I've Paid an Adobe Student Plan but now I can't see it and does not show up the receipt of the payment
Hi!We have just downloaded and installed our Adobe Creative Cloud but it does not launch properly. Only loading. PLease see below screenshot for more details:Any help on this issue would be highly appreciated.Thanks!
About Creative cloud desktop, I have all the time a file synchronisation activity.Result : it takes bandwith on my internet connexion and 15/20% of the CPU. Here is the version of the creative cloud desktop :
This is a problem with what seems to be with Mac Mini using M1 chip. The problem...Even though I flag an image, the flag icon image is not showing in the film strip images at the bottom. This makes it very difficult to know which images you already flagged at a glance. I checked the "view options" by right cliking the film strip area and made sure that "Show ratings and picks" is selected. The flag icons do not show on top of the image regardless.This must be a software glitch that needs to be fixed for the Mac Mini M1 chip computers. I say this because it works fine for me on my older iMac. Please fix this so we can see which images in the film strip area are flagged at a glance.
After many months using Adobe Creative Cloud on 2 separate Windows 11 desktop machines (AMD 5000 series CPU with NVidia 3000 series GPU) -- sometime around late February, I noticed that the Creative Cloud application would crash instantly on startup. Seeing that it was happening coincidentally on 2 different machines, I found it suspicious. I contacted Adobe support after failing to find any solution in community posts, and they proceeded to make me do all the basic -- uninstall everything, reinstall, run the cleanup, delete files from all different folders. It was an insane, time-consuming disruptive process. Even in safe mode it didn't work. Despite managing the get the attention of escalation teams, there was no solution -- even weeks later. Evaluation of the crash logs (buried in the bowels of my system and requiring verbose logging tools to be installed) appeared to show something in conflict with Vulcan drivers. At assets.adobe.com/files, clicking on "Locate" used to open the folder that the file is found in. As of late last week, it just opens the file in the browser, which "Open" already does. And from the opened file screen, there doesn't seem to be a way to determine the file's folder. In many if not most instances, I actually need to open the folder containing the file, not the file itself. I'm assuming it's a bug as there doesn't seem to be any valid reason to duplicate the feature of "Open" in the same menu and remove the very critical feature of being able to open the containing folder from this menu. It's a source of massive slowdown in productivity and has already significantly affected me and my coworkers. Please resolve at earliest convenience.
Creative Cloud app has had issues correctly displaying "Shared with you" files for years. Specifically: Only displays a random assortment of all files shared with me, so must use Web link to see all files. Does not correctly sort by Date Shared, again random ordering of files. Syncing issues are still too prevalent, my team finds themselves needing to make local backups of XD files since work keeps getting lost. Please address your Creative Cloud app issues. Ater 4 years of promoting Adobe XD to my company we're ready to move on to a different solution that better works at scale. Thanks,Thomas
I dont know why but i wanted to install XD I have the All Apps subscription. I opened Creative Cloud Desktop and searched for "xd"
I recently bought the all apps subscription and the installed software works as intended; however, for some reason I keep getting a prompt to choose to either save or delete the preferences for Media Encoder before uninstalling, even though I didn't ask it to uninstall it in the first place. No matter what I'm doing on my computer, CC window will suddenly open and interrupt what I'm doing (Sometimes even taking me out of fullscreen mode) in order to show me that prompt. I've tried allowing it to uninstall ME and then reinstalling it, but it keeps trying to uninstall it every few minutes and it's super annoying, it only does it for Media Enconder.
Note: I clicked on the option to Repair the Creative Cloud desktop app, which uninstalled all my Adobe apps (Premiere, etc.). Since the CC desktop app isn't working, I can't reinstall Premiere, etc. I'm unable to do any work until I get this fixed. P.S. I installed a Beta version of Premiere, 23.5.0 BETA (Build 37), before these issues occurred; so I can use that version until this gets resolved. However, I still have no Acrobat, Photoshop, Acrobat, etc. I have a 2023 MacBook Pro M2, OS 13.3.1 (a). When I try to launch the Creative Cloud desktop app, the wheel spins for about 5 minutes, then comes to a Repair screen:I tried the steps on the page below, but none worked:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html Is this a compatibility bug with Mac OS 13.3.1 or 13.3.1 (a)? The CC desktop app was working about e days ago when I was on an earlier version OS 13; but it stopped working yesterday when I updated the OS.

