A client just informed me that the Adobe Spark web page I created for them in 2019 is no longer active. In my Adobe Express dashboard, I can find the other Spark pages I made for them, but not this particular one. It has disappeared. I have a link from a Facebook page and a 404 link converted to Express : https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/B2eAn5NRET32eIs there a solution to restore these disappeared Spark pages? (I've seen that I'm not the only one...)Thanks !
My media is not loading today . Anyone else with the same issue ?
When I choose a gradient from effect, for a title, it seems that the "gradient" looks like one solid colour. This has happened a few times. Cheers Nate
Hello,I’ve created several video files in my Adobe Express project and attempted to download them. However, the download process consistently stops at 77%. Just a week ago, I was able to download the same file without any issues.Could someone please advise on how to resolve this problem?Thank you in advance for your help.Kind regards, Paula

I have a couple of documents in my account in Adobe Express. I duplicated one document and want to adapt it. I have this issue: I cannot edit any of the text boxes. I tried double-clicking, does not work.I tried right mouse click, does not give editing option, either. I can "rewrite with AI" but hat is not helpful here, I need entirely nex text.I checked whether the boxes are grouped together with something - they are not.I checked wheter there is a layer on top - there isn't. I am on a Windows PC, with Google Chorme Brwoser, updated to latest version.I also have the same issue in the app.I have the same issue in other documents as well all across my Adopbe Express Account.Please help, I need to get a quote out to my client ASAP and this is driving me insane!

I can download .png just fine but PDF download freezes at 90%. I'm using it in browser and cleared my cache already. What can i do to fix this?
Ive tried web, phone, and the computer app and almost every time i try to use the erase feature (a large part of why i PAY to use adobe) it crashes. constantly. this creates productivity issues, lags, and at certain points ive had to use alternate means to finish my project. why does this crash so much? This is crashing so much that its to the point that i officially feel my money is being wasted.
Very frustrating. I am putting together a Town Hall video for a large audience, in two days. I spliced together multiple videos in a project and was able to download with no issues. I made changes and now I'm unable to download the file no matter what i try (clearing cache, different browsers, different wifi, VPN on and off, using app and web, restarting, incognito mode). I receive the error message "Download failed. An error ocurred while downloading your file. Please try again." I am super disappointed I spent hours into this project, using Adobe Express for the first time. Why is there no fix for this? It's a joke and now I don't have a working video and won't be able to use the one I downloaded already so can't meet the objective.
This may be related to the current tech issue with this internet based software, but the .ai or .pdf file that once converted to an Adobe Express file yesterday that took 5 seconds now will not convert at all. Just getting the ellipse dots as it tries to convert. Restarted machine twice, signed out then signed back in to CC. Nothing. Standing by to see if this is part of a tech issue software-wide on Oct 20, 2025.

Ich muss es morgen abgeben, da ich mein Geld damit verdiene. Das ist der Grund "Warum es so wertvoll für mich ist!" Gleiches passiert auf dem IPHONE 14Plus, also offensichtlich ein Softwarebug!
Im going to school at wsu and we use adobe express a lot. I had an entire project done and when I signed back into the account to share with team members it was just gone. nowhere to be found and I cant even contact someone to help me get it back. It is worth half my grade.
I have been online working since about 0900CST and nothing but issues. I cannot retrieve my layout for a project I am finalizing. I cannot save projects into alternative formatting. Anyone else? Any solutions?
iPadOS 26.0.1 Express v29.1.1 When adding a new scene, the 'add new scene' option from the + button to the right of the last scene doesn't work reliably. If I tap it normally (quickly), nothing happens and the option box disappears. I found that I have to hold the option for a second or so for it to work and add a new scene.
In the middle of working on a project, it stopped working when I went back to the app from a different browser. Not logged in, it's showing me the home page and prompting me to start a free trial. I have a premium subscription with no issues. 'please help: need this for work.
It looks like there is something wrong with the search function for Elements. When I try to search for Elements I receive the attached "sorry, we couldn't find anything" message no matter what I search for, even if they are elements that I know Express has hundreds of assets for. It's the same for Desktop and mobile. Also, possibly related, everything is loading incredibly slowly or not at all, and Express is not exporting PDFs. It just freezes at 90%.
Up until last week when I started a new social post carousel or story, I had the ability to turn on safe zones for these posts. Now with the new version, it seems that this has been removed? WHY. This was so important to me, please put it back in or let me know how to get it back?! Thanks.
iPad app 29.1.1 The fit to page feature often shows the zoom level too low, resulting in a massively zoomed out view. This automatically happens every time I change pages too. That means I have to zoom in every time and is a huge PITA. If I force close and restart Express, it will often work ok but at some point, it'll stop working correctly again. The zoom behaviour is also not great in that you can't pan the page left and right, it's stuck on a vertical centre line off-centre. That means I can't move the page view around exactly where I want it.
Whenever I try to use Animate characters, it's stuck on Submitting and after 1-2 minutes I get internal server error, I have already tried with force stop and clear cache but same result.
For a while now I've been having trouble with downloading larger files as PDF. When I try to download the file, the progress bar gets stuck at 90% for preparing the file (see attachment). I stay on the screen and I've tried waiting multiple hours, but nothing happened. I usually use Adobe Express on my iPad Air 5, but I've tried exporting my project on my Windows PC as well, on which I had the same issue (again I waited multiple hours and the progress bar was stuck at 90%). The issue occurs with both standard PDF and printing PDF. I made my portfolio (with a lot of images and important hyperlinks) for an art academy application in Adobe Express so this was a big problem, and I had to find a workaround. I've noticed this: when there are multiple images on a page, I sometimes can't even download that single page as PDF. To fix this, I had to download the page as PNG, import that image and put it underneath the text layers (which included the hyperlinks, so it was important that they
Adobe Express has become slow & unresponsive. If it loads without an error, only templates are available in searches or favorites. Cache and relevent browsing data has been cleared multiple times in Chrome. I reported a similar issue in August of this year. Please advise.TY,Carol
So i have a problem then i mark my photo and click remove background after a minute it pops that background cant be removed try to re uplound photo. how can i fix this isseu ?

Adobe animate option does not work properly. so many time it did not start auto processing the voice type is wvav and MP4.also it does not support or work with Adobe enhance voice.my phone model is oppo A53. I already tell it in the rating then i get a reply to post a report in Adobe community With a video.
