I've tried restarting, clearing my cache, having different members of my team try to do the same thing. The audio upload on Adobe Express is completely bugged and needs to be fixed.
Quite frustrating. I'm mobile (away from my desktop PC) and trying to load a file I created in Express - an insta story blank template that I added three scenes to on one page with animated text and music. I just get this when browsing to that file. Tried multiple times. Same problem. iPad v29.1.1
iPad v29.1.1 when copying and pasting a style for a text item that has a shape applied (the square one as per the screen shot), the copy and paste doesn't copy and paste a gradient applied to the shape. See the screen shot - I copied the style from the lower text and applied it to the top one. Result - the ghastly default yellow (please change that default to something better!)

When trying to update the view-only link, two things happen:1) Skipped slides are shown both in the preview window and on the live link2) The display author button resets itself if it was turned off prior to updating
I was looking for a cross posting and scheduling tool for various social media platforms and found out Adobe has their own through Adobe Express. But I've been running the tons of issues. The major issue is that even though I schedule a post for a certain time, it will jump the gun and post it whenever it feels like, or not posted at all. I've also had it swap out videos I've uploaded for other videos I've uploaded previously. So, I'm trying to post video a at 12:00 p.m., but it swaps out that video for video B to be posted at 12:00 p.m. I did a quick search and didn't see anybody else having this issue. I'd like to keep using this, as it comes with my subscription. But if it's a buggy mess, I'll go to a different platform. Anybody else having this issue?

Hi There, I am half way through creating a video project. Everytime I try to upload a new clip A red error box pops up saying "error uploading, please try again. I've tried changing the pathway and the actual file. All have the same outcome. Any ideas? Cheers
Is anyone having the following issue? How can I fix it? Hi there, I've been using express for a few months now and recently, I am unable to get any photo, graphic, etc when typing into the search bar. I've tried searching for simple items that I know would populate, such as "dog", but I still get the error message, "Sorry, we didn't find anything." My account recently asked to set some preferences and since then, the image bank does not work. Does this have anything to do with the issue? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance!
Starting today (last used express on friday) I can't use the up, down and delete keys inside a text box anymore in Adobe Express anymore. Nothing happens when I hit these keys. Also when I hold left or right the cursor doesn't move through the characters as per usual. Instead I am only able to move character by character on each press of the key. This issue is only limited to text boxes inside a document. If I try to move an object the keys behave as they should. Also in the text window for presentation notes everything works as it should. The type of document doesn't matter though. (I mostly work on presentations at the moment, but other designs have the same issue) This is also limited to adobe express. Haven't found another website or application where i have this issue. In the attached file I showed that I can only move left and right character by character. up and down and delete don't work. (Kinda hard to showcase in a video hope it helps nonetheless) I'
Gostaria de deixar registrado que ao pesquisar os termos Consciência Negra, na plataforma Adobe Express, no meio da seleção de imagens foi exibido uma que continha uma mão branca segurando um revólver. A legenda da foto "main et révolver" não possui nenhuma correspondência de palavras com a pesquisa seja exata ou de correlação lógica. O que me leva a pensar que o algoritmo que fez essa seleção esteja enviesado e reforçando esteriótipos negativos a respeito da comunidade negra. Fiz uma reclamação via chat e fui instruida a enviar essa ocorrência pelo formulário de relato de bugs, contudo como o mesmo não está funcionando vim relatar na comunidade para que esse problema seja adereçado de forma séria. Precisamos ser cada vez mais vigilantes com as IA e entender que elas não são insentas de cometer injustiças, uma vez que são alimentadas por nós. Is Adobe Express compatible with Chrome? When I try to open the site with Chrome, I get the message, "Something's missing... your system is not supported." When I click the provided link, it gives me a list of things to check, but they're all working/installed, and Express loads in just fine on Microsoft Edge.
The recording voiceover in the App doesn't work smoothly. Also, the editing makes the App and iPhone hang up and heats up the iPhone's all the time, especially when I switch functions. Really frustrating!!!!
Hello dear Adobe Community, I have a question on an issue I posted about a couple of weeks ago: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/is-there-a-video-limit-in-adobe-express-website/m-p/15495279#M26033For the time being, I found a workaround, but we have a new website-newsletter to publish soon and it features a video that is eight minutes long, so it will be too long again for the five minute limit. Could you please let me know what caused this issue the last time and how I can avoid it from happening again? Thanks a ton!
