Bug Reports

I am having problems creating videos with Firefly. I am trying to make videos starting from illustrations that I created in Photoshop, and it is not allowing me to use them. They have no resolution issues and do not infringe any law. How can this be resolved?

Continious error. MacBook ProOS: Ventura 13.7.8 (22H730)

what is your problem, i've been paying for the adobe create cloud suite for more than 5 years and NOW you're saying that a image that YOU created goes against your rules, show me what rule that is, I am a professor of content creation and have influence many of students to purchase this product but if this issue isn't resolve I will have me and my students go elsewhere, here is the photo YOU will not generate attachedhttps://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:bbb43c71-dd8c-48cd-a1bb-dfcbc0900020

I've paid for firefly and it occasionally works for me and most times it won't work. How do I get my money back?

I bought Firefly, the big package with 50.000 kredits, but it has not been working or generating. so I canceled the subscription cause its too expensive for it not to work or generate anything. Im still supposed to be able to use the credits for a month but like I said it has not been working. almost everything Ive downloaded was from before I bought the subscription. I need for it to work or I need my money back...

Obrigado. Cump,José Cachado

I tried the Firefly and created a video. Now I want to try another one. But the previous project is blocking and there is no way to delete the existing content. I tried to create a new project from the start window and tried to upload four pictures. But the system only recognizes generated a suggestion based on one picture. Seams like there is a bug. It is also anoing the you get charge with 400 credits for a not completed delivery.

Whenever I try to generate something in Photoshop using Firefly promt it throws me the message "Something went wrong. Try again later." I tried using the web version of Firefly and it is working, not sure what is happening, it is just Phoshop that is not working as expected.

I NEED HELP.  I recently attended Adobe Max and was given the redemption code for 3 free months of Adobe Firefly.  I added it to my account that is provided to me through work but it did not request if I wanted to add it to my personal or business version of the account.  The subscription and credits were added to my personal account, not the business account. IT tried calling support and got nowhere.  I called support and they told me there is no way to transfer from the personal to business account on their end and that I would need to post here for a solution.  Could someone please provide me with a solution to this issue?  If there is no solution could adobe please give me another redemption code along with instructions on how to actually add it to my business account and not the personal.  It did NOT give me this option when I redeemed.  Please help.  I want to utilize the new skills I learned while at Adobe Max but it is

Generative Fill is not showing uploaded images. I've tried multiple files and still nothing...it acts like its there but I don't see anything

I have clearly instracted the AI to generate the video without changing the person, but always create a new character and apply the prompt on it, not the actual person in the image

Hello Adobe Support Team, I purchased 750 credits, but I was only able to create two videos before my credits ran out. Each video was only 7 seconds long, yet all my credits were used up. I am not sure if this is correct, and I would like your assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please help me understand why this happened and advise on the next steps? Thank you for your support. Best regards,Daniz Ahadova

keep trying to use this feature it completly messes up our logo, but eventhough I tell it was not acceptable it still uses the credits as if it was worth someting. That really seems messed up as there is no value to what is being created.

Won't generate a video, simply doesn't work

Saludos

I was before but now im not able to create images, who disable it, when did they disable it? Why did they disable it? How do I enable it? im speaking of the generate image with Ai

Firefly refuses to generate video, with the first frame being the famous "Ophelia" painting. No matter which model is selected, it either returns an error or message about not adhering to content guidelines. Gemini will generate this video, with identical prompt and first frame. Firefly won't - even if Veo 3.1 is selected. Veo 3.1 will generate the video without a problem in Google's AI Studio.  Is Firefly really this buggy?
