prompted a video. spent 1200 credits. gave me back a blank video. nothing played. credits back please

When starting generation, I always use our product silo shot as a jumping off point, wanting to be able to show it in environments that could help us sell more units as well as act as exposure for our craftsmanship. Most of our product deals with fabric and furniture, while it seems like firefly and the partner models do a good job, I find that if I make adjustments in the prompt, or even in the new-to-me tools (remove, generative scale, etc.) there is a massive quality lose between starting, the initial generation and the final result. I find that I typically need to make 3 to 6 adjustments for any given image that I generate. Regarding the upscale features, in my opinion they don’t work, period. Sure it may be adding more pixels, but it is insane looking at the starting off image to the final, most all of the detail gets scrubbed.

I attempt to edit a video I have created. I create unique prompts. the video doesn’t change.  

1. firefly web2. ... web and windows11 pro643. Type in prompt: "an impressive dragon mantis, the toxodera beieri, is seen catching and eating a beautiful butterfly"  wait. get disappointed. 4. Decent video generation.  received: something less quality than most the local run free models.  and yeah. totally attached the video.  hmm. trying out video generation. First one, horrid failure.  Asked it to make a video of "an impressive dragon mantis, the toxodera beieri, is seen catching and eating a beautiful butterfly"   I got a basic ass green asian mantis, holding a butterfly barely, and doing NOTHING with it.  I mean, it's a nice image.. Too bad it doesn't do anything.. LOL. (not really, the camera moves a bit, and the mantid's antennae and head move barely.. but yeah.)  So, did i do it wrong? Is there better ideas for prompting? All i know, is that being i can only use my credits for standard, if the second generation goes this way

when i want generate family staycation on some hotel, i cant generate, my promp is“A happy family inside a hotel bedroom smiling and looking around with subtle natural movement. The camera slowly pushes forward. Warm cinematic lighting.” and the picture showing parent and theire child looking the hotel room

For the past 30 mins, all of the models are throwing me this message : “Something went wrongPlease try again later.” Tried different browsers and clearing cache, as well as with different images/prompts. Same issue. 

I'm struggling to generate videos as the system keeps saying I must try again later.  My internet is stable, with a very strong signal.  I can't seem to generate videos.

I created an AI generated video by reference image the other day, then didn’t touch the tab for a few days, came back and when I try to upload a reference photo to generate a new image, I am able to but there is not button to generate a new video

My generation history bugs out when I scroll 2 or 3 times. It says "No generation History" after scrolling down a few times. So I can't access my older generations.

nach ausschalten der Google-Suche generiert Gemini 3.1 korrekt in 2k, angeschaltet nur in 1k, egal welcher Promt.

I am using generate video by the firefly generated image for same character feature by but at the end say "something wrong". It happen everytime for 1 or 2 time but Now it happen 8-10 time continue. How can I will generate video if everytime it say "something wrong". 

I’m learning Photoshop at school on a desktop, and I’m trying to access it on my at-home laptop, since I draw with my fingers. This account is the one I tend to use in his class, but I have nothing on this account, where as my normal google account contains some of my Photoshop work, though most of it is other adobe stuff I’ve done on this laptop before. I’m only using this account to get help because this option was blocked on the other one. Here’s the problem: I’m not only trying to access my stuff, which is mostly gone, but the version of photoshop I use at school, which is the year 2024. If I could acess it on my laptop, not only would I be able to access my stuff from home, but I need my laptop to draw digitaly, beacuse I draw with my fingers. How can I switch to the photoshop I use in class, and how do I recover the missing files?

Just 2 days ago, if I added an image to the reference, wrote in my promote. Everything would work just fine. It would generate my images and match the image style and art perfectly. Now it is like it can’t see it at all. I even pulled up an image I had been working on over the weekend. My reference images were right there along with my prompts and the same model. I hit generate without changing a thing and, nothing. Its changing the art style to what ever the hell it wants, nothing works. I am so confused and I’ve wasted over a 1000 credits trying to get it to work.  This is beyond just frustrating.  In this screenshot, that is one of the images I wanted and when it was actually using my reference art. the two generated images below it and what’s happening now.   

Trying any combination is not helping me, the problem has been happening for a bit, I really could use some help as I am getting frustrated. We pay good money to use these tools and we often get these errors. I love adobe but please fix this.

I’m trying the Firefly app and it’s not rendering an image. It tells me to contact the admin. I am the admin.

I wasted points processing 5 images to be cropped and they never became available for download. I want my points back

Ich schriebe hier weil auch die Link zum “Programmfehler melden” nicht funktioniert und mich immer hierhin bringt.Das Problem: Die Funktion mit dem Upload eines Kompositions- bzw. Stilreferenz funktioniert nicht mehr. Ich nutze Mac OS 14.8.4, Firefox 148.0 und Firefly Image 4. Die Funkton ist auch in keiner anderen Firefly Anwendung funktionsfähig. Ich hoffe dei o.g.
