Es wird nichts von meinem Befehl ausgeführt, aber alles schön weiter berechnet! Ich will die Hälfte meiner Punkte gutgeschrieben bekommen oder mein Geld zurück!!!! Mir reicht es jetzt echt! Was ist das für eine abzocke?????!

生成の履歴からファイルをクリックして画像の生成を行おうとしたが、生成画面に移動した直後に画面が固まった。その際、ブラウザは固まらずに動作していた。また、生成の履歴の不要ファイルを削除しようとしたところ、最終確認のウインドウが出て固まった。その際、ブラウザは固まらずに動作していた。

how do I delete permanently a photo that was made into a video 

I cannot check anymore how many credits I have left on my account by clicking on the Use Credit button in the lower right hand side of the screen. This is where I usually check my remaining credits.   

I tried gerating/editing an image on homepage and i was successfully able to do so.  However, when i try to start a project in boards, it just keeps on saying “Log in again or Clear Cache”.  I have done that multiple time.  I even tried to restart my computer but the problem still persists.  

All image creation LLMs are down and not generating 

When generating video, Firefly keeps hanging when trying to generate a 5-second clip. I’ve now been waiting about 15 minutes for a 5-second clip to generate. 

I trained a model but did not know that there was a pixel requirement. My initial run took 500 credits but immediately failed. I replaced the images with the correct pixel a couple hours later and selected train again and it took another 500 credits. In total it cost 1000 credits to train one model as I did not get the initial 500 credits refunded. I would like to see if I can be credited 500 credits.This took place approximately 10 pm EST on 9/23/2026.

Kling 3.0 Omni won't generate no matter what prompt I use. It says "The model you're using is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

Mando a generar video, me consume los creditos y los videos no se generan, tira error, demora muchisimo en cargar y aún así me descuenta.Ni hablar que NUNCA estan mis 11mil creditos juntos, siempre tengo menos, aun cuando no lo estuve usando...

Eu tenho creditos, tenho assinatura. Mas o botão “generate” não está habilitado em “edit with prompt” 

Keep getting error when testing generating videos with models Kling 3.0 Omni and Gemini Omni Flash: “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” Tried yesterday and again today, same thing. Can this be fixed? Not sure what's up.Just tried generating images too. Also not working. Using a board I’ve been building on.  

I've uploaded 2 images to be converted to a video. The app says 'generating video' and doesn't move further. Its like stuck there for minutes.

I’m simply making an edit and the newly generating footage has zero updates. Yet, my credits are being used. That’s simply wrong to do to an Adobe customer.  Especially one that has been using and paying for your products since 1991!

I am using the new Firefly generation and editing experience (Beta) and can successfully create and save Character Elements. However, Character Sheet generation consistently fails with the error:“Failed to generate pose sheet, please try again.” Steps to reproduce:1. Create a Character Element with a base image.2. Open the Character Sheet.3. Select one reference view (front face).4. Click “Generate all.”5. The generation fails with the error above. Troubleshooting already tested:- Tested with two completely different Character Elements.- One was a simple illustrated character.- The other was a clean, front-facing photorealistic human portrait.- Tested with only one Character Sheet view selected.- Reproduced in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.- Normal Firefly image generation works successfully in the same account and browser.- Character Elements themselves can be created and saved successfully.- After the failure message appears, the Element may continue to show a blue processing

after your addition to the new GPT options like sunburst the option to use the GPT image 2 is showing 0 credits for usage. I tried this on high and was charged 80 credits. I would like my credits back or at least 75 of the 80 credits
