my last 2 video generations got stuck both on VEO3 and RAY3 models.this was the prompt: Realistic collapse of a cheap wooden winter garden under the extreme weight of snow. Start with the provided first frame. The wooden beams begin to bend inward, support pillars crack at the base, and the entire wooden structure progressively fails and collapses towards the inside. Show the roof breaking in the center and dragging the outer walls and supports inward with it. The snow mass falls down through the collapsing roof into the interior. Show realistic physics: beams snapping, joints failing, side walls folding inward, and the whole structure imploding into itself. Keep the camera static, preserve the golden-hour winter lighting, no text, no people.I am sending you first frame as well.. Thanks for looking into this.Miroslav D.

Hi everyone,Why do I get a lot "something went wrong" everytime I hit generate when I'm trying to generate a video? inspite of having plenty of credit. This is frustrating! and a waste of time. I could use any advise to generate ease!thank you

je pense qu'il y a une mauvaise traduction de mon prompt ou de mes images et c'est nouveau .. les filtres ont du etre changés et se trompent engageant un gros probleme de fiabilité de votre systeme . voici mon prompt :  la marionnette devient vivante. 1/ Ses fils tombent , et au même moment son corps, ses bras, ses jambes non soutenus pendant 2 secondes se relachent , 2/puis elle se redresse rapidement et baisse ses bras au ralenti, tandis que le visage devient serein , ses vêtements de déplissent . 

I contacted my admins and there is not a clear restriction on their end. Is Firefly truly not accessible for my plan type, or is this a bug. Is there a straightforward answer as to why this does not work, and if our plan does not actually include it?

Up until the first of december the generation with firefly is for free...But my credits keep getting deducted, 400 Credits if I generate with a reference picture.

There is a thousand of my cradits.But when I try to use Firefly AI, it says to charge it.Please tell me how I can use the Cradit that already exists

I’m encountering an unusual bug when attempting to download more than two photos simultaneously. After taking the time to create an image library and selecting a group of images for export, the zip file contains all the files, but they appear pixelated and compressed. Is there a way to download all the media without having to compress them into a zip file?

Generated about 6 videos before it stopped letting me download. The video continues to render. It still cost me credits despite me being unable to use it. 

it would be nice if the result of a prompt to generate something was not constantly "try again later". This becomes such a waste of time.

HI there - I am very dissapointed in the high percentage of errors that are occuring when prompting videos on Firefly. I have had a subscription for the past few months but feel as though at least 50% of my subscription cost has not been redeemed due to this error.  

"Can’t access. Sorry, this feature isn't available."Right after signing up with credit card. This is seriously the worst software experience I've ever had with paid software.

Images are not showinghappened after last generation Elements are still there (see screenshot) they just won't loadI have tried refreshing and a different browser This is kind of a concerning if people put hours into ideas only to have them unviewable like this

I simply wanted AI to generate Company logo with tag line Technotopia Solutions LLC — Where diverse talent meets opportunity, and innovation meets results.and below i wanted to mention Workforce & Technology Solutions but the entire time the AI consumed all my credits and didnt execute the prompts correctly and there were huge spelling mistakes. Please help!

Bonjour en fin d'après midi aujourd'hui j'étais à moins de 50% d'utilisation de crédit. Après 10 essais max, l'application m'indique que j'ai utilisé 750 crédit. C'est impossible. Puis je avoir une explication et rétablir mes crédits restant. Il s'agit forcément d'un Bug. merci d'avance

Last week I signed up for the free Firefly trial. I added my credit card details. Only afterwards did I realize it was very limited and I wanted to subscribe to a plan to be able to use it properly. I added my card details again and paid. But it didn't activate in the system... it keeps saying I don't have credits and usage remains limited.

Several people have reported problems with composition references not being followed since the release of Model 4.  I have merged some of those messages here. There have also been reports in the Firefly Discord.   If you are experiencing that problem, please reply to this post and include the reference image you used, your prompt, and whether you were using Model 3 or Model 4.   Thanks,     droopy
