When I upload a selection of photos, Adobe Express does not allow me to re-order them (rather it is stuck in the order in which they were uploaded). I also cannot duplicate posts, as there are no options when I right-click on a post or operate in the post editor.
After editing my video I found out that parts of my video were deleted after I saved it. I tested this theory several times and concluded that Adobe Express needs a lot of fixes before I keep using it to my video production. Please, stop adding features until you can offer a better platform. I had to restart three Youtube editing videos in another platform after wasting so much time with Adobe Express video.
I signed up for a Teams account, but it won't let me add my second team member. Also see no where to go for support.
I have been working on building currciulum guides for the upcoming year with adobe Express. Last week all my files disappeared. I tried to get help but becuase I am using my school teacher account I have to go through an admin. However, I have no idea who the administartor for the Adobe programs are andd no one at district office seems to know who the admin is and I have no way to find out. I am hoping that someone can help me recover my lost files as I am in despearte need to finish this curriculum and it was hours worth of files that was lost. I tried every suggested method in the community chats and still no success. ADOBE PLease help!
Mac OS 13.4 in Chrome Version 120.0.6099.109 I have several students working on an assignment I created with Express Classrooms, who are unable to access the file they began working on last week. A few students had clicked "Turn In" but would like to make changes to their file. Returning the file to them does not open editing access again. A few other students assure me they have NOT clicked Turn In, and their access is simply disabled. As you can see from the screenshot below, there are no edit tools even available. The interface looks as though it's been set to a "Read-Only" setting for the instructor to grade it. Grey boxes included to hide personally identifying information/photos of the student that this project belongs to.
I'm currently using Adobe Express on my iPhone 13 pro max, Samsung S21, and through the web browser without any issues. However, I've run into a problem with my iPad Pro 12.9 (2022 M2 model). The files I've created are not visible on this device, and the same issue occurs with an iPad Mini. Additionally, when I open the files created on the iPad using my mobile phone, they seem to convert into a different format and then vanish from the iPad. Can anyone explain what's happening? App version 25.2.0 (1)
EL nuevo express es un dolor de cabeza, no se puede hacer nada sino se toma uno dos o tres horas, es super lento todo, anadir una imagen, cargar informacion, editar texto... TODO es super lento. Teniamos menso cosas antes pero definitivamente funcionaba mejor. Y no no es mi internet porque lo uso para otras cosas y todo bien.

Hi,I've made some templates with editing restrictions. When I try to replace an image, sometimes the "Upload from device" purple button does not appear. I can do a work around by uploading the image to an asset library first, then replacing from there, but I'd rather the social media person be able to just directly upload. Why is this happening? Is doesn't happen on all the templates, only some and I don't know why.Thanks

I have been using Adobe Express on my Macbook for the past two years. I am using macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and it has suddenly started replacing all of my graphics with random graphics. For example, this is what is showing up: When in fact, this is what was created: I have no idea where to start. I tried using it on Chrome and it worked fine, but I dont like using Chrome. I prefer to use Safari. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to prevent this from happening?
When I use one of your stock videos and/or audio, I get a copyright infringement warning from Facebook when I post.
original file144p, 49mins, mp4 with audio, 35MB trimmed to2mins 45s, mp4 with audio.no additional scene or audio added. just trim it to a shorter one. once downloaded the trimmed, it's 157MB.... several issues here:1. a 144p source is recognized as 1080p2. trimmed file (less than 10% length of original) results in a 5 times larger of original file.3. first 1 second of trimmed file has audio distorted

I hate this thing. It blocks my view of my project and gets in the way when I try to select objects. Can it be disabled (like in Photoshop)?
expressで作成したプロジェクトをPNGで保存すると、そのプロジェクトを作成する前にコピーした方のプロジェクトの内容がそのままPNGになってしまう不具合が起きております。書き出しがすぐに必要なのですぐに解決をお願いします。
