Then import PDF to Express will the text be scrap fonts and symboles. Image 1 original PDF Image 2 after Express conversion and download to PDF again
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben nun mehrmals den Token für Instagram aktualisiert, die Verbindung getrennt und neu verbunden etc. Der Beitrag schlägt immer fehl. Obwohl alle anderen, darunter auch Facebook ganz normal veröffentlich werden. Ebenfalls funktioniert die Copy and Paste Funktion nicht. Man kann keine Texte mehr per copy&paste einfügen. Das hat 4 Monate einwandfrei funktioniert. Hier muss ein Programmfehler vorliegen. Bitte um eine Rückmeldung Mit freundlichen Grüßen Claudio Caporale
Hello,I've been trying to download files frome Adobe Express for two days. It doesn't work. Does anyone else have the same problem? I tried to celar cache but it didn't work.This problem needs to be fixed Please help!
I cannot use the platform. Whenever I upload media, it appears as grey boxes. I have plenty of storage on Adobe and my computer.
I maintain several different Chrome profiles. When I access Express from my main profile, it recently started hanging on this screen upon loading an old project or starting a new one: I can access from other browsers, other Chrome profiles. Just not one specific profile.Have tried deleting browser history and cookies already.
I jsut reported this but didn't have a screenshot. Here is an example. All the comments were mapped but now they are not. help please!
I have been facing this technical issue since the use of the new version of express. "An error occured while downloading your file. Please try again. "I just can't download video projects. I tried duplicating the file and singling out the slides but the error persists for every slide.Expecting quick resolvement of the issue here.

When I want to add a new artwork, the window for custom size pops up.If I select the width value by click and dragging (marking) the value, the window closes/crashs when the mouse exits the edit. (See the video) This is extreme annoying! I only can click in the edit, press several times backspace on the keyboard and then enter the new value.That is not a behaviour, we would expect in 2023 😞
the top left logo should take me home, and seems like it's meant to on hover because the url preview shows up in the corner of screen, but nothing ever happens when i click on it. i have to type the home url into url bar instead which is annoying. on desktop web, mac, chrome
I went into "Edit Theme" > "UI Components" > "Dropdown" and updated the font for all the states of the dropdown menu to the font that I want to use for it. It shows up in the theme the way I want it. After I clicked Apply, I went to the slide where I had updated it, and in "Normal", "Hover" and "Disabled" it shows up correctly. However, when I click on the dropdown menu and it switches to "Selected" state, the font reverts to what had been the default previously (Times New Roman). When I tried changing the font of the other states that I have control over (Normal and Hover), and then went and re-applied the Theme, they didn't update. Only the "Disabled" state seems to be controlled by the Theme. Neither "Selected" nor "Disabled" allow you to change the font. In Appearance, where the Normal and Hover states can change font types, the Appearance for the other two states only allows this: I am using Captivate Version 12.3.0.12
Keeps downloading a previous graphic I made, after changing the logo. Also started to download just a blank white square instead of the graphic designed in the app.
Adobe Express says it isn't supported on my device. My device is a MacBook Pro, updated 14.6.1. When I try to contact online help, it says this screenshot below. Help me.
Hi thereWhen I try to upload an image (1080x1080 JPG) to a post in the scheduler, it says, "Sorry, something went wrong during the file upload. Please try again in a few minutes." Trying to upload from existing assets on Adobe Express also does not work. I have tried using two different browsers with the same results.Any help?Nick
Hey, can´t figure out a way for to add multiple resources at once.. it doesn´t allow me to do it... This is available easily in canva hopefully here....
Hi! I'm trying to download a flyer in PDF Print version, but it doesn't work. As I click the download button after selecting the file format, it just pops a small download title under the main download button. I wonder if there is a solution to this probem.
As of this afternoon, I am unable to download videos to my adobe express account. In fact, I've tried all the video qualities (I'm premium), changing browsers, restarting my PC, changing PCs, sharing the video to try to download it with the shared account and still I can't.I'm still stuck at 69%.I've also tried to download an old video, which I'd already downloaded, and on this one I'm still stuck at 78%.The error is simply "Failed to download".
Logging into express after a really long time. I had one old project that has been saved in "Your Stuff". However, when I try to open it, nothing happens and the page gets stuck. Tried this on multiple browsers and after power cycling the system.Ad blocker is also off.
Hello team! I have subscribed for Adobe express premium version. I try to download since 10 days and I am unable to do so as the app stops at "We are working on your file, You will be able to download it soon".Could you please help me? I scheduled some social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for a week out, but I duplicated the template for a month's worth. However, when I try to schedule upcoming posts, I am receiving a message that I can only upload "one video or 9 images". It's the exact same format, just modified text and photos. When I check back, the previous posts were saved as one video (even though I had multiple pages/scenes), but those I am trying to schedule today are loading as 3 separate videos and will not allow me to schedule the post. This is VERY frustrating along with the incessant crashing I am experiencing with Adobe Express. Please help.
When I click on "publish" the only option is to copy a URL--there is no embed option, nor email, FB, Instagram, etc., as in the old Adobe Spark. The embed code is essential, when will it be restored?
Horrible experience. Videos simply cannot be edited—they don’t load properly, and when you try to re-upload them, they only work briefly before becoming unusable for the project. It’s unacceptable for a paid service to have these problems nearly every month without offering any compensation. If they can’t deliver what they promised, they shouldn’t waste users’ time. ‘Express’ is far from an accurate description given the time it wastes. Overall, this user experience was terrible, and it caused delays in my work.
I've been trying to install the latest beta for Adobe Express, and unfortunately it won't install. Is the early access version no longer available or is there another reason for it not working? I am using a Pixel 7 Pro on Android 14. I've tried restarting my device and restarting the Play Store.
Created a brand new document and Express keeps crashing. I have to keep refreshing and redoing work. When it directs me to refresh its always a different error code. This new express has been a major disappointment and still a beta product that should not have been rolled out into production.
After updating my app on 01 Sep 2024, I am not able to use function of Copy & Paste. These functions aren't working. Before update, both functions were working finely. Please fix this bug as soon as possible.
