Firefly’s restrictions are killing diversity.I'm trying to work with your video generator. My source material consists of photos of humans that I generated beforehand using SDXL. No real humans appear in these images, and I have full rights to use them. To ensure diversity within my project, I generated subjects of different genders and ethnicities. To be clear, these images are not explicit in any way. They are simply fashion photoshoot-style images. My goal is to use your video generator to animate them. But your restrictions make this impossible, unless the subject is a white man. Any image of a woman or a black person gets automatically flagged. I understand the importance of content moderation in AI. But in this case, your arbitrary restrictions are actively undermining the diversity of my project. I have nothing against white men, I am a white man myself, but these rules create a crucial lack of representation in my results, and by extension in all Firefly generati

Hallo, ich möchte Videosequenzen meiner Romanidee mit Firefly realisieren. Dazu habe ich mit Chatgpt komplett fiktive Bilder der Charaktere nach meinen Vorgaben erstellt. Bei der Testnutzung von Firefly funktionierten diese auch noch. Nachdem ich das Abo abgeschlossen habe, wird nun gemeldet, dass die Bilder nicht den Benutzerrichtlinien entsprechen. Die Bilder gehören mir, alle Personen und Orte sind fiktiv und ich benötige Firefly nur, wenn ich meine Idee auch umsetzen kann.  Ich fühle mich etwas betrogen. Was jetzt?  

hi, I keep getting this when i want to generate text to video. I have restarted my laptop, use different broswer (chrome and internet explorer) but the issue still comes. I wonder what seems to be the problem? 

I have all image rights from my client, but I can't animate the image. I am supposed to create videos of the celebrity hosts for a television production, among other things. However, Firefly gives me error messages saying that I am violating the guidelines.But I am not.Sometimes it works though.Can the production company, which also uses Adobe licenses itself, arrange for legal clearance for images of these people?

I've spent over half my months credits trying to get it to display "THE 90/10 RULE" and it produces nothing but unintelligible garbage. What a waste of time and credits.

The current version is giving be bad results.  It seems to now ignore prompts and do what ever it wants. I ask for art or illustration and I get photos. I ask for a particular style and get nothing like that.  It is being to creative to the point of no longer listening to direction.

Wanted to do a simple zoom in on a photo of a door with a sign for a quick 5-second video clip. Firefly INSISTED ON OPENING THE DOOR every time - even when I stated in the prompt to keep the damn door closed! Gave up finally before I ran out of credits - shouldn't have to deplete all my credits for something that only works maybe one out of ten times. 

Kind of a minor thing, but the GPT feature within Firefly notes an aspect ratio of 4:3/3:4, when in fact 2:3/3:2 is more accurate, based on my experience with it.

Hi I have just upgraded to Adobe Firefly PRO this morning (14/08/25) - using the image to video generative AI feature. I have 7000 credits on this plan and it states on your website it should produce 70x 5 second videos (100 credits per 5 second video, 20 credits per second). I have over 900 credits showing in Firefly but all I keep getting is the sad looking dog saying "Something Went Wrong." It is really frustrating as I evaluating the product to judge its worth to our business. Is this an Adobe issue or, likely, a local one? I believe it is the lastest version of Firefly as is straight out of my Creative Cloud dashboardPlatform is PC Winows 11 

I've been facing issue with Generative Expand. It simply won't create  the expanded space, just shows blank area. I'm susbscried and have enough credits left.  

I just paid for a one year subscription and Adobe Firefly is saying that I do not have enough credits. Can someone explain what a subsciption allows?  

Just bought credit subscription and I’m already out? Is this working correctly? I had 5 minutes with it...  what did I just pay for? 

I have not been able to generate nothing for the last 2 months i tried this. nothing about my prompts should be flagged or getting an error, very frustarting 

Please test Firefly yourself. It takes my credits for no reason and repeats the same video again, with modified prompt. Better remove it so we don't waste precious time.

Firefly keeps flagging my original art as 'violating the user agreement' and it's EXTREMELY frustrating, no matter how I alter the artwork it refuses to process the prompt

Buenas tardes. Estoy tratando de generar una simple variación de mi personaje, pero FireFly hizo todo menos eso, además siempre (me imagino que por su programación) incluye a personajes afroamericanos, en Estados Unidos está bien, pero en mi país, no aplica, ¿cómo se puede modificar ese comportamiento?
