We have exactely the same problem and it is 100% reproducable on any hardware running W1123H2.(Windows 10 is not affected) Creative Cloud Desktop App 6.4 is installing PxHlpa64.sys into C.\windows\system32\drivers and this driver ist marked as incompatible with Windows 11 Memory Integrity. The next reboot will be your last one, since you get stuck in a BSOD. There are 2 workarounds: disable Windows Memory Integrity (which should be enabled by default!) or delete PxHlpa64.sys. This needs to be fixed immediatly!
The Font manager widget is no longer available in my Creative Cloud which means I can no longer activate Adobe fonts on my system. I am running CC on a windows 7 machine sometimes as we still need to use older versions of InDesign and Acrobat occasionally.. Is this a bug or Adobe's way of forcing us to move on?
Não consigo acessar nada da Creative Cloud. Quando entro no aplicativo, aparece "Ocorreu um erro. Atualize o aplicativo da Creative Cloud para continuar". Ou quando eu vou acessar o Admin Console pelo google, aparece "Ocorreu um erro. Estamos trabalhando para resolver o problema. Tente novamente mais tarde". Já estou tentando acessar desde ontem, não consigo nem utilizar o photoshop.Detalhe, já desinstalei o app diversas vezes, mas pelo visto o problema está até quando acesso pela web.
Al abrir Creative Cloud en mi MacBook aparece una pantalla emergente "lee la actualización", que no puedo cerrar. Sucede siempre que abro Creative Cloud
In older Versions of CCD I was transferred to external Adobe Stock Webportal where I cautiously feeded my personal bibliotheques. With the new version of CCD the Stock portal is nested into the CCD window. But from there you do not have acces to your personal bibliotheques or do I oversee something.That missing feature really annoys as you will have to start an own browser rpocess to acces Adobe Stock from outside CCD via Browser. As the internal link in CCD 'forget' this desired feature.
I work with languages, and many times a font has several variations for languages, and as of late, I've been forced to writhe the whole font name to get to it, instead of just the last word of the font. For example, when I have to search for the Noto Sans CJK JP (the japanese variable of the chinese/japanese/korean font) I just used to type CJK JP and the font would appear, now it searches for exact match of the font name and it has made my work a lot more tedious because now I have to type the whole thing: Noto Sans CJK JP...Does anyone know how to change it? I would really appreciate any input.Thanks!!!
Every time I start my computer (iMac 27" 2017) Creative Cloud will not start, it requires repair so I have to reinstall it each time.
App da Creative Cloud não instala, apenas fica na tela de inicialização. Já tentei resolver com todas as orientações disponíveis no site, mas ainda sem resultado.
When I open the Creative Cloud Desktop app and try to click on the Manage Fonts link, nothing happens...the cursor turns into a hand like I should be able to click on it...but when I do, nothing happens, and my fonts that have been activated are not syncing with the different apps I use (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) the just eternally try to activate even though they are already activated if I look in Adobe Fonts. What in the world is going on? This is preventing me from getting work done.
Hola buenas, presento un problema en el que no puedo cerrar sesion de Creative Cloud, me dieron una cuenta de mi universidad con acceso a todos los programas de adobe por lo que quiero usarla, pero al intentar entrar me inicia sesion en mi cuenta personal y no me deja cerrar mi sesion, me arroja a la ventana de elegir un plan y no funciona ningun boton, quedo atento a cualquier ayuda. I am working on a macbook pro OS 14.1.1app version 6.1.0.587Al apps are working fine. since yesterday no fonts appear in added fonts or installed fonts. only the removed fonts are visible.I get error code 198: unable to sync. install sync component and try again.I tried command option R / i tried repair from the uninstall app / i tried uninstall and reinstalled the app.I did so without first deleting all apps from my device. So far nothing works. suggestions welcome!
I dont know what happened it was working fine a month ago and now it wont work. Everytime I open the app it asks me to sign in so I do my usual sign in through google and when I try to it just bring me back saying to log in again. When I try to Sign in via browser it says your all good to go im signed in then I just get a black screen on the creative cloud app. I cant unintall and reinstall becuase i cant sign in and uninstall my apps. Could really use the help no idea what to do.

Ao abrir minha creative cloud, me deparo sempre com a mesma mensagem: Sua creative cloud está demorando mais que o normal... Esse problema apareceu após a última atualização, Já desistalei e fiz uma nova instalação, porém ele continua muito lento para abrir.
Desapareció ahora Ilustrador BETA, dice que está dañada, la desinstalé y ahora tengo versión 2024, avise @Adobe
I've been using Adobe and the Creative Cloud for years. A week or so ago, my fonts wouldn't load into Illustrator when I tried to add new fonts. I went to try to resolve the issue and it looks like no fonts will load in the CC app and syncing won't work. I've tried everything. Syncing is on, I am signed in on the correct account, I restarted my app and device multiple times. It doesn't have anything to do with my firewall, VPN, or proxy. I spent hours on support chat trying to resolve the issue, the support agent did remote in and try a lot of things to resolve it and nothing worked. I pay way too much for this service for my fonts to not work. I'm debating just cancelling my subscription and use a different (free) service. This is ridiculous and I have seen so many people dealing with the same issues on different forums. Has anyone gotten this far into the troubleshooting process and still not been able to resolve the issue? Has anything worked? And if it doesn't, what alternative ser

For one typeface, a couple of its fonts are not loading, and red dots appear to the right of the weight names. Clicking the retry icon spins but it still doesn't load. Any ideas?Mac OS 14.6.1 and Creative Cloud 6.3.0.207

Yesterday, I purchased an Adobe package and installed the Creative Cloud application. Since yesterday, I've been having an issue with it—I'm constantly seeing a message that access may be restricted, which is causing the applications not to work properly. I have reinstalled Creative Cloud, installed the trial version repair tool, updated drivers, checked for Creative Cloud updates, and even verified the payments. Everything should be fine, but the error persists.
Hello! Since Adobe Customer Service hasn't been able to support, wonder if the community may know how to solve this issue or where this 1.2MB is hiding; which I need removed in order for Adobe to transfer my cloud data from a different country account to this one. You can see I have 1.2MB of 1 TB on this account. I have cleared EVERYTHING from my Photoshop & Lightroom. Images below. Where can I look next? Any help?

Meu notbook passou por uma formatação e agora não consigo acessar o lightroom classic, já instalei e desinstalei diversas vezes, já criei e deletei catalogo, e não consigo usar o programa. já tentei instalar versões anteriores, atualizadas e nada....Ele instala, abre e em seguida aparece essa tela e fecha o programa sozinho. Não sei mais o que fazer pra resolver, preciso urgentemente minhas edições estão ficando atrasadas.
Ao abrir o Illustrator aparece esse erro, não consigo resolver de jeito algum. Uso o windows 11 e está atualizado. Não entendo poque está acontecendo isso, pois no dia anterior estava tudi funcionando perfeitamente bem. Alguém tem ideia do que está causando este erro? Sabem como solucionar??
The last couple of days I cannot get photoshop, or photoshop beta to open. It begins to load and then just spinning wheel forever. I've restarted the computer (latest macbook pro) uninstalled and reinstalled the software, not sure what else to do. Worked for months before this and I use it heavily. Lightroom works, Bridge works, but not Photoshop. I'm traveling and have internet but not the highest speed so each time I uninstall reinstall it takes awhile. A couple of months back there was a software update from apple that people were saying didn't play well with photoshop so I didn't install it. I'm currently using Sonoma 14.1. Not sure what to do next. Thank you for any advice.
