Can't download my genrated images 

As description states. Generating videos and it takes 400 credits although it states 160 credits.

Any video created  I enter the text I select Firefly Video I select shot size: Long ShotI select camera angle: High angle shot I select style: CinematicThen it started to loading after some minutes get stuck, then I open another tab and give a regular video created but the original tab was loading so I decided to refresh the tab and it continues loading and finally got nothing.

Adobe Firefly credits show 250/2250. Supposed to reset today,  no reset. Signed out/in, nothing changed. Timeline empty despite active project; no history shown. Reset date keeps changing, not monthly as promised.

Here are screenshots of Ray 3.14 in Boards. The bug seems consistent across generations.720p is listed as Unlimited access and does not use credits for Firefly Pro Plus1080p is listed as Unlimited access and is wrongly using credits.

Ao acessar a parte do site do Firefly para geração ou edição de vídeos, ele não permite acessar nenhuma funcionalidade, desde ver o vídeo da tela principal, acessar minha conta no canto superior direito do site até voltar para tela inicial clicando na seta no canto superior esquerdo. Não é como se o site estivesse travado, pois consigo mudar as configurações gerais, mas não faço mais do que isso. Para sair da tela, somente fechando o site e abrindo novamente. Este erro só está acontecendo para a parte de vídeos. Para realizar edição de imagens, áudio e todo o resto, o site esta funcionando perfeitamente. Já tentei mudar de navegador, mas continua do mesmo jeito

Hi thereI’m facing an issue while trying to use the AI generate on an image using Adobe Firefly.I can’t seem to import an image within Adobe Firefly itself without receiving the following error:Upload another imageThis image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features.As far as I am aware  - the image has no ‘content credentials’I have tried with numerous images and formats, jpeg, PNG screenshots etcI have turned the ‘content credentials’ off in photoshopUnfortunately, the issue persists.any ideas?????

Jeg skulle lave mit første forsøg på at genere et AI klip. Jeg fik lavet et klip og derefter har intet virket. Lige meget hvad jeg gør får jeg en fejlmeddelelse.

It's not worth my time. You failed again obliterating the images constant keyhole aspect, with ugly senseless chaotic full, rather than dispersing cloud. A very unimpressive trial and review will reflect the same. Wastes credits and nothing like the brief. Needs major work if you want people to try this. Currently its a huge waste of time.

I can upload first and last frames but cannot input prompts and the ‘generate’ button doesn’t work

I'm on Creative Cloud All Apps subscription and the numbers showing how many generative credits are available has disappeared since 3, 4 days ago and has been replaced with this buy button! My subscription just renewed for the month and I know my plan has 1000 credits , I just generated very few images and would like to be able to see how many credits I have left so I can plan accordingly .... This is confusing!  

Videos are using credits but not generating

This is garbage and a waste of money! 1/10 are usable!

Got to FILES > Generation History and nothing is there even though I  have dozens of videos and images created

I haven’t been able to access Adobe Firefly for over three months and I’d like to know why. Nothing in the interface works! 

consigo entrar na tela do aplicativo, coloco a foto de referencia , escrevo o prompt mas não esta gerando nada.

Das Weboberfläche von Firefly beim Generieren von Video funktioniert an vielen Stellen nicht mehr. Wenn ich z.B. Kling auswähle, kann ich keinen Prompt eingeben > ich kann überhaupt nicht in das Textfeld klicken. Auch das Sekunden Dropdown für die Länge funktioniert nicht. Ich habe schon Chrome und Edge als Webbrowser ausprobiert. Auch Cache löschen hat nichts gebracht.

i uploaded an image that was 300 dpi and when i used the generative fill to remove unwanted people in the image the new image generated was 72 dpi! argh ..this doesn’t work for me
