O firefly não está mais abrindo, faz meses não consigo utilizar.

Dear Adobe Firefly Team,I hope this message finds you well.I’m writing to report an issue I’ve encountered while trying to access Adobe Firefly. Whenever I see the message "Sorry, your access has been denied," I use a VPN to regain access. However, even after enabling the VPN and reloading the page, the same error message reappears.To resolve this, I’ve found that I need to manually delete a specific part of the URL (as shown in the attached screenshot) to successfully access the site.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope the bug can be fixed soon.Kind regards,Hossein

Hello,I'm a children's clothing designer and I use Adobe Firefly to create character illustrations to showcase our outfit designs. However, whenever I try to generate a character that looks like a child (around 4–13 years old), I get the following error: "We can't process this prompt."I always avoid using any unsafe or sensitive terms. The characters are meant to be cute, cartoon-style visuals for fashion mockups — not realistic or photo-based depictions.This is an important part of my work, and I would appreciate any help in resolving this limitation. the program is not working 

BonjourJe me suis abonnée à la formule complète créative clous et en arrivant sur firefly on me dit que j'ai utilisé tout mon crédit hors je n'ai pas pu créer de vidéos à part la semaine dernière quand j'ai fait un essaie avec la version gratuite on me dit que j'ai utilisé les 1000 crédits génératives alors que pas du tout comment réparer ça ? 

The problem is that the video is not generated and only the slit is consumed.

The last three videos generated have blatantly ignored specifics in my prompts;

Não consigo criar mais de 2 videos, mesmo sendo premium

PAS DE GENERATION D'IMAGE LORSQU'ON APPUIE SUR GENERER, SEULEMENT UN ECRAN GRIS

 After the update, the prompts are kinda broken and have a loss of quality. Sometimes the prompts are not accurate the way they used to and the overall image is not that good anymore, i don't know what happened especially when i try to apply the composition prompt, the image is gritty and has a very oily result. I hope this gets resolve as soon as possible

With all the promt it showing the same result - just foggy blured ambient around. Even with empry promt. 

existen muchos errores el momento de crear video con IA por lo tanto el pago que realizo no es eficiente, los errores que se dan es en las manos de los personajes y en los ojos. no son creibles 

No se que paso que no puedo usar la version gratuita, aunque sea limitada, hoy por hoy no puedo seguir manteniendo el abono mensual ya que estoy pasando por un mal momento economico, pero me interesaria seguir usando la version gratuita aunque tenga limitaciones. Serian tan amables de dejarme disfrutar de ello por favor?

Macintoshのmac os 14.2　ブラウザはクロームでバージョン: 135.0.7049.115にて、画像をテキスト入力にて生成しようとしてプロンプト流して生成を実行すると白い画面になりなにも表示されないです。 生成ボタンを押すとクレジットだけがどんどん減っていきます。過去に問題なく生成できたプロンプトと同内容をいれても同様でした。 最近一度Windows11でログインしてみてしまったからなのですが、それが原因なのかもですが、原因がわからないのでご教示ください。宜しくお願い致します。

Bonjour. Je vien de prendre un abonnement Firefly standard, il apparait bien sur mon créative cloud mais impossible de générer une vidéo après les deux gratuites réalisées lors de mon essais.

Hello, I think there must be a bug with the credit system. I just generated 3 5sec videos and it cost me 1500 credits. I'm sure it was 100 credits last time I was generating a week or so ago. Please can you refund me my credits if it is a bug. If it's not why are the video's costing so much?

The download doesn't work. When I try to click to download, an error screen appears and the download doesn't even start

This web app is useless. Can't make something of quality, for outcome be properly controled. I not have a time for play, than for work.
