In the “Video editor (beta)”, I uploaded a starting frame and an ending frame, entered a text description, then click generate.It went busy for minutes. Then when it is done, there is no video, no error message, but 400 credits are gone. Is there a way to get my credits back? This should be easily detectable (no output) on their end and should automatically return the credit.The mode used was veo 3.1.

every time i create an image it fills t-shirts, billbaords, flyposters with an reference image i used months ago. it’s completley destroying my credits as i have to redo every generation

For all LUMA video generation models, I get a Something Went Wrong error message.

I add the following prompt to an image that was generated in the program and I get prompt declined:“Without touching anything else in the image:1. make the antennae on the head bowed (not sharp bend like they are now). Also change their color to black2. add a thin black moustache”

I have tried many combinations, but I can not get this prompt to go through, i keep getting the error; “One or more words may not meet User Guidelines."I even just tried to type in “bunny rabbit” and got the same error, so something is wrong.

I generated a video instead of me to hear what they're saying it wasn't talking out am just seeing actions 

When exporting and image from PS and directly openning it into Firefly, the error message comes when I try to animate the image with any Luma model. I cannot animate it at all. 

I am wanted to make a simple video of a back screen with a mic lowering but the video generator keeps adding people and various items into my video even when asked to remove. Then it charges my 500 credits and I still dint get the video I was requesting to begin with. I lost all my credits for nothing

I don’t think this works at all, in firefly i am clicking the report a problem button but you take me to the feature idea page?

Firefly Image 5 with setting Resolution=2K always generates image with 1K resolutionSteps1. Use firefly image 4 Ultra: generated image with 2k resolution2. Switch to Image 5 with setting Resolution=2K: first generated image has 2K resolution, all next - 1K resolutionSample Firefly Image 5 with setting Resolution=2K, attached image prompt: Collection of naturally dyed Easter eggs in earthy tones, arranged on a bed of dried grass.  

 It fails to respond to my voice commands, and the image generator isn't producing the new image.

Hello,I reported a problem several weeks ago with the “text-to-avatar” AI. I use the same avatar (Tom, French voice) for a series of videos. The issue is that the voice is never the same. It sometimes changes tone from one sentence to the next, or shifts from a very deep voice to a high-pitched one, even to an almost feminine voice. How is it possible that this problem hasn’t been addressed for months? What’s the point of this service if I can’t keep the same voice for the same avatar?There are other AIs that maintain a consistent voice tone. Honestly, it’s frustrating. Are you going to fix this problem? Thank you for your response.

All my latest video and image generations were deleted, and the existing ones can’t be dragged to the board. I’ve lost time, credits, money and work advances.

Suddenly I can generate any artwork. please help me to fix ii. 

I was trying to generate AI video. Video didnt generate with error saying something went wring and my credits gone. 2 times I did this and 800 credits is gone. please refund the credits

HELP!!!

Is there something wrong with the service? I could generate videos with a starting and ending image on Friday, when I decided to subscribe. But since yesterday morning I have not been able to generate any videos from images, I have tried loading only first frame, and tried loading first and last frames, nothing works. I always get the message"Something went wrong. Please try again later." Videos from text work, but that is not what I subscribed for. Any hints of why is this happening? Is something being adjusted or fixed?Thank you  

Nothing will generate when using a reference image, and it usually takes several minutes of loading before the "Something went wrong" pops up. Also can't see generated image history. When I try with the pro model, it gives the same error and eats my credits. About an hour or two into messing with Firefly, it started happening with more and more frequency, and before long it got to this point. Been like that all day since.Yes I've tried logging in and outYes I've tried reloading and enabling cookiesYes my prompt is below 1800 charactersPlan is Creative Cloud All Apps 100GBBrowser is Chrome Version 137.0.7151.69 (Official Build) (x86_64)OS is Ventura 13.7.5Reference image and full page screenshot attached

"Something went wrong, Please try again later" I got this message when try to generate video in firefly already try to log out and cleared cache the issue still remain. 

Downloading images and videos on the firefly app on iphone does nothing. not sure where the image is going (if anywhere) but definitely not into my photos.  Thoughts? 

I am an embroidery digitizer and I use firefly to make my designs then I ask it to make it into a line drawing but when I put the picture up to make it into a line drawing I get (Prompt declinedOne or more words may not meet User Guidelines. Try changing your prompt.) These are just animals eg cats and dogs-  I have never had an issue before making picutres into lines like a colouring book. 

On multiple boards, I am not able to pin comments anymore. It used to work and now it doesnt. I am on the latest version of chrome and using MacOS Tahoe 26.0.1. See video of screen record.
