Despite the video itself being high quality, when I try to upload it through adobe express it turns low quality. Here is the path I go through (in case you need it): -I start on the home page and click the blue "+" button-Under the "create" menu I click "upload media"-I select the video I want to edit-I click "create new" then "youtube video"-It comes out blurry/low quality Any help would be appreciated.

Hello,Adobe Express in last months is very buggy!Now lag and slow motion when selectiong objects, object moving on free will when operating!  Centering or any other stuff related when moving objects is with lag and not precise.Please solve this.

I am trying to allow users to see my templates in their Express interface and use them, but not edit. I have a group of users with comment-only permissions to view and comment on templates in my project folder. In testing, I have found that they can choose "copy to" on my templates and, in the copied version which now lives in their space, can choose "edit template" and change anything they want on my template. Any ideas about why this is happening? My templates have "no users can unlock layers" option and the user permissions on the folder are comment only. MacOSDesktop Web

I am creating a post in Calendar to post to Instagram, and a duplicate post for Facebook, and the social mention feature (@mention) is not able to find all profiles. I was able to add two profiles ('@curtthompsonmd' and '@markbatterson') and mention them successfully. But when I tried others, the autocomplete/search dialog was not able to locate the profile, even though the profile exists and the handle was typed correctly. Example: '@iamjillphillips' on Instagram and '@michaeljohncusick' on FacebookSince there is no other way to add mentions, the function fails, and it cannot be completed successfully, so it must be abandonedGoal: It is important to credit and mention all people featured in a post and connect to their social profiles, when possibleUsing: Mac OS, Adobe Express in Chrome browser

Our company has largue format images and the adobe libaries sometimes don't work, so it defeats the purpose of a quick turnaround project when I have to change the format on Photoshop. Maryorie Pavon

tenho a fonte inter na adicionada a minha biblioteca adobe, mas por algum motivo ela não aparece no adobe express, inter variable e inter tight variable. Problema durando por varios dias...

I worked for an hour or more on an Adobe Express project and now i cannot download it OR share.  A window comes up saying "We're working on your file.  You'll be able to download it soon".  I'm using Adobe Express on  an HP All-In-One Desktop PC 27-cr0000a.  Windows 11 Home - 64 bit - 16GB. And while we're here.., why do you keep changing things.., every day I am struggling to find things that I've been using since I got this program that seem to have been randonly changed.  

Moving assests and designs between apps is very complicated and needs a very high level of product knowledge. Is there a way we can make the workflow easier for new users? or have some sort of step approach where you can manage to do simple transfers first. Express to PS is super tiring. - Ashley and Emma

This seems rather ridiculous but how is it possible to not be able to download a PDF version of your project on Adobe Express. It doesnt make any sense.

Em alguns design o botão de camada fica em cima da parte que precisa de atenção para ser alterada. Puxando o design pra baixo, ele não move mais do que o limite onde pega o botão.Ou vocês diminuem o botão de camadas ou permitam o usuário colocar ele onde quiser

Microfot Surface Pro 11 model 2076 (ARM snapdragon X elite)Express web version. This might be a tricky one to answer as it's likely hardware specific. In a file with a timeline (insta vertical video) and in "Selected Layer" mode, I can drag the Current Time Indicator (CTI) fluidly and smoothly with no issues. If I'm in tablet mode and drag the CTI with my finger, it moves barely and then releases (so it will start to move a fraction and then stop). In the beta "All Layers" mode (yay! this is just what I need), if works fine and I can drag the CTI smoothly with no issues! Anyone seen similar behaviour on eithe Mictosoft Surface or other touchscreen device?

Hi Adobe Team,I’m getting a recurring “Oops! Something went wrong while creating your animation” error in Animate Characters. When I upload an audio file (via the “Upload from browser” option), it reaches 100%, the animation processes in the background, but then this error appears. I can’t play or download the video — only refresh, which resets everything.I’ve tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), cleared cache, used Incognito, multiple accounts, smaller .mp3/.wav files, and even different networks — same result every time. Only one video worked before this issue started.Please check if this is a known bug with the audio upload feature or guide me on how to fix it.Thanks,Raja Abdul Saboor Shujahat

A client just informed me that the Adobe Spark web page I created for them in 2019 is no longer active. In my Adobe Express dashboard, I can find the other Spark pages I made for them, but not this particular one. It has disappeared. I have a link from a Facebook page and a 404 link converted to Express : https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/B2eAn5NRET32eIs there a solution to restore these disappeared Spark pages? (I've seen that I'm not the only one...)Thanks !

My media is not loading today . Anyone else with the same issue ?

When I choose a gradient from effect, for a title, it seems that the "gradient" looks like one solid colour. This has happened a few times.  Cheers Nate

Hello,I’ve created several video files in my Adobe Express project and attempted to download them. However, the download process consistently stops at 77%. Just a week ago, I was able to download the same file without any issues.Could someone please advise on how to resolve this problem?Thank you in advance for your help.Kind regards, Paula 

I keep getting this message when trying to assign a project to my class.

I have a couple of documents in my account in Adobe Express. I duplicated one document and want to adapt it. I have this issue: I cannot edit any of the text boxes. I tried double-clicking, does not work.I tried right mouse click, does not give editing option, either. I can "rewrite with AI" but hat is not helpful here, I need entirely nex text.I checked whether the boxes are grouped together with something - they are not.I checked wheter there is a layer on top - there isn't. I am on a Windows PC, with Google Chorme Brwoser, updated to latest version.I also have the same issue in the app.I have the same issue in other documents as well all across my Adopbe Express Account.Please help, I need to get a quote out to my client ASAP and this is driving me insane!
