Hello, please help me, I try everything but button for music Add trom device, not working in my app at mobile phone
Everytime I log into Adobe Express and open a project the Try the Updated Editor Tour popup appears even after selecting skip tour or completing the tour. It will disappear for then but if I load a project again or complete an action such as remove a background from an image it appears again. Environment InfoPlatform: WebBrowser: Chrome, Edge are the browsers I tried.OS: WindowsScreenshots or Video (If Possible) When Did It Start?I just gained access to Adobe Express 10/30/25 and it has been occurring since.Steps to Reproduce I dont know that its necessarily reproducable since it occurs when i simply open a project or complete an action such as remove an image background.
Hi, I'd like to download a 41-page document with animation as one, complete MP4 video file. I have two issues:1) I get single named mp4 videos of each separate page. This is annoying, it is easy to convert them https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/merge?linkId=100000379857172 but still I am surprised I have to do it manually.2) More importantly, I need to export 4k quality videos because the video is being used on a big screen, and also I noticed that on the default custom resolution the kerning between some letters was incorrect. I cannot choose "4k" when I want to download all pages, it's greyed out. Can anyone suggest a solution other than me downloading 41 pages one by one? I made sure the PDF I'm exporting into Adobe Express is sRGB with layers in png file with the file size 532 KB, but when it's open up in Adobe Express it looks like it's in CYMK, the color is so washed out. Please help!

Just started using Google Drive add-on. Great i thought, this will be a game changer. Except... The majority of image files don't load a thumbnail - simple PNG and JPG images, so nothing exotic. Worse, after navigating around and going back a folder level, i get a "something went wrong error"! Something is going very wrong with the plugin. impossible to use the add-on without thumbnails - I have thousands of images and even with good filenames, I just have no idea what's what. Hallo Leute,ich habe ein Video mit einer Größe von 3,840 x 96px erstellt. Das sieht auch so weit gut aus, jedoch kann ich es leider nicht herunter laden. Es erscheint jedes mal die Fehlermeldung:Herunterladen fehlgeschlagenBeim Herunterladen der Datei ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es erneut.Ich hab es nun die letzte Woche immer wieder versucht. Es scheint also auch kein temporäres Problem zu sein. Hat jemand eine Idee?
The highlight text feature has inconsistant formatting. The same parameters are being using on all of these cards (shape size: 33), yet the highlight differs based on the text inputted. Most notably, when characters that don't have tails or italicized words are included, the highlight becomes more constrained. This is frustrating when creating templates, as this text highlight should be standardized across any copy input.
My students are using anchor links to navigate their Express webpages. Unfortunately after they link the Heading to the table of contents and then publish it, the link go to the bottom of the page. They are making the links correctly from a published webpage. Some say it works on the laptop that they made the webpage on but does not work on a second device. Can you please look into this bug? Hello, I am facing a problem with an adobe font called Arsenica Variable. I am using it in illustrator, have added it on my favorites and a library. When I try to use in on Adobe express, first of all its showing only as part of the library i have created and second of all when i select it as a font and try to type a sentence it comes out as blank. More specifically, the letters are not showing even thought I can see on the side panel the sentence I have typed. Any ideas on how to make it appear available and be able to use it on my visuals? thank you!!

I was able to disconnect the second instance, but now I have a menacing button to delete my whole Instagram channel with all its posts. This is pure evil. No app should have such a capability in the first place. All the years of investment and posting can be so easily removed by a single click of a button. I also notice that this second row (Not connected) cannot be removed as there is only a "delete channel and posts" button.I like Adobe products, I really do. But this particular feature, this particular UI experience, - has any developer ever look at this? This is incredibly scary.
Hi all, I've created a new template in adobe express today, and a couple of hours later my text is invisible. It comes back if I change the font, however this is time consuming. How can I fix it?
As of yesterday, Nov. 4, my animations on my iPad will only play when I first open a file. However, if I click on an image, which opens the image panel on the left, and then I close the panel, the timeline will, from then on, only display the image that I clicked on. Whether I manually slide the player head across the timeline or click the play button, I only see that one image. Even if I click on a different scene containing different images, I can only see that same image. The only way to reinstate proper functionality is to close and reopen the file, but once I try to actually do anything, I get stuck on a single image all over again. In other words, Adobe Express is no longer working on my iOS, and nothing changed when I updated to most current version. If there's a workaround to this, I'll take it.
