It keeps telling me that it can’t load. says i can edit and try again

Occasionally Firefly fails to generate an Upscale, but the credits are still being deducted. It’s a little frustrating when nothing is actually produced.

Firefly completely ignored all six images that I uploaded and went off on a tangent instead. it was a complete waste of credits. 

You offer the option for free creation, yet you aren't allowing me to generate images for free. Why won't you let me generate free images?Thanks

Mouse clicks are often ignored, input fields don't react reliably, and menus either fail to open or stop responding. Simple tasks often require multiple attempts, and sometimes it is impossible to continue working.Before contacting you, I performed the usual troubleshooting steps:Cleared the browser cache Tested in Firefox and Chrome Disabled ad blockers and browser extensionsThe behavior remains exactly the same.I therefore believe the problem is related to the current Firefly web interface rather than my local system.Could you please check whether there are any known issues or recent changes affecting Firefly Picture Generation?Kind regards,

First Prompt: A beautiful mom, dressed in a cozy sweatshirt, walks down a lit-up street with her two kids for trick or treating. add sound of children laughter and "trick or treat" in the background.Then went to edit video because the Mom’s voice becomes all creepy as she sounds like the daughter.Second Prompt: remove the little girl's voice saying "Let's go to that house next." replace it with the mom's voice say "Let's go to that house next!" This change matches the voice with the person speaking.No change. Created exact same video.Third Prompt: The voices don't match the person speaking. Please fix this so the voices match the person speaking.No change. Created exact same video.Fourth Prompt: remove the voices. add Halloween festive background music.No change. Created exact same video.Each prompt charged me 500 - 800 credits for no changes.

Firefly funktioniert seit einem Tag nicht, obwohl ich genügend Credits habe. Bei "Bild zu Video" wird immer gesagt, das es nicht geklappt hat und ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll

I used my free 3 generations and 1 video generation last night around 10PM and they still haven’t refreshed as of about 6PM today.

Firefox no está generando imágenes. En edición de imágenes se queda procesando muchísimo tiempo y finalmente pone uin cartel de “se ha producido un error, inténtelo de nuevo”, y muestra la imagen original. Tampoco funcionan las funciones generativas de Photoshop. Hace horas que está así. Tampoci me deja subir imágenes de referencia.

Your program does not accurately transcribe the words correctly spelled in text overlays. Your program creates words that don’t exist and you don’t seem to have a way for the problem to be noted and corrected. without double charging for subsequent attempts to get it corrected.

I can’t send you any screenshot as the feature does not work, I click on the icon in the bottom right of the screen and nothing happens, that’s it. If you’ve turned this feature off, please remove the icon. If not, then please fix it. 

La pagina va muy mal en adobe firefly y no se puede generar absolutamente nada ni videos ni imagenes la pagina esta horrible en su ux no se puede hacer nada

Ich überlege, eine Abo für Firefly abzuschließen und bin gerade in der Testphase.Gestern und heute ist immer wieder folgender Fehler aufgetreten: Ich habe es mit Referenzbild probiert und ohne. Mit langem Prompt, mit kurzem Prompt. In Chrome. in Safari. Im Inkognito-Modus. Auf dem Desktop in der App. Vereinzelt konnte ich mal was generieren oder Änderungen vornehmen, aber die meiste Zeit kam diese Fehlermeldung. Das ist natürlich nicht besonders vertrauenerwackend. Bevor ich die Idee eines abos verwerfe und mich nach anderen Anbietern umschaue, wollte ich es aber hier adressiert haben mit der Frage, woran es liegen kann. Ich habe kein VPN. Cache leeren hilft auch nichts.

HalloWenn ich ein Bild verwende, das ich zuvor direkt in Adobe Firefly generiert habe, und dieses als Referenz Startbild für die Video Generierung hochladen möchte, bricht der Vorgang mit folgender Fehlermeldung ab:Anderes Bild hochladenDieses Bild hat Content Credentials, die darauf hinweisen, dass es nicht mit generativen KI-Funktionen verwendet werden kann.“Da das Bild vollständig von Adobe Firefly selbst erstellt wurde, sollte das System die eigenen Content Credentials nicht blockieren.  Bild erstellt mit Gpt 2.5 SunburstVideo Modul  Kling 2.5
