Hello,I’ve been trying to apply a style reference (an image I generated in Firefly) to a custom composition image (a vertical black-and-white text/logo image I uploaded from my computer), but it does not work at all, even though I followed several official tutorials and previously had success with the same workflow.Issue:When I upload my composition image and apply a style reference, the output either:Ignores the style completely, orGenerates a default image without applying my composition at all.Details:Composition image: high-res PNG, black text on white backgroundStyle reference: colorful object generated inside FireflyTried with/without prompt, nothing helpsTested in Safari (Mac) and also in Chrome – same issueCache cleared, incognito mode tested, same resultThis seems to be a bug when combining uploaded composition images with style references. I believe Firefly struggles to interpret simple logo-type images as valid composition sources.Please let me know if there's a workaround o

My credits were deducted three times, but the generation never went through. 

Hi Team i am facing an issue while generating the output with the Premium Feature, it's takinga  long time to generate, and at the end it says Please try again Something went wrong and also its using almost 20-25 credits for not generating the output

I’m consistently receiving the same error message when attempting to upload images, regardless of which file I use. These images are fully owned, created, and controlled by me, and none of them contain any inappropriate or policy-violating content. Despite this, the system continues to reject them with the same error each time. Could you please review this issue or clarify what might be causing the rejection?Thank you for your assistance.

I have subscribed to the firefly plan but cannot access my credits in order to use the generative fill functionality.  How can I access these?

Hello , I made a payment on this plan: Adobe Firefly StandardThe money was taken from my account and the system shows me that it is with you. But your system does not show that I have an active plan and makes me buy again. Please help me. Thanks!

Every time I try to generate an image, it displays "Something went wrong, try again later." I am not impressed!

I am unable to add First and last frames to my videos, when usung the Firefly image to video . I get an error 'can't upload'. I ahve tried several images. Some were created using the Text to Image functionlaity in Firefly and others images (JPG) on my computer. Can you let me know why I cannot add the image? I need it to influence the styling of the video.  Thank you,Michaela

why am i getting this error message from yesterday

Every time I enter a prompt and generate an image, it gives me something completely different from what I asked for. It also repeats some results and uses up my credits. How can I fix this or change the settings?

When Writing my prompt for a video i is displaying in what I think is german.  This is being used in Chrome on Windows 11 Both upto date

Every video I generate is terrible, ignoring prompts and doing its own thing and costing an obscene amoutn of credits for the privlege. There's no quality control, purely at the mercy of its whims.Adobe should not be charging for this pre-alpha trash.

I already bought the subscription but when I try to make videos, it says that I need to buy, and it shows the plan that I already bought. It is so annoying because I just paid 240 lira And still can't make videos. It says the same thing with every prompting tool. Help.

Firefly Pro - After subscription, it is still not activated and shows an upgrade message. 

Firefly keeps stating that my graphic illustration of a Graffiti teddy bear violates the Adobe user guidelines and I don't see how. I am unable to generate my video with my original work because Adobe won't be specific with the issue or offer a way to contact someone to fix my issue. I would like someone to help me figure this out and see how maybe Adobe can loosen up their grip a little when it comes to thier gaurds. A teddy bear with stitches and graffiti art is not animal cruelty if that's what they are going for with my image. lol

why my generative fill doesn't work well?

Why is the Chinese flag here? This is the prompt I used😭 "A girl with long brown hair sits between two horses in a sunlit forest. One horse, is an elegant black and white mare with a striking piebald coat—large patches of black contrasting sharply against white fur. Her mane flows, blending black and white strands, The other horse, is a gray pony with a shimmering, almost silvery coat that glistens in the sunlight. The girl holds a small,wet, and adorable kitten wrapped in a scarf. Surrounding them are lush green trees, a moss-covered forest floor, and a small babbling brook reflecting the sun rays filtering through the leafy canopy. The atmosphere is calm, warm, and adventurous, with a soft golden glow from the afternoon sun." It also looks like photoshop even tho I did not ask for that.

After editing a (not so loved) picture for a newly married bride for approximately 15 minutes and using some of my freshly purchased credits to do so, I needed to access another app (quickly) to respond to an sms. Upon returning to my Adobe Firefly tab, my edit is gone. The only proof I edited anything is my missing credits.I am currently running the beta ios 26 on iPhone, this may have contributed to this error occurring since the app also continuously signs me out. Is there anyway to possibly get my credits back?
