The latest update startsOK but doesnt go past 9% after 24 hours.
I just recently got a new computer, requiring me to install new drivers, I thought I got most of the drivers I needed, such as the nvidia Studio drivers, MSI, Etc. Yet my adobe programs are being weird. Adobe Indesign acts like it's starting up, but quickly closes on its own. Adobe Illustrator says an unknown error has occured. Premiere and after affects don't even bother opening, and weirdly Photoshop is the only one having no issues? I haven't explored much on photoshop, so I could be wrong, bit it's the only app opening with no weird issues.I've tried uninstalling adobe apps, tried restarting the computer, tried digging into app data to see if preferences were causing any issues. I'm about ready to give up. I don't know why nothing is working, I feel like I've followed a lot of tutorials for the past several hours and have gotten nowhere. The only thing I can be thinking of is I'm lacking some important Driver, but I'm not sure what. I'm no computer wiz... I just want to use my
Since one year Adobe CC updates became incredible slow for me and sometimes broke with error 113. Before that everything was fine, the problem started suddenly one or two years ago. But I still managed to update Lightroom Classic and Photoshop with much patience and several tries.Since several days, updates dont work at all. They become stuck at 1% or another xx% and in the install-logs I can read error 113 again. - I have the problem on two different machines (Windows 10 and Windows11)- I have the problem on my home internet connection and when connecting to the internet over my mobile phone (usb tethering)- No Firefall, no Proxys, no VPN. Am just about to cancel my Creative Cloud subscription, because my Ps app has disappeared from my machine (Mac), and I cannot re-install it as the download keeps failing (Error 105) for all the apps on my subscription. Adobe will not respond to my messages and therefore will not help me. This could well be the thing that makes me cancel my subscription and go elsewhere for my editing. This is a great shame, having been a user of Photoshop for the past 30 years.I have deleted all the CC apps from my machine, I have re-set the Creative Cloud app itself, and can confirm that all permission shave remained unchanged since before the mystery Adobe bug struck. My generative fill has stopped working. An orange box appears at the top and says "Something has gone wrong, please try again". It worked fine a couple days ago when I used it.
Hello community,Any time I open the app, this weird "pixel spreading" happens to the app. This doesn't happen on my desktop, this is only on my ASUS Zenbook Duo. What's stranger is that when CCD is not in focus, all this disappears. Only when the window is active will it happen. Clicking on tabs or moving the window also resets it.Please see photo below all this text to see what I mean. As per requirements for bug reports:App version: 6.4.0.361Platform: Windows 11 24H2Reproduce: No idea- happens when I'm interacting with the app.Expected result: See the menu without graphical issue.Actual result: Graphical issue covers up the screen. Any advisement would be great! Do note I have tried using the "Repair" option in the uninstaller to reinstall the app.
The current configuration of SSO on Adobe.com does not allow for IDP-initaited flows. I should be able to use shortcuts from my IDP to get directly to a SAML login and not have to rely on Adobe (SP) initing the request. Amazon figured this out, ESRI figured this out.... Why hasn't Adobe!?!
The pop-ups and suggestions are frustrating. Please reduce the number.
J'ai installé Creative cloud Desktop mais la roue de progression charge indéfiniment. J'ai essayer de redémarrer mon PC, réinstaller l'application et mettre a jour mon PC mais rien ne marche. J'ai utilisé le Log Collector Tool et ca m'a donné ceci : File: AdobeLogs_20241130_035222_225-win-GS.zxpJe suis sur Windows 11.
I chose Creative Cloud because this happens in every Adobe app.It clearly has some kind of system ID tied to the internal hardware components, and E-SATA is seen by the system as an internal drive, so any change in that seems to force Adobe CC to think I'm using the software on a completely different machine and makes me sign in again, except doing so right then doesn't actually work. I have to actually restart the computer before I will be able to use Adobe products again, then sign in again, and then I have to tell Adobe to remove an "old computer" which is just the same computer from a few days ago. This is really frustrating and surely there's got to be a better way to handle system IDs for this. A change in storage shouldn't trigger this kind of response. CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, sure, but beyond that is really not necessary.
OS: macOS Sequoia 15.0 & 15.1Reinstallation of Creative Cloud desktop client doesn't work, still freezes instantly upon startup, have to force quit it every single time.it was working fine with 15.0 for a while until like a couple days ago, and rebooting and updating the OS didn't solve the problem.What is going on with the app?
I'm able to open both apps but then I get a box of text and Premiere closes but Creative Cloud keeps me on the loading screen. I need help
Hello, I signed out of the Adobe Creative Cloud app, and now I can't sign back in?
Hi folks,just got a message that my apps have been upgraded to the latest version. Problem is, I did not ask for it. Especially LrC shall stay on 13.5.1, as it does not create to many issues on my installation. So automatic update was not activated for moths by purpose. Otherwise Creative Cloud would have done an automatic update to 14.0 first, when it became available, and it never got installed, as intended. I did double check now and to my surprise auto update was activated (Version 6.4.0.361) - and I am pretty sure that I did not touch the settings lately.Maybe there is a glitch in the latest install of creative cloud.
Creative Cloud Desktop recieved an update this morning. Trying to install Premiere Pro (Beta) and it's nowhere to be found within the app. Can't find it via weblink either. Seems this new version didn't seem to pass any kind of QC at all:

creative cloud app looks so blurry and getting slow while opening. it lags on the intial stage and afterwards its working properly for a while, then again looks blurry in sometimes. also attached screenshot with this thread.

Bonjour, J'ai souscrit à la suite creatic cloud il ya quelques jours pour ma fille qui est étudiante. Je n'arrive pas a accéder à l'ensemble des applications proposées. Le message ' vous n'avez pas accès aux fonctionnalités de gestion des applications apparait. Pour gérer les applications, une autorisation de votre administrateur informatique est peut être requise'J'ai pu constater que cette requette a déjà été formulée à plusieurs reprises par d'autres personnes. J'ai tenté d'appliquer les recommandations sans succès. Il s'agit d'un Imac fonctionnant sut Macos Sequoia 15.01 Merci pour votre aide
On Windows 11, when Iopen desktop creative cloud app, andclick 'Files' folder on left sidebar, andthen right-click on my Adobe Illustrator project file (to save a local copy to my desktop)... andclick 'Download'I select the desktop folder on my computer (a default downloads folder)an error message appears, it says 'project file failed to export.....' I have attached the version of my Adobe Creative cloud.
I have experienced this issue a number of times. Logging out and logging in has worked in the past, but does not seem to be working at the moment. I am trying to share 2 Creative Cloud libraries with a member of my team, and I keep getting this error. What might be going wrong, and are there any suggestions? I have tried sharing both via web and the Adobe CC app, and I get the same error message.
Can somebody please tell me why the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app continuously pops up every single time I switch monitors? It is super annoying, and every time it comes up, it interrupts whatever I'm doing in favor of showing me the app dashboard. I don't want this, and every single time I close it, it reopens itself no matter how many times I close it and end the task in Task Manager. It is getting to the point that I really do not want to have it installed because of this annoyance. I disabled "Open on Login" and "Open on Start-Up"; that sort of thing, I disabled notifications, I have 0 updates pending (none of my apps are even downloaded), and I am at the end of my ropes now. I am so sick and tired of this, Adobe; please do better. I don't want this, and I want it to end. I love Photoshop and only ever use that for projects (I don't really know why I need Adobe Creative Cloud for this, but okay), but I want it to end.
