Hello!Just two days ago, I was working with Adobe Firefly, creating images with text, reference image, and reference styles. Today there is just text and reference image option available. Another problem is black work interface, I would like to have it white as before.Where can I find the old version?If Firefly doesn't have all the features as before, there is no use of using it.I need the complete version.

Hallo, ich kann keine Bilder generieren. Immer kommt dieses bild.aber es gibt auch nirgends die Option auf OK zu drücken. Habe das Standard Abo ganz neu. Kann mir da eventuell jemand helfen? Vielen Dank 

When I try to use Adobe Firefly to create an image, I get a smiling monkey face visual and the words 'Can't Access' 'You can contact your admit to request access'... but I already have access, as part of my company's Adobe subscription allows for 1000 credits per month and I have only used 28. Why can I not use this function that I have access and permission to use and which my company has paid for?

I am trying firefly for the first time in the Google Chrome browser.   Here is my "enhanced" prompt:   "A man in a small, weathered rowboat rows frantically as a massive whale approaches, its form looming in the misty, photorealistic background. The camera follows the boat from a low angle, capturing the man's determined but futile effort to escape. As the whale engulfs the man and rowboat, the camera dives into the whale's mouth, showing the man's terrified face before the whale closes his mouth and disappears into the depths. The overall scene is dramatic and suspenseful, with the whale's powerful presence dominating the frame. The video is shot in a photorealistic style, emphasizing the raw and intense moment of the encounter."   I have tried three times and it gives me the same error message:  "Can't load.  We can't display the generated video.  You can edit and try again." So - I guess it doesn't really work?

I am not able to access the premium features. 

Wanted a simple UK map zooming into Surrey, it produced a crap map covered in made up locations and zoomed into an area of Wales then poopped out a shape of Scotland, I want my credits back!

Hello,I accidentally subscribed to an Adobe plan, but the subscription does not appear in my Adobe account. However, my bank card is still being charged. I’m also not entirely sure which Adobe account or email address this payment is linked to.Payment details:– Date: October 26, 2025– Time: 12:16:35– Amount: 717.60 TRY– Payment reference: 23445529909256990I tried the chat support, but it only asks me to buy a plan and I cannot reach a human agent.Could anyone guide me on how to identify the account linked to this payment, cancel the subscription, and get a refund?Thank you very much for your help.

Helloo there,  The system is atempting couple of times to generate a video, he was only successful once, but after with the slight changes on the prompt he is showing me errors and asking me to try later.... but at the same time spending my credits.  Thats not fair! Fix it and returm my credits

Estou tentando desenhar alguns personagens, mas ele não segue a minha descrição, se quer colocar o personagem de corpo inteiro.exemplo, pedi isso:India com cabelos pretos, faixa horizontal preta cobrindo os olhos, olhos grandes e marcantes, amarelos em baixo e bege em cima. Olhos e expressão determinados , de uma guerreira.Roupa de sisal, sendo uma camiseta curta e uma saia curta, sandalias nos pés da mesma cor da roupa, **cores e texturas da castanheira**Cada quadrado, mostra um angulo dela, o primeiro quadrado mostra ela de frente, o segundo a 45º, o terceiro a 90º e o quarto a 135º, todos com a imagem dela em pé mostrando o corpo todo com fundo transparente.**Se não for gerar de corpo inteiro, nem gaste o crédito para gerar a imagem**Recebi isso:ouve casos que veio assim:Mesmo descrevendo várias vezes, ele não segue o texto e vários detalhes são perdidos e cores alteradas.

Hi,I've generated quite a lot of text-to-vector from Firefly and when I try to look for them in Generation history, it's missing. Is this a bug? Can you please help me find it. Kind regards,Ivy

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,ich verstehe nicht warum mein Video von Firefly nicht generiert wird. Es kommt nur die Fehlermeldung, dass ich gegen die Nutzungsrichtlinien verstoße ich habe diese durch gelesen verstehe aber nicht gegen welche ich verstoße. Bitte baut eine Funktion ein die sagt welcher verstoß vorliegt damit das referenz bild dem entsprechend anpassen kann.

I purchased the unlimited Generative fill and its not allowing me to use the generative when I open up photoshop. why is this an issue if purchased the unlimitied?

I have a Firefly board that will not allow me to generate videos.    I am on a personal, all apps plan. I have 26k credits available.   When I click Generate Video I see a flash of the whole interface, then a reduced interface appears saying "Select a model to continue." When i generate images in Fieri, part of them are missing in the history folder.

I dont see the two images I just spent time editing in the Firefly web app, even though I am logged in - the images dont appear in history. Where did they go?Steps:Home > Image > Generative fill > upload image > Add > erase portion of background > add prompt > generate > KeepI did not download each, but went backward to upload image to work on a second image. Appreciate  any help

I have just committed to monthly credits for Firefly. All I have seemed to have got for my money is a repeating "sorry not working - try later" message. Clearly that's not what I hoped, or paid, for. What is the problem? Everyone else that I use (Canva, Leonardo etc) seem to manage. PC Winows 11Current Fi version from the CC Very frustrating and wasteful.
