when i try to upload reference image, nothing happened, but the upload first image button turn grey 

Kling 3.0 not responding however credits is available

In Firefly boards I cant generate. Generations take forever to generate & end up being ignored. Ex. generate 4 images from same prompt using Nano Banana 2.1, 3 of them keep loading indefinitely. need solution ASAP this is haulting my work. 

Adobe broken.

After I generate an image in any image generation toll provided in your software, it successfully generates the image but I cannot download it.

It's making mistakes with texts on the video - simple not able to copy a text if it is not in english

My video generations keep saying something went wrong

I can’t reproduce the error. It has happened two months in a row and seems to happen as the credits are approaching the low end. The image is created just long enough for me to see it and use the available credits before disappearing!

I created a Boards project with five artboards, periodically closing tab in my browser and reopening Boards to confirm things were being saved; they were.  I proceeded to make changes to these boards and add five more to the project.  When I went to close the tab for the night it gave me the following warning:  I exported the boards as PDFs and closed the tab.  When I reopened it, the original five artboards were there, but the changes and additions were gone.  The generations are still in the History panel, which is better than nothing, but it will take a lot of time to recreate the artboards by copying text from the PDFs. Not sure that I'll bother. I'm always suspicious of cloud apps that don't provide the ability to positively save your work, or even give an indication that the work has been saved.  This is why.

my video in adobe firefly is getting some other langauge

When image has been generated I click on the Download option in the top right corner.  Download button shows up but nothing happens after that.

i am trying to download my images and it keeps on displaying the “downloading” message and nothing happens 

Last week it worked beautifully, this week totally fails. 

I started a video generation and I can’t find it anywhere, it consumed the credits, but i can’t find it, i went in Your Stuff > Generation History and it’s not there.

“Your plan is eligible for unlimited generations on select models until May 20” Unlimited? I haven’t ever been offered a model to use for this offer.

I login in Chrome or Firefox. I have 1000 credits. I post in this prompt:  South Florida stucco home at pre-dawn, soft purple-lavender sky, warm golden light just beginning at the horizon, lush tropical landscaping, hopeful and calm mood, cinematic photography, dark upper sky area clear for text, no people, no text, no signsNo matter how I try, I get Something went wrong. Please try again later. I wait, come back, logout, log in same issue. I was able to get one image out 23 minutes ago, but I need 11 more. Not sure how long to wait, what the bug is. Tried different prompts - same thing.

I need my prompts to be followed if this service will benefit me in any fashion.  Please stop allowing to distort shapes of images when expressly told not to.

also when i ask for a window pull it puts items that are not there

MENSAGEM DE ERRO IMAGEM UTILIZADAO que vem acontecendo é que eu já criei diversas animações com essa imagem e hoje o FIREFLY não funciona. Diz que está com problema de ‘’diretrizes’’ mas também não diz o que. Esse projeto faz parte de um trabalho remunerado e agora está parado por problemas da própria ferramenta. Já criei quase 100 cenas com essa personagem anteriormente. Uma coisa que me chama atenção é que quando vai para um motor mais caro ele funciona de primeira, isso é inaceitável e corro risco de perder o emprego por causa de uma falha da Adobe. 

I love firefly and Adobe but this is getting bad, I keep getting charged for credits without getting an output, as you all know credits are PRECIOUS. I do not think its fair for paying users to be charged credits when there is no output and this happens semi often. I am using a macbook pro, this happens in safari and brave, even if i wait an hour before refreshing the page nothing happens and I still get charged. Please at least give us our credits back when we get no results. I am a loyal user and this is starting to really effect my faith in firefly. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like while waiting for an upscale that never happens and if i reload all is lost with no result besides missing credits. 

Olá. Estamos sistematicamente a ter problemas na geração e edição de video. Este problema não deveria acontecer recorrentemente, porque temos outros geradores de AI como referência e que nos têm permitido manter um ótimo feedback. obg