Hello dear Adobe Community, hope you are well. I recently created a newsletter for our office colleagues, and everything looked fine until I went and send it out. We now for some reason have different fonts on mobile vs. desktop view, even though both were fine before. We checked MS Edge and Safari in mobile view, that didn't make a difference.Does anyone know how to fix this?
I think it's about time that we're able to export a PDF designed in Adobe Express as a Flattened PDF. If it's possible in a program like Canva, than why is it not yet available in Adobe Express? Please add this functionality, as having to utilize additional adobe software is a crazy ask for people that are paying subscriptions for a software to use as an alternative to Canva and wherein we create brand materials including PDFs in the first place. I highly doubt that all the folks on an Adobe Express subscription have signed up for it in order to be told to find a way to solve the problem outside of the platform. This should work. I really hope this gets prioritized. It's not the first time people are raising issues with this in the software and it's something we need.
Hello,Have experienced bug in templates search bar, it doesn't return or filter desired word i write in bar. Returns all.
From opening of a project on the app, to nearly every function, the app keeps freezing after 1-2 commands are issued. Express has a long history of issues and unnecessary changes but now it's really just plain unuable like this. Since the update, on Android16 the app will freeze and the only work around I can do is switch ot another app and go back and most of the time it will resume. This way I know it's not my OS, it's the coding of Adobe Express. This app becomes more and more unusable every few months but this is quite the stunning leap. I wish I could go back to the pre-AI slop version of this app but you forced me to this new one that is so non-userfriendly and non-intuitive. It takes 5 steps to do something that just took 1. More bugs than benefits and now I can't even use it. You aren't making it better more than adding more problems. PLEASE give us the old versions back or the abilty to switch to the old UI. I just want to get my work done on my mobile quickly and correctly. I
Hi, I made a music video with original audio in .wav format uploaded to Adobe Express in the web browser. I used various stock footage available for me in Adobe Express as I am a paying subscriber.Everything works and looks fine in the Adobe Express page but when I download the file (mp4) it has no sound. Any idea why?I've tried different browsers and different computers but always the same result. Summary:When downloading any Adobe Express project, all text after the final dash (“ - ”) in the project title is automatically removed from the downloaded file name. Example:Before Downloading (project title):Inventory Sales List - Fall 2025 After Downloading (saved file name):Inventory Sales ListThis occurs across all download formats — PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. Steps to Reproduce:Create or open a project in Adobe Express.Title it using a dash, e.g., “Marketing Brochure - Spring 2025.”Download the file in any format.Observe that the resulting file name truncates at the last dash, omitting all text after it. Expected Behavior:The full title, including all text after the final dash, should be preserved in the downloaded file name. Actual Behavior:All characters and spaces following the final dash (“ - ”) are deleted from the exported file name. There has been multiple occasions on the Adobe Express app (iPhone) where, for example, I have used the 'remove object' and upon removing the object, the app has crashed and I lose my work. This doesn't just happen on remove object. Quite frustrating when you've put time and effort in.Version 29.1.0ios version 26.0.1
I've been hoping for an app update but this happens every time. It's the app so I can refresh? Should I just uninstall and then reinstall? Thanks!
Currently, I'm an Adobe Express Premium Member and I'm not able to download a PNG format. The error message I receive is: "Replace Asset, We are unable to license some content. Please replace or delete the asset and try again" as shown on the attached file. However, on any part of the flyer the asset is identified, and before I could download the same file in any format I required. I need to solve this asap.
Everytime I edit my videos and try to download it keeps showing we are working on your file please wait.after waiting for 3-4 hours it shows the same.And my Wifi is working completely fine there is some issue on software's end.
I've created and edited a video yet everytime I go to attempted to download the finished edited video I'm repeatedly getting the same result of having my download stop at 85% no matter how I try and work around and fix it. In trying to get this to work I've cleared my entire cache and cookies, I've tried duplicating the file and downloading the copy, I've tried waiting a few hours to see if maybe the bar would progress but nothing has worked. I've got ample storage on my PC and a strong internet connection so I'm not sure what exactly is going wrong here.
