I recently noticed a massive surge of AI generated stock photos added to Adobe Stock. The main issue is that many of them are showing up even when they are supposed to be filtered out. The quality of them are horrible and its frankly absurd that Adobe hasn't noticed or done anything about it? If a creator is uploading untagged AI art, they should be immediatly banned. There are multiple accounts tied to peopleimages.com such as D Donson/peopleimages.com which are uploading utagged gargabe and muddying what was once a decent library of assets. I'm greatly considering ending my acccount since I cant imagine this issue will get much better until a high level system is put in place for better ai detection or Adobe's QA steps it up drastically.
I licensed 210483322 as an Ai file but it's an embedded image into Illustrator and not editable. How can this be solved? Do I get my credit back? Can the author reupload an actual Ai file?
Does anyone besides me find it cheap and smarmy of Adobe to include AI generated images in their stock photos. It's a complete ripoff. Not to mention the art is rubbish.
The Adobe Stock file number 266160291 is a series of Australian flags in the form of various ribbon styles. There is an ERROR on all of the flags in this file. There are an incorrect number of stars on each of the flags. I have included a screen shot and circled the error in green.
I am open to being incorrect here but Contributer BigJoy seems to be submitting AI generated images with no "AI generated" tag. Example 1 / Example 2 / Example 3 / Example 4 / Example 5 / Example 6 They all have that melty AI detail, especially examples 5 & 6 Really frustrating that there is no direct way to report this. Wastes everybodies time
I want to cancel my subsciption to adobe stock, I've been paying the monthly fee for over a year and should not be committed to keep this subscription any more. Still- when I cancel, I have to pay a large fee for cancelling too soon. Tried to find customer support, does not exist?? Help.
I have the 10-assets a month Adobe Stock plan. I've had this plan for many years with no problems. However, now when I click on Stock in the CC app it gives me an error message saying it is not available on my account. Same thing happens when I go to the Adobe Stock site directly on my browser. I've had three Adobe Support people take a look at it, including one who did a remote session into my Mac to see the configuration. They can't figure it out and keep saying they will have to get back to me. Now Adobe Support has gone silent on me, even though I see the support ticket is still open. I found one "workaround" (which is unacceptable to me)... I bookmarked a stock search a long time ago in my browser. If I go back to that bookmark, I can access the Adobe Stock site and download images. Anyone else running into the "Adobe Stock is not available on your account" error?

Hi,I purchased this video clip for a project:https://stock.adobe.com/uk/Library/urn:aaid:sc:EU:618adf36-b817-4f96-a002-d72ba353551c?asset_id=415309882When I downloaded it the file is corrupted and wont play for the full length. Should be 17 seconds but freezes after only a second. I have tried downloading it multiple times but no different. I had downloaded the preview the video previously which played fine, then the purchased download was corrupted. Please could I request a refund and the video to be fixed or removed asap.Thank you.
Here is stock contributer that traces AI art and uploads it vector but dosen't lable it as generative ai so it pops up when you have no generative ai selected. most of their gallery is not labled AI Their images keep popping up in my search resultsdespite having “no generative AI” enabled. Can`t download anything from Adobe Stock, even though i have a monthly payment plan - there was no problems with payment, my 350 resources a month plan is visible in my "managa account" tab, and when I click on my profile pic on stock, there is strange information ""Available resource allocation No plan".Does anyone know whats the problem? Everything was working fine on friday.
The majority of the images in this contributor's account are indicated as AI-generated. However, these images do not labelled as "AI generated". Is this not against the Adobe's guidelines?Here are the links to the accounts:account 1 account 2

Sorry if this seems like a silly question but, can someone please explain Stock Images to me ? I have a business licenses and get 10 stock images a month. I have never really taken advantage of it. Now I want to use some images for multiple projects. Are the 10 images cumulative or additive? Do I only get 10 images out of the entire Adobe catalog that I can use a month or do I get 10+10+10+10.... and if I do, would I be able to access all the past months that I had never took advantage of ? Any help and illumination would greatly be appreciated.Thanks
I subscribed to the free trial to download 10 stock images, including this one: https://stock.adobe.com/834484050. After subscribing, the link shows "Page Not Found." However, the link works and prompts for a subscription when accessed from a non-subscribed account.This feels misleading. Can you explain why this happens and help me access the images promised in the free trial?
The contributor artthic, whose content is all AI-generated, has a number of videos in its portfolio that are clearly generated by an AI such as Runway but are not so labeled. Examples are: 867055580, 867062290, 867078073, 867097279, 867113726, 867105847.This is the same person who has AI-generated faux vector illustrations that are also not marked as AI.
I have a 10 credit monthly account - I was last billed on the 10th of july - since then I have downloaded 2 stock images.. why do i have no credits left? Does anyone have an Adobe Australia support contact Thanks
For reasons unknown, Adobe froze our Adobe Stock account. The popup window says our billing info needs to be updated, but everything is correct and the automatic payments are current. When I reached out, they said it was a problem on their end and they would "expedite" the issue. It would be fixed within 72 hours. It has now been 7 days. When I reach out to them, they again tell me that it has been "expedited" and I should just wait for their email. In those 7 days, it actually got worse in that all our unused assets completely disappeared. We had some 83 and were planning on using many of them in late summer and early fall. What in the world is going on? Has anyone else run into this? I am completely flummoxed as to why this is such a challenging fix.
We have an Adobe Stock subscription and despite a valid credit card and paid bills, we can't buy images at the usual rate without a pop-up prompting us to pay for a new subscription... Makes no sense and now we can't get stock because we aren't going to pay an additional fee for something we already have.
Adobe Stock won't load the library and won't save stocks to the library. It was fine yesterday, but today, when I clicked "Save to library", nothing happened. And when I tried to access the library, I got an error message: "We couldn’t load your libraries. Try again by viewing all libraries."
Successfully logged in, paid my bill, but when I try to purchase I get a page to sign up. Can't find any problems with the CC.

Hey I was able to run adobe stock just fine for the first few months afte purchasing, now every time I search for anything "We're unable to process your request. Please try again later.", this message pops up. Anyone know how to fix this?
Hi, Got a membership running for Adobe Stock but I keep getting the message that this isn't available in my account, which is strange ... and when I think this is wrong I need to speak to my It-manager but I'm a private person and this my own private account.
File #: 664415003 This file states "Fully Editable EPS Files, Words and Fonts can be changed" I used a credit and downloaded this file, but it does not contain any live text, so the text cannot be edited.