There's a major security flaw in Adobe Creative Cloud. One of the most fundamental tenets of any security plan is routine and automated monitoring of logfiles for anomalies. Unfortunately, the design of Creative Cloud makes this impossible. Currently, the only way to get at logs like the audit logs (Insights > Logs > Audit log) is to manually log into the admin console and download a CSV. Support tells me that there's no other way to do it--no API, no automated/scheduled export, no connection to Splunk, no connection to a Syslog server, nothing. As a creative cloud instance with tens of thousands of users, this effectively means that we have no ability to do any form of security monitoring, which is simply not OK. Please fix this severe bug!
After recent CCD update, it didm't see Ps as installed app anymore. I could still launch it from Windows start menu, but CCD didn't show it as installed. So I figured I'd install it again and now everything is gone - preferences, workspaces, toolbars, brushes, actions. It's a completely fresh install... WTH, Adobe? How do I reset everything to what I had?

It is a logical error. We sometimes get PDF's originating from InDesign/Illustrator with a white object set to overprint. It seems unintentional. Maybe the object was once set to black overprint and they changed the color to white, I dunno. Annyway, white in overprint results to nothing, as any color below the object would be printed. So, the better choice would be not to allow white to be set to overprint anywhere in the Adobe ecosystem.

Hello all forum members,After using system restore, creative cloud 2023 icon does not open and i get this message.I uninstalled creative cloud 2023 and reinstalled it, however the problem persists, and i continue to get this message (as shown in the picture attached). Hi,I am not able to update LR Classic to the new version. LR is showing the available update but the (horrible) Creative Cloud Desktop is not progression it.Either it claims that LR ist still opened (what is wrong) or (even after reboot) it shows a notification that a LR update is available, but the upate-window ist empty. (see screenshot)Can somebody helpt me, please?

Greetings, I have not been able to open my Creative Cloud Desktop app for 6 weeks now. Not once since starting my subscription to Adobe CC has the CC Desktop App updated through the app. AND every time there is an update, Adobe disables the version on my computer. The only way I have been able to update the CC Desktop App over the year, is to go to the Alternate Download page, download the update manually and install it manually... I use the most recent versions of PS CC and LR Classic CC available to date on Mac-OS. All applications are up-to-date. I tried the beta version 24.5 of PS and after a day I uninstalled this version, to much errors. After deleting this beta version it's not possible anymore to edit photo's (jpg / tiff / raw) from LR classic in PS 2023: PS 2023 app opens but the photo doesn't open. Very frustrating. When the option is to uninstall and reinstall PS 2023, what is the best way to follow? With kind regards.
Hi, I found a bug and i can use "Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop" in mutiple Devices at same time with "Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB" plan. As of now i used photoshop in three Devices at a time. I know we can install many devices and have limit to use same time. But, i can use same time in three devices. I didnt tried more than that. I am ready to demonstrate this bug with some good rewards.

I'm having a strange problem that I can't really figure out. I know Creative Cloud sends notifications on mac to invite us to try out Substance 3D. Recently however, some of those notifications come in both my defined language (french) and what I figured out was finnish. The notification seems to be authentic and leads to the Creative Cloud's Substance 3D page when clicked. The problem is I can't figure out how to have it stop. For information, I'm running CC app 510.0.573 on Mac OS 12.6.I've also attached a screenshot showing both the french notifications at the bottom and the finnish one on top. As you can see, the notification is shown at the same time as the french one. Any one else having a similar problem and found a solution?
