Bridge, then tweak through Photoshop. In the last day or two the fateful message "Bridge encountered a problem and is unable to read the cache. Please try purging the central cache in cache preferences to correct the situation." OK, of course when I proceed to do so, "The cached thumbnails for all files will be deleted. Are you sure you want to continue?" pops up. Doesn't' sound good. Should I do this and what are the ramifications? I need to be able to organize and select files as Bridge allows, don't want to see everything disappear and have to somehow rebuild everything.ps: At this point, if I simply close the window and ignore it –– things seem to work alright. Bridge 2017 CC Crashes on the mere presence of TOD files in the directory being displayed. It was introduced by a recent Bridge CC update;, that is, prior versions of Bridge processed TOD files just fine.I searched the forum to see whether anyone else has this problem, and didn't find any.All Adobe web-site suggestions regarding clearing the caches have been performed.All other extensions that I deal with work properly, it is only the older TOD files that crash.Hopefully this can be patched as a simple fix, since it has worked for a span of years.What are your suggestions? I am unable to view my images in Bridge. Typically I can view the thumbnails to the far right (in the grey area), and the left half of the grey area was for images that I had selected to view them a bit larger then the thumbnails on the far right. I can not figure out how to view the images here! Please help!Thank you.

I've read a few discussion threads about people having problems with Smart Collections not displaying all the items.  I have an example here where I have two folders containing pics from a location, the smart collection targeting the keyword finds about 70% (some but not all the images from both folders).  For the life of me I cannot understand why one picture is shown but another isn't...they sit next to each other, other file viewers and catalogues display them fine, the keyword has been assigned in an identical manner...What am I missing?These Smart Collections...do they work?Also, why does Bridge index every time I try and use it...seems never ending when there's over 30k of images to look through.  Or can it not handle size?I am thinking about an uninstall and just letting LR grind through...at least it's smart collections seem reliable.Any help, greatly appreciated!Thank you

Is there a way to expand all folders in Adobe Bridge so you can view pictures in All Folders and All Subfolders.

Hi everybody, my Adobe Bridge CC 2017 does not have the option for creating a web gallery. Adobe Output Module is installed but again, no chance for a web gallery. Can anybody help? Need urgently to build some web galleries and need that option to work. Thank you in advance. Hosep
