After you guys made these last updates to Express. I have now encounter several errors, but this is by far the worse.I'm working on projects and I can't select elements on the projects timeline to shorten or enlarge its duration on it. Also, if I duplicate or delete a scene, it closes the timeline every time. So, every time I duplicate a scene I have to go back to the "Edit timeline" button to work on it, this is really frustating.And finally, the way you moved the option to work on the projects pages to them bottom, is counter productive, because we no longer have the arrows on the sides to move from one page to another.You guys are messing this platform big time and making me waste a lot of time in my business. I need help from you guys to have this fix ASAP. Your subscription isn't cheap, so we except for you to provide a way better service than this.

Hi my name is Sam I am using Adobe Express animate from voice but since the thing keeps saying internal server error internal server error. I'm using it on Android 9 tecno spark 4air and also i cannot enhance audio so on Android I've tried clearing cache and cookies and I've also used different browsers but it's the same I don't know if it could be fixed.

Hi Adobe Team, I’m reaching out to report an issue with Adobe Express Scheduler. Yesterday, I scheduled a week’s worth of content, selecting both Facebook and Instagram as platforms. While everything looked perfect in the scheduler, it only posted to my Facebook page, leaving Instagram unposted. To ensure my content went live on Instagram, I had to duplicate the post and publish it manually. This workaround has been time-consuming, and it disrupts my workflow. Could you please look into this issue? I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving it to ensure seamless cross-platform scheduling.

Instead, it keeps selecting the circle shape. Therefore, I think it is a bug. When I try to crop to other shapes, it works. Just the rounded square option doesn't work.   Thanks!

I can't Publish project when i use Webpage , the error is this : You're out of space // Your storage is full. Remove files to free up space or buy more storage to keep creating . but is not true , i have free space ,  i have already speak with chat support 3 times ,the 2 ppl of 3 have LEFT THE CHAT AND LEAVE ME ALONE .and the last one can't help me .  are you serious ?

Hi team! I noticed a bug where every time I have a text box and I want to expand the text frame, the text size also increases. This happened after I used the add-on "Bulk Create and Generate." I tried adding a new text layer and I was able to extend and contract the text box width without the text resizing. So, I think the bug may be related to after the add-on is applied. 

Hello, I've tried multiple times from a colleague's and my own accounts to upload a PDF to Adobe Express in the Worksheet feature. In the recent past, I successfully translated PDFs to other languages and would like to do this again. I'm attaching a video of what is happening. PDF not Uploading I cleared cache, etc. Relaunced Adobe Express and tried to upload multiple PDFs. 

I love how Adobe has created the Schedule for content but it would be incredibly beneficial if a couple of the features mentioned below could be added.  Multiple Calendars (Having just one calendar gets very overwhelming very fast with posts)Ability to duplicate posts/drafts  (Since multiple platforms can not be selected when posting the ability to duplicate a post, then simply switching the platform you're posting to would save TONS of time!) The ability to post to multiple platforms at once. While I feel as this is more than likely not possible due to a differing character limit across platforms, the idea mentioned above could be a quick fix for this in my mind.  Thanks in advance!

 Hi, I’m experiencing a display issue with the Adobe Express app on my iPhone 14 Pro (iOS 16.2). The screen layout is jumbled and unusable (see screenshot). I’ve tried reinstalling, but the problem persists. Any advice on how to fix this?Thanks! 

I'm encountering issues connecting my Instagram account to Adobe Express Scheduler. While I can link my Instagram account to my facebook without problems, my account doesn't appear in the dropdown menu during setup of the Scheduler. I am somehow able to connect my Facebook Page to Adobe Scheduler but just not the instagram. I can also see my personal pages on the drop down but not my business page. I am not sure how to fix this problem. WHy is it letting me connect my business page to the Facebook section but not the insta section. My business page is not popping up on the drop down (See below). What is in the drop down is my personal pages, not my business page. But when I go to facebook, I can switch to my Business page. Yes, I have a business page on my FB.Yes I have a instagram account and I just set it up with my FB. 

On Adobe Express, I've encountered an issue where an image I used previously in the platform is no longer available. It will not load and appear gray. I have tried researching the image using the same and related queries, but nothing appears. Is anyone else encountering this issue?  Side note: Also, I'm noticing a large influx of AI portraits. It would be nice for Adobe Express to label what's authentic vs. AI within the media library. 

My spell check is not working. Twice I have submitted social media posts to my boss with typos and it is embarrassing. When will this be fixed. Ironically, this report a bug feature has spell check and the new Adobe Express does not.

Your ridiculous filter make generative fill essentially useless for image alterations. I will be disputed this contracted subscription as I cannot use this tool

Hi! I'm having issues with using the app. Its clearly just not working correctly. It's been like this for months. I go to open a project or start a new one and it just constantly loads. The weird text on the screen is a new issue too. Ive tried deleting and redownling the app many times. It's Adobe Express version 26.4.1. I use an iPhone 14, IOS 16.1. Super upsetting as I love using this app not just for business but also personal home design! Photo & video attached. Thanks for your help!!

Hello, I can't connect my Instagram account to Adobe Express. I have the message "connection failed".  I confirm that I have previously linked the Instagram professional account with the Facebook account. And that I can connect Adobe Express with the Facebook page.  2.15.0.02.15.0.0

I don't know how you guys manage to make this app worse and worse but resizing projects doesn't work anymore as it shrinks the entire project as well so I need to rescale the images every time I resize the project like make it make sense??? I can't do this either as I need a consistent alignment so trying to guess how much to scale every time is a waste of time. this is an example of how my projects look using 4096 x 4096 px scale, the width will always stay the same but the height varies from project to project so I always group everything then rescale so only the width changes but now when I do this the height gets shrunk down which is the issue so here's how it looks after trying to remove the excess height, the width got shrunk so idk how much % it got reduced by and my projects need consistent scales and if I were to lock the project before scaling then it still gets shrunk and I can't even rescale it anymore!!

Hi , i want to create short animated videos using audio file. When i do i can see the preview , but when i download i cannot , it says the access to the document has timed out. Please help me fix this 

J'ai rencontré le bug suivant, après plusieurs heures de travail, j'ai voulu exporter ma vidéo en MP4, sauf que j'ai rencontré un message qui disait "Nous travaillons sur votre projet il sera bientôt disponible" sauf qu'après des minutes d'attente je ne pouvais toujours pas exporter le projet, j'ai actualisé la page et j'ai perdu toutes les vidéos qui se trouvaient dans le projet, avec un losange rouge qui dit "échec du chargement" j'ai perdu des heures de travail et je suis très déçu d'Adobe Express qui semble laguer au possible.

I tried from different browsers to open adobe express but I always find the record button not there, although I find it from my mobile. what could be the solution? 

We had a student using the generative fill feature and typed in "An alcoholic Spongebob". I thought most of those types of words were blocked last year but it did create an image.
