My video is not generating since last two days

Since a couple of days, I get the persistent error, that I should try again later to create an image. The message does not depend on the browser or the prompt. I have sufficient credits. I am very annoyed, since I am paying a fee for functionality and not for persistent errors.
Entered this URL to generate a QR code it did not work. REDUND MY CREDITS and fix the issue.
my bug is described Using this image as reference, make this precise change: Reduce the height of both children dramatically. The boy's head should reach approximately to the 4-foot mark on the measurement stick. The girl's head should reach to approximately the 4.5-foot mark. Currently they reach to 5.5+ feet—reduce them by roughly 35-40% in overall height. Their heads must be well below the 5-foot line on the stick. The measurement stick and its numerical markings (3', 4', 5', 6', 7') should visually dominate the frame and tower significantly over both children. They should look like actual 8-11 year-old kids dwarfed by the stick. Keep the park background, Ferris wheel, trees, clouds, colors, illustration style, and all other elements completely identical.

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.
Partner models in Adobe Firefly are not working for me. The standard Firefly model works normally without any issues, but every time I select any partner model, the generation fails with the message:"An error occurred. Please try again later."This problem has been occurring consistently for the last 3–4 days.Here are some additional details: The issue affects all partner models, not just one specific model. The standard Adobe Firefly model generates images successfully. I have tried different prompts, including very simple ones. I have refreshed the page, cleared my browser cache, and tried different browsers, but the issue persists. My internet connection is stable. The error occurs every time I attempt to use a partner model. Could you please check if there is an issue with my account or if there is an ongoing problem with partner models? Any help would be appreciated
QR code I just asked to generate did not work. I want my credits back and please fix the problem.Simple I asked to generate a QR code for a valid URL the code generated DID NOT WORK. I’d like the credits reapplied to my account and you need to fix the problem. Thanks
I'm bringing to discussion an issue that was probably already discussed somewhere, and its about how Firefly is lagging hard behind other Text to Image Generators. In this case, ChatGPT.Firefly and Adobe are my preferred work tools. I am paying to use them and I'm always hopeful that the tech evolves in the right direction. That the way the AI engine eats and chews the prompts is effective enough that I don't have to spend an awful amount of time refining prompts to get satisfactory results.Firefly is armed with a vast array of style options and settings, and along with the prompt refining, it should do the trick in getting great results with little effort, but I keep getting bad results.At the same time, I go into ChatGPT, and with a single prompt, no extra settings and presets, I get what I want at first try. I'm not paying for ChatGPT so I have a very limited daily amount of images I can generate.Case in point, I'll give you the following example, from a series of personal things I'
Firefly has not been working for hours. I am using this program for work and I'm on a deadline. I have credits, my wifi is working, etc. but every time i generate I get a message saying "something went wrong. please try again later"
It says i have the credits and everything. It said im on the current plan. Every time i go to generate an image, it doesnt work.
Firefly downloads images with the markeup area visible in the downloaded image. i tried re uploading a fresh image and start fresh 3 times but still does the same. also the prompt does not follow the marked area and changes the rest of the image

I am using the Firefly AI Assistant. My generative video credits show as available in my account panel but the API keeps returning quota_exhausted with reset date July 11, 2026. The credits have not synced to the API layer. Please force-sync or manually reset my video generation quota on the backend
My .jpg photo was a head shot, with plenty of white space at top, left, and right. Firefly correctly followed my prompt (Tone down the brightness of left cheek) but then inexplicably cropped off the top of the head. So I added more white space to the top, but when I tried to resubmit the photo I was informed that I did not have enough credits to do so, and would have to wait until next month.I’m not sure if this is a bug or a marketing ploy, but as a very long-time Adobe user it doesn’t feel right.
