Every time I open a file, Adobe duplicates the file instead of opening the original. They're called "Untitled". I need to access the original and can't, instead I have a page full of unnecessary duplicates.
Seriously, Adobe Express sucks. It’s so laggy and slow, consuming so much RAM. Last time I downloaded my file, it took me 10 minutes to wait and then returned an error notification without explaining the reason for the error. Seriously, who designed it? I CAN’T DO ANYTHING, from downloading to uploading to Google Drive. It took me 1 hour to successfully download the file.
One of my documents keeps loading only for a little window to pop up and say that it requires an update and to refresh it, but every time I click on the "Refresh" button, it only keeps loading--sometimes indefinitely; sometimes, the same window pops up again, with no results. It's only one document--I can access my other files just fine. Its thumbnail also won't load; it's either indefinitely a light grey with a white sheen sliding by, indicating it's loading, or it results in a blurred darker grey with a dark grey file symbol. Again, the thumbnails for my other files are fine; it's only this one that won't load.I made a duplicate of it to try and see if that would somehow fix it, but the same things are happening to it. The same issues not only apply to my browser but also the desktop app.I restarted my laptop also, but no dice. I don't know how to find the version the app is, but I'm using a Windows 11 laptop and Google Chrome as my brower along with, again, the desktop app.
This is a super buggy experience do you do E2E Testing before release? Particularly I-phone? 1. I have to search for the app2. when I enter my input it doesn't populate to the flyer - disconnect here!3. Moreover, it is not loading and I had to go back and reload.please check! I'm trying to print some A3 posters for an event. I've re-sized my design on Adobe Express to an A3 poster and downloaded it for use. When I upload the PNG to Print.inc the tool is telling me the uploaded .png has resolution issues, I'm unsure whther there is a resolution issue or not
For the past day, the site has been loading intermittently when I try to start a project. It wasn't working last night > then it was working this morning > and now it's not working again. Never experienced this until last night, so don't tell me "ad blocker/firewall/etc." What the hell is going on?
Hello, I cant get into one of my files called "Mozzarella spånga" ? Also, when i try to download one file it stops at 90% and then says something went wrong. Please tell me what to do?
Hello Adobe, I am trying to edit a text box in a video I am working on but I keep on typing and no text appears. I reloaded the browser multiple times but I still can't type. (I'm using a chromebook) Thank you!
I wrote the copy for a post I wanted to schedule and when I clicked browse to look for my asset per usual, instead of loading the asset, it opened the file folder instead, losing my copy!!!! I learned my lesson and always load the file first but now it just keeps exiting the schedule window and clicking my asset folder opens the folder instead! so frustrating - any advice/fix?
I watched the tutorial video, but the last step "choose profile" doesn't appear. It automatically connects one of my Instagram profiles (not the right one) and I cant change it.Thanks for your help
I can't open the app on my samsung s20 android phone. My setting says phone is clean, I tried closing phone down & restarting, clearing cache, installing update & nothing works... please help. Thanks 😊
Everytime i try and download a video i have edited, I just get a message saying that 'we're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.' I need this sorting for work!
Some of the students at my school are Educators rather than students in Adobe Express. How do I get them to become students again and keep them as students. I also have Admin access. Is there a way to mark an account as a student account through that? Thanks for the help.

Hi there - I am a corporate user and we use the Brands and Templates functionality a lot. Since last Thursday, many of my colleagues have reported an issue when trying to open a template file in order to create a new image. The screen gets stuck on the 'Just wait a moment...' loading screen and never changes. This has happened to atleast 4 different users now. Is it just us or is there a wider issue? Any support with this would be great as its a key tool for us.

Hello, when i download my video, i only hear one sound over the full video and not the different ones. In the web version it works fine.
Hello! When attempting to download an MP4 file with Audio in Adobe Express, the attached error message is received. My team and I have been receiving this error message since Friday. We have a Premium subscription to Adobe All Apps. We are wokring on a time sensitive project and having the ability to download files with audio included is imperative. We have cleared our previous download history, cache and cookies in an attempt to resolve this issue. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
when reopening projects for social media - uploaded images have been replaced with filler (unidentifiable images, sometimes random text) this is only while using my laptop
When downloading a project it is always stuck in "We're working on your file, you'll be able to download it soon"

The adobe express services in the browser and app are not working. This has been happening for weeks, while it works on my phone it doesn't opn my PC and it says getting things ready and never loads. So frustrating. Can't Adobe just make technology that works smh.
