Since, after searching many previous posts here, there is apparently no way to report individual assets for their quality, issues, or misleading descriptions, other than entering into a long, complicated chat window or reporting it here publicly, I will report it here. The user "Kartick" has numerous vector line icon assets that claim in both the thumbnail image and the description to have an "editable stroke." The two that I have licensed do not have an editable stroke and I would assume that is true for the rest of their assets. The assets that I downloaded and confirmed do not have an editable stroke are: #1321977567 and #1318359047. Thankfully I have an education license through my employer, so wasting an asset download isn't a big deal for me, but if I had paid for this individually, I would be very upset. Just trying to prevent someone else from having this happen to them. Thank you.

Can you please inprove your Exclude People filter? I am looking for images of beaches without people in the shot. I checked the "Exclude People" box and still SO many of the images are of people, some not even at the beach. Why have a filter that doesn't do what it is supposed to?

Searching Stock for “ipad” produces mostly images of iPhones or generic tablets, even if I enclose the search term in quotes. More specific searches are actually worse, e. g. searching for “ipad apps” (to get a picture showing an iPad with app icons on the screen.).The results are so bad, they amount to a bug. Are you allowing your contributors to use incorrect keywords to hijack your search results? I downloaded what supposed to be a vector or svg file, file #1942260536, when it is actually just a jpeg. Please refund the credit. Looking at numerous complain and refund request, with same issue, which is an image that has been labeled as vector, Adobe stock should some sort of quality control of the vector that has been submitted. Is there penalties for artists who submitted and tag it wrong? If not, there should be. This is wasted time on.

I need a credit refunded as the vector file for 1906705225 is just a placed raster image in an ai file.

File #1906944793 claims it is a vector file but it is not a true vector! It is an image inside of a vector .. I wasted a credit on that!

I'm trying to share an Adobe Stock Library with a client and keep getting an error message:Additionally, when I try to copy the link and share that, I get an "access denied, you don't have permission to access." Finally, I'm also unable to download any preview images. When clicking on download preview, I'm taking to a paywall. I swear I used to be able to download watermarked previews. 

My adostock library is not loading. It loads a few images and then it freezes. I cannot remove, license or view the images that are showing. I tried in safari, chrome and firefox. I tried restarting the computer, i deleted history and cookies and nothing is happening. The laptop is fully updated and the account is paid for.  I can browse for images and license them from the search page but i can't do anything in my library. Any ideas?

I have to change back to my printing preferences each and every day. According to the Adobe forums, hundreds of other users experience the exact same issue. This has been going on for years and Adobe need to fix it as a priority.

I’ve been having this problem for since the last update. When I open Photoshop I get this messege.  And when I click OK, and open photoshop, all the files on the welcome page are gone. and My Actions are deleted and replaced with Default ones. This happened so many times, i lost count. I have been using these actions for a long time and never had an issue.  

I have been unable to download assets from stock for the last 12 days, prior to this error I was able to download assets etc. I have no idea where can I post this issue. I have tried Logging out and resetting cache but didn’t work. I need to download some assets for my work, can someone look into this and post a solution? Thanks. 

I am writing to report a persistent issue with downloading images. Whenever I attempt to download, I receive the following error message: “We're sorry, but a system error occurred. If you do not receive a payment confirmation email in the next few minutes, please try again or contact customer service.”Our account currently has an unlimited image stock quota. My team lead previously reached out to support and was advised to sign out and sign back in; however, this did not resolve the problem.Could you please investigate this further and provide a permanent solution?

Bonjour, je n'ai ni abonnement, ni crédit disponible mais jusqu'à présent, je pouvais enregistrer des images dans une de mes bibliothèques et/ou télécharger un aperçu. Aujourd'hui, quand je clique sur les boutons correspondants, une fenetre pop-up s'ouvre pour que je m'abonne. Les conditions de la plateforme ont-elle complètement changés ou est-ce un bug? Car cela est vraiment dommageable pour la création de maquette à présenter au client. Merci !

I have made some photos with my photos and now when I upload those photos to Adobe it is asking for permission. Now I mean if I upload those to Adobe then there will be an account problem.

While trying to add a Bangladeshi mobile number to my Adobe account for verification, the system shows an error and does not allow me to proceed. This issue persists regardless of the number or attempt count. Steps to Reproduce:1. Log in to Adobe account.2. Go to the option to add/verify phone number.3. Select country code: +880 (Bangladesh).4. Enter a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.5. Click on "Add". Expected Result:The system should send a verification code (OTP) to the entered Bangladeshi mobile number. Actual Result:An error message appears:"An error occurred while performing this action. The vector quality of asset #1906431508 is significantly below professional standards. The paths are jagged, the curves are poorly executed, and there is a noticeable lack of symmetry in the fork tines. This looks like a low-quality auto-trace rather than a handcrafted vector. I request a review of this asset. 

I can't access anything in Adobe Stock from my Personal profile and it will not let me switch it back to my Corp profile for some reason where I should have full access. Please assist.

From last week to this week, InDesign 2026 has been crashing constantly. It does autosave, but even when it recovers, it still reports that the file is damaged. In addition, when the program opens, my settings—such as my workspace—are not saved, as if everything resets on its own.This has become extremely frustrating. I have many projects to complete for my job, and these issues are slowing me down and causing significant inconvenience.
