When I try to generate an edit, it shows for a few seconds then glitches and the generation disappears. This happens when I’m using the Firefly Editor. It’s burning through my credits with nothing to show for it.

I’ve lost access to all of my boards. Now I sign in and have no boards at all. I’ve lost the work of an entire month. I need these boards. El programa Firefly no funciona, ya va varias veces y dias que intento generar un video de 8 segundos y nada. Quisiera saber que esta pasando, y me den una solucion por favor. Yo trabajo con ese programa y la verdad me gustaria que lo solucionen.

I am trying to generate video in vertical format through normal text and with proper prompt, but video is not getting generated, I'm trying to generate cricket format videos

I have added four characters to a book cover creation. I cannot change the heights of the characters to be correct in reference to the book. It is adding unknown characters out of the blue. It is changing the characters positioning and changing the background on it’s own. Far to frustrating for the subscription cost!

Hello,After uploading some images to Adobe Firefly Boards, I encountered an error message saying “Something went wrong” and I can no longer open my board or return to the homepage properly. I keep trying to use google veo 3 to animate my still images and it's just been in the loading screen for 15min. How can I fix? 

Firefly takes the credits, but it doesn't generate an image!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Out of 10 attempts, it only managed to produce an image twice!!!!!! It's a bit expensive like this !!!!!!!!

Erzeugt Videos sind Weg. Ich müsste diese neu anlegen. Credits sind weg, Ergebnisse sind weg, Zeit ist weg.Und jeder weiß wieviel Zufall bei der Erzeugung reinspielt.  

Every time I try to generate a video it says "Something went wrong, Please try again later."Here are the screenshots. This is just one example. No matter what I prompt or what image I put, this is always the outcome.Please help me, because I cannot use your product this way.- Nico

 Your AI keeps giving me the same image over and over even though I describe in somewhat detail exactly what I want it to do. I've wasted over 100 credits today alone and would like to be reimbursed for the credits I use when your AI decides to not change anything and give me the same image again and again, unchanged.

Hello,I’m not sure if this is the correct place to report this issue, but for the second month in a row I have not received the monthly credits included with my Firefly plan.The only AI generation credits I’ve been receiving are the additional credits that I purchased separately (7,000 for $29), which makes it feel like I’m paying twice for the service while not actually receiving the credits included in my subscription plan.Each time the app states that my credits will refill on a specific date, the refill never happens. Instead, a few days before that date arrives, the refill date changes to a different day. I wait for the new date, but the credits still do not reset.In the screenshot below, I show the listed refill date, but on that day I only received the separately purchased credits and not the credits from my actual monthly plan.I would appreciate it if someone could look into this issue and help resolve it as soonas possible.  

I get 5 second videos when I've selected 15 seconds, for example.  And 720P frames when I have selected 1080.  Can I get some sort of credits refund?  I've burned a lot of generations!

(As I always had)Once I request to generate the image, I receive the same message.I have unlimited access to Flirefly4.However, it works when I use Gemini 3.1 and 40 credits.Quid?

I am facing a repeated issue in Adobe Firefly where video generation fails with the message “Can’t load – We can’t display the generated video,” but my credits are still being deducted for unsuccessful attempts. This is unfair and affecting my work. Kindly investigate the issue, restore my deducted credits, and provide a permanent fix as soon as possible. When I am uploding images into an exiting chat I get an error “ something went wrong” this is for the past 12hrs. I need to get these images edits asap Kindly advise 

Egal was ich in den Prompt schreibe es kommt immer der selbe Fehler: "Da hat etwas nicht geklappt - Bei diesem Bild ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es erneut."Dabei habe ich eine super Internetverbindung und bin auch angemeldet. Habe es an unterschiedlichen Tagen ausprobiert und habe keine Ahnung woran es liegt. 

I am trying to edit an image by using aspects of a second reference image.  I uploaded the second reference image.  I see it clearly on my page.  Then, I click generate and the resulting updated image is exactly the same as same.  Then I look back at it and I see that my second reference image is not attached to the prompt.  I have wasted over 400 credits trying to do one simple update.  I have had this work before, but now nothing.
