This image has Content Credentials that indicate it can't be used with generative AI features. this message is coming while edditing 

I can not use the adobe firefly video. Can you help with this issue

Everytime i try to generate video from first frame, it says that it cannot load or there was an error, try again. I have enough credits, this is basic feature, it is what I pay for and I tried even switching browser to Firefox, there I am not even able to upload the first frame, I cannot upload my own photo.

i have tried 3 generations in firefly sora and just took my credits...

It says images that I know have no content credentials have content credentials that prevent me from uploading any image. I tried all kinds of images that I created on my computer and I get the same error for every one, including screenshots of pure white space. I have tried it in Chrome and Safari on Mac and it still gives the same error. 

Hello,Video generation in Adobe Firefly has not been working for over a month on my account.During this time, I tested Veo 3.1 Fast, Veo 3.1, and Ray 3, but I receive the same error every time:“Unable to load. We can’t display the generated video.”Even the simplest test prompts fail.This strongly suggests a service-side issue rather than a prompt-related problem.Because of this issue, we are unable to move forward with an active project, and our production timeline is being impacted.I would appreciate it if you could look into this.Thank you.

O firefly dá erro mas continua a cobrar os créditos da geração da image. Aconteceu várias vezes

To whomever it may concern,At first when I would take an image from LRC to PS and use Generative Expand, I received excellent results.  After improving 5 images, now when I use the crop tool to expand and click "Generate" I get a black screen, no more image, and the program shows it's trying to work.  On the Layers Panel it appears to be working but the images there are blurred out.  Mac Studio, Tahoe 26.2 I have 70/100 credits. Please advise.  Thank you, Kathy Scutt

Wenn ich in einem Foto etwas verändern möchte, z.Bsp.  "Himmel mit Wolken einfügen", dann erhalte ich ein generiertes Foto, was vollkommen verändert ist. Gebäude sind in den Proportionen verschoben, Muster  werden geändert, die Schärfe geht verloren - kann auch nicht in PS wieder hergestellt werden.Dieses generiertes Foto ist nicht verwendbar.  Was kann ich ändern!

Me parece una vergüenza y un timo, tenía +2000 créditos por usar, todo iba bien, estaba generando B-roll de 6-8 segundos. Y justamente a 12-6 horas de que acabara mi ciclo de renovacion de saldo de créditos, va la plataforma y me da fallos todo el tiempo. Salí de la sesión, cerré navegadores, usé Safari, luego Chrome y nada, imposible. Ahora he perdido 2000 créditos, es una vergüenza. 

Adobe is fast and clean to charge me a lot of money but i want to use my credits for generating because they disappear and your service is not capable of generating one image because your bad servers?  I have 3000 of your imaginary credits that expire in a couple of hours.

Credits ok, Veo 3.1 Fast model, Chrome browser.Prompt ok because I've been using that many times, anyway I won't be sharing it on a public community.I payed an annual subscription and this is the only support I can have?Contact me or fix this ASAP!

Estoy reclamando 500 créditos por Firefly video Generator. De haber entrado a firefly y verificar la cantidad de creditos para un video. Esto es un tumbe de haber procesado sin mi autorización.

Solicitei uma criação de vídeo e deu erro nas duas tentativas, mesmo assim foi consumido créditos do meu pacote mensal. 

Genereren van video lukt niet meer. krijg de melding "er is iets mis gegaan probeer het later opnieuw" Wanneer is later? 

Hi, I've tested the video generation with 2 or 3 examples, then I've upgraded to a 10 euros/month subscription, but after 2 generations and some crash of the system my credits become zero.Any ideas?

Self-explanatory. Does not work. Tried two different browsers. Simply does not generate a video. 

hey, adobe firefly isn't working good, it generates image then refreshes the page and the generated history is gone .

Generating images using gemini 3 and the servers are too busy. I dont get the generated image but you take my credits away

buongiorno,Vengo dal Italia,contattavo voi per chiedere il ripristino del mio abbonamento fatto da stamattina perchè avevo sbagliato inzialmente a utilizzare i 400 crediti per un prompt video appena pagati per errore mio quando dovevo scegliere solo 80 crediti per un mio videomontaggio prompt da foto e un secondo problema mi è arrivato un bug su un idea del prompt videomi riuscite a ripristinare i crediti per favore?Perché ho appena pagato 5,49 euro di abbonamento una volta al mese e l'ho utilizzato male,grazie cordiali saluti,Mazzei Cristian