I have discovered an unexpected relationship between the source videos properties and the quality of the Remove Background feature on the Adobe Express website.https://new.express.adobe.com/This finding highlights a significant performance discrepancy I observed while testing high-resolution vertical MP4 videos (2160 x 3840).When testing, I found two main conditions:1. SUCCESS: A source video running at 60.00 fps (with a high Total Bitrate of ~95,775 kbps) produced a Pixel-Perfect, clean mask after processing.2. FAILURE: A source video running at 29.97 frames/second (with a lower Total Bitrate of ~78,883 kbps) produced an Extremely Sloppy and unusable mask.Key Finding: The only input factor that allowed the AI to perform cleanly was using the 60 fps video source. When the successful 60 fps file was processed by the Express web app, it retained 60 fps but had its bitrate reduced (~65,809 kbps total bitrate). The past week has been painful to use Adobe Express on my devices. Benn using the same laptop for years without issue but everything on Adobe Express has slowed down with my other applications running as normal. I have traced and identified and found this lag to be only associated with Adobe Express. Reboooted laptop and still have same issues. Tried multiple machines and have same issues on multiple machines. Loading a project is painfully slow. It starts to load then hangs and then loads a bit more and hangs. This keeps going and attempting to edit any files when it's this sluggish if next to impossible. Anyone else getting this lag? Any Adobe experts care to weigh in or is it time to head to Canva? I haven't been able to use Adobe Express Animate characters for a week or so. It is always returning an error: 'Submission Error'. I have tried using Mobile app and changed browsers but of no use.Please help.
Bonjour, je suis dans l'incapacité de connecter mes comptes instagram et facebook à Adobe Express.J'ai pourtant suivi toute les recommandations et les étapes précisées par Adobe.J'ai créé un compte facebook mais impossible de le connecter, chaque fois j'ai le message d'erreur impossible de connecter (blablabla).Même problème avec mon compte instagram alors que celui-ci est bien un compte pro.J'ai même été jusqu'a créer tout ce qu'il faut dans l'écosysteme Meta Business Suite, ou j'y ai même connecter mon compte instagram à mon compte facebook etc...Bref tout ce qui est préconisé par Adobe mais toujours impossible de connecter mes comptes.Je trouve cela dingue que ce sujet soit récurent depuis de nombreuses années et que rien n'ai été fait pour améliorer / simplifier les procédures.A croire qu'Adobe n'écoute pas ses retours utilisateurs.Quelqu'un aurait-il des solutions a ce problèmes parce que la je commence a devenir dingue.
As soon as I upload any video, it keeps loading endlessly and shows this error. I just can’t get the video to upload — it never finishes loading. I’m unable to work because the video simply won’t upload to Adobe.
The Bulk Create and Generate Addon is currently bugging out. It starts to Generate assets and then stops and shows an error popup with UUID. It was working at the beginning of last week, and stopped functioning around Wednesday/Thursday last week. I've checked previous guidance around checking firewalls, browser extensions etc. None of which appear to be the issue. I've also setup a completely new account and tested on a different machine, and the issue still persists. Have additionally tested with a blank file as well as a template file. Can anyone confirm if there are currently issues with the add-on, and potential solutions for a fix?
Hi,One of the templates I have created is causing issues when a user duplicates it. The locks and lock with ability to replace are all applied and working fine but as soon as the file is duplicated, the image in this version becomes locked and is unable to be "reframed" the image can be changed but the reframe option becomes locked for some reason.Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to fix it?Thanks,R
When clicking on the "show More" button in the projects folder that houses all the brand templates for the entire team it simply disappears and no more templates are visible. Meaning most of the templates we use daily are not accessible? Is anyone else having this issue? I am the template owner and have tried signing in and out but nothing is working and the whole team can't see the full list of templates.Tried contacting support but they are "out of office hours" which isn't helpful.
Hello. I cannot open my files from the Your Stuff folder. I also cannot open templates in the app, and I cannot create files using design assets (including but not limited to photos, elements, illustrations, etc.) .The Adobe Express version is 29.2.0. The iOS version is 18.7.2. Thanks!
