Basically if you try to re-edit or reuse etc one of your older generations and for that go to generation history and click one, it freezes the generation page when it swaps to generation page. But after few tries it starts working.

I uploaded this image, and it created a completely different image and animated that. I can’t use it. 

I uploaded a card to make some word corrections then I noticed when I downloaded some of the other words on the card had been changed from English to some foreign language and inaddition the white background was changed to an off white? Why

i create 15 second video but video creation is very very slow my video pending 15 min 

I'm trying to upscale a 36-second video. Since the maximum supported video length is 20 seconds, I split it into two separate clips and retried the process. The first clip upscaled successfully and looks great, but the second clip consistently fails. In some cases, it runs for a few minutes before displaying a "Something went wrong" error. Other times, it processes for 15–30 minutes and then disappears entirely without producing a result. I even upgraded to the premium plan in hopes that it would resolve the issue, but unfortunately it hasn't made any difference. At this point, I've attempted to complete this process close to 100 times, and I've only had one successful result. I'm not sure why this issue persists, especially since the first half of the same video works without any problems. I'd appreciate any help in identifying what's causing the second clip to fail and how I can successfully complete the upscale.

I’m trying to generate videos in Firefly using the Kling 3.0 model, but it keeps failing even though my prompts do not include any violent, sexual, or inappropriate content.The prompts are very simple — usually just describing the character, the action, and the camera shot — but I repeatedly get the following error message:“Can’t load. We can’t display the generated video. You can edit and try again.”When I use other models, such as Veo 3 Fast, the same kind of prompts generate without any issue. However, with Kling 3.0, the generation fails whether I write a very short prompt or a longer, more detailed one.Sometimes, the video does generate successfully with a certain prompt, but I have not been able to figure out why that specific prompt works while others fail. I have spent several days trying different prompt styles, but the results feel inconsistent and unpredictable.Is Kling 3.0 supposed to have very strict prompt limitations inside Firefly, or could this be a server-side or mode

Why should we pay for a tool that's getting worse and worse?I use Firefly mainly to generate effects on images I upload (for composition) and by using reference images (also uploaded by me) for the style. Until yesterday, everything was fine, but now suddenly Firefly 3 no longer follows the lines of the reference image for the composition. Let alone Firefly 4, which just does its own thing entirely, ignoring the reference images altogether. I'm speechless.

Sorry, but I have to tell you that the new user interface is a mess and doesn't work, it loads slowly, stops loading, and freezes the entire view of the generated images and favorites section.I can’t longer scroll through older images. Everything is slow; I can't open a generated image, and there are problems with editing, if I click on an image, everything freezes.In short, my files and favorites sections are practically unusable. This update has really made everything worse. 🙁

I request changes to a referenced image and it says “can’t load” every time

Why kling 3.o video generation is failing again and again for simple prompts. its frustrating

I tried to edit a render, like i have done many times before. Still using the same prompt that has worked just a few weeks back, but now i get error every time i try. I am using Adobe Firefly to generate AI videos with Veo 3.1, but the video generation feature is not working. Whenever I try to create a video, it does not generate any output.I have already tried refreshing the page, signing out and back in, and using a different browser, but the problem still persists. Please investigate this issue and let me know how I can resolve it as soon as possible.I also feel that Adobe Firefly's performance has been getting worse over time.

Cuando entró en adobe firefly escojo generador de vídeo kling y después de hay ya no me deja tocar nada ni escribir nada,es como si tuviera bloqueada la página solo me deja cambiar generador y aveces calidad de imagen pero ya está ni escribir ni crear ni nada más es como si los clics no se hicieran 

When I go to move the duration of time, the slider does not open. The button for sound does not turn on or off.

From the main page on FF I am unable to generate a video directly from the main page. All the models are not responding.I am able to generate a video after I make an image by pressing the share options and choosing create video.CheersNate

Firefly video creation screen: a dialog box—something like "create unlimited videos with free credits"—appears and then immediately disappears. I am unable to perform any actions on that screen. I can only get past it by refreshing the page a few times. Please ensure the dialog window doesn't just vanish on its own; instead, let us check a "do not show again" option so we can get rid of it permanently. 

uploaded a layout of room with 3 marked edits in different part of image. after render is completed, those prompt bubbles added over the image for where changes are to be made, remained in the final downloaded image.

Hola, tengo un bug reproducible en Firefly (Generar imagen → De texto a imagen): al cargar la página, el modal de bienvenida con el botón "Empezar" aparece y desaparece solo en menos de 100ms, dejando la interfaz trabada en la pantalla vacía sin cargar el resto de las opciones. En Chrome logré grabarlo y confirmar el timing exacto cuadro por cuadro. En Safari el problema es peor: la página directamente parpadea y queda bloqueada, sin llegar siquiera a mostrar el modal. Lo probé en modo incógnito, en Chrome, y en Safari — pasa en los tres, así que no es tema de extensiones ni caché de mi lado. Tengo video del bug si lo necesitan. upload image from computer edit in Fi, set aspect ratio to widescreen 16:9 enter request: upscale image, sharpen image displays as very narrow unable to get image to display at proper aspect ratio

When I go to the video generator page then I’m not able to click and upload image or edit text. It’s like the page is hanging. I tried both chrome and edge but same problem on both places.Generating image page works without any problems.
