I have tried to generate an image twice (and successfully do) and both times I’ve tried to go back to pull up the image in the app and it’s not there in my history. (although the credits have obviously been used confirming I actually did it)

I generated 2 videos from VEO 3.1, 1080p, 6 seconds. With that usage (300 credits per generation) I would have 3,400. But now that I purchased that last gen, it shows like I effectively got the video.

 3 times in a row I explicitly prompted NO PAnning or zooming , and each time the video had panning and zooming. AI not following instructions. Very frustrating.

Entire APP is a huge bug on any browser. Much more on Firefox. Page freezes, couldn't even refresh, stuck on a blank page, super slow to load, ai super dumb… it’s like not fit to work. I got 500mbps-800mbps internet speed, a decent computer specs fit to render even animation-heavy 3Ds on Blender, everything else is working properly on any website and apps, everything in my rig is up to date, only Firefly web app doesn’t work smooth since day 1.

Three times I asked Firefly to remove the hand (by animating it) from the reference image. Each time I received an image entirely disassociated from the reference.  Ref image (Adobe stock) PROMPT: After a brief pause, the hand withdraws from the frame entirely toward left. Result Model Veo 3.1 Fast, 6 sec, 1080. Many thanks for any insights.

i already generated which is 2nd one but stil it is showing generating, it is wasting my time, please look at it and overall the website and adobe app are still work very slow lag type it being 2-3months

Can not add additional subject reference, it is unclickable. I made actions on my end, deleting cookies and stuff. 

Exactly as the title says.I can’t generate anything once I add a reference image.I’ve already made sure the reference image resolution doesn’t exceed 2000 px, but it still doesn’t work.At this point, I’m losing something far more valuable than credits: my own time. I’m done with this fxxkin Firefly. I’m switching to Higgsfield.

You should throw this all in the trash and start over. It’s miserable every time I try to use it. At least give me my credits back. 

我在選用kling3.0生成影片時前兩次都非常不錯，但當道第三次之後都與提供的參考圖完全不相關，導致浪費1000+的points影格會在生成後消失原本提供的素材希望退還相應points

I’m simply trying to see what files I’ve already created under generate history. But nothing loads. If I go “Generate Image” - then I can see thumbnails of the images along the side of the panel. But still can’t interact with them (delete them). Super frustrating. 

Adobe Firefly keeps becoming unresponsive today, and Veo 3.1 Fast at 1080p is barely generating. Other models and Veo Fast at 720p can generate, but they’re also unusually slow. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I was generating video just fine and then started getting this error of. Something went wrong.  I changed prompts, changed models, tried different reference frames, and continue to get the error.  Am unable to move on with the video.  

Cant pay. Nothing sorks

Eu ainda possuo créditos para realizar a geração de mais vídeos, mas o site diz que eu tenho que comprar mais créditos, não sei o que eu posso fazer.
