Hello Adobe， My account paid the money, but not all the apps are working. Try talking to the chat operator; maybe they can help me fix it. Then I can use . terrcable savers I'm unable to use all the software. Each time try to open it, it does not work. Who is ready to help me fix it? 

How do I install the Creative Cloud Desktop app in another language? The default install is in the system default language.Another particularly annoying feature of Adobe is that it confuses Brazilian Portuguese with Portuguese. These languages are quite different and I always have to manually change all applications to English instead. Ideally there should be a Portuguese from Portugal (pt-pt) version available. If this is not possible, do not assume that a Portuguese system will use PT-BR by default instead. Believe me it is really annoying for a lot of people I talk and work with here in Portugal but also in other countries who speak Portuguese but not Brazilian Portuguese.Many thanks

I no longer see the Fonts tab in the Creative Cloud.I had some fonts I had "Installed" within this tab so that they work in other apps like Figma for example. NOw those fonts are disabled, and that tab to manage my fonts no longer exist. Is that a problem on my end or an update done to the app? anyone else have this issue?

Providing I run CC Desktop 6.6.0.611 (issued in April this year) along with LR Classic 14.3.1 and Photoshop 26.7, everything runs smoothly with not problems showing up in Win11 Resource Monitor. BUT as soon as I try to update LR or PS, CC Desktop insists on updating itself to 6.7.0.278 and then Adobe Crash Processor starts producing  up to 30 instances of CRDaemonHeartbeat.db-journal files. I assume this means that one of the dozen or so background progs that are updated with CC Desktop app is crashing. I have not noticed any effect on LR Classic or PS so far, but I don't like progs misbehaving on my computer! I have regular system backups and have gone back several times to prove that is it simply this update of CC desktop group of files that is causing the problem. Any solution in sight from Adobe? So I was just using Lightroom Classic and PS the night before and everything worked well. The next day nothing worked. Not the creative cloud, not LrC not PS. Tried opening them outside of CC and still doesn't work. There were no driver nor windows updates since the last time I was using LrC and PS. I tried searched around the net for hours and nothing worked. I tried downloading AdobeCreativeCloudCleaTool.exe, that does not work. I thought maybe I'll just uninstall everything from the W11's Add/Remove page, does not work (no response like how I open CC, LrC, PS). I tried the steps here: https://helpx.adobe.com/my_en/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html After downloading creative_cloud_uninstallerwin, running the service is just like the others, it'll run at the background (you can see it in TaskManager) but nothing happens.So I'm stucked with unable to open these softwares nor can I uninstall them. Any help would be appreciat

The initial interface says there are 14 updates available. Most of the updates are incompatible with my system so this number is always inaccurate.  MacOS Monterey - Mac Pro 6,1

I've had this problem with the CCdesktop app displaying ver weirdly for quite a while. I've plugged away trying to find a solution myself for ages but it won't go away. There is also a problem with library syncing where have to enter the app and click on the files before they start to sync (very slowly) in Photoshop. I don't get this type of display problem with any other app, just CC desktop.All apps/drivers are up to date on Win 10.Thx in advance.  

For a few weeks now, I keep getting asked to log back in everytime I open an Adobe app and many times a day, for no reason. Everytime, I have to log back in, hope that the Creative Cloud app will load and wait for all the fonts to reinstall... 20 minutes several times a day. This does happen on all the computers I'm logged into with this Adobe account (both Mac and Windows).I already tried reinstalling, cleaning caches of all sorts, going offline, etc.. but the issue remains.I am tired of this overprotecting system that litteraly stops me from working, as I almost spend more time dealing with the Adobe ecosystem trying to open my work than actually using the software...Please help/fix it. Application : Adobe Creative Cloud v.6.7.0.278System : macOS Sequoia 15.5

I'm not sure what the issue is but every single time I go to update any app I inevitably get the "Progress is slower than usual. Working on resolving issue..." and here's the thing, I 100% know it has nothing to do with the internet connection. I'm always updating at the office which is hardwired into a network broadcast facility that has bi-directional 990Mbs speeds just looking right now, so what's the deal with the software? (Working on a Windows 11 Pro PC, updated versions of everything)

I can't exit the view window. The update notification pops up and I can't turn it off.

My Creatice cloud for desktop is not showing REVIEW LINKS on my files folder (or in any place).

I am currently using PS v 26.7.0 20250513.r.15 on Windows 11 24H2 I've had a couple of update notifications in the last few days saying 'Update for Photoshop Available'When I go into creative cloud and go to updates, It says everything is up to date,  (Photoshop Updated 18 days ago). This is the same even if i refresh. I suspect there is a bug somewhere ??

I've just about had it with this broken SAAS subscription model.  Each time windows reboots or updates I have to log back into CC. The computer I'm on is the computer I need to forget. It's bad enough each time windows updates something breaks or works different. But to have these issues with everything, it's becoming unworkable.  I'm about ready to ditch adobe for something that doesn't need a GD cloud authentication each time I use an app. All I want to do is read a PDF and I can't because I have to log in, then MFA... then clear out and closse out all the AI BS. Then come to this forum to report a problem that existed a year or two ago and is now back. I'm running out of patience with the state of technology.  If I don't switch to linux, I'm moving back to Win10 and I'm banning anything cloud/SAAS related.  I want the old days where you'd buy something and upgrade it when you were ready.  THIS IS NOT BETTER!. I'm wasting more of my time fixing crap

Hi, When there are new updates available for any of my Adobe products, it shows a red dot on the Creative Cloud icon. It freaks me out every time because red means something is wrong. If it's just a new update alert, it would be nice if it were a blue dot. I'm using iMac with latest operating system (Sequoia 15.6) and Adobe Creative Cloud version 6.7.0.278. Thanks for listening!

Lately across all the Adobe apps the CC Library keeps freezing - I've been needing to restart almost every 10 mins. My apps are up to date. 

I am no longer able to download my Fresco or Photoshop files from the Creative Cloud desktop app which I have been doing without issue for 6 months or so. Downloading files no longer works in the web browser based Creative Cloud either. Both respond by "Downloading local copy of...." for a good 10 minutes at least before simply stopping with no prompt or warning. I am able to export any files from Adobe Fresco/Photshop to my iCloud account without any issue. Have tried restarting, signing out, quitting and restarting, different browsers and computers etc. I have used only of 20.2GB my 1TB in storage. Any suggestions or workarounds (beside the one I have) would be appreciated.

The option to maximize compatiblity for HDR photos (jxl and avif as far as I have tried) keeps turning on on its own, even when the option is unchecked. I sometimes have to check and uncheck it for the photos that are exported to not have this option (I checked the output files multiple times). I don't exactly know when it's unchecked and when it's checked just from the menu, and it's hard to tell when it switches.

I had this happen this morning. It's been reported infrequently in other Adobe forums over the years, but not in the CC Desktop forum as far as I know. This was on Windows 10 Pro. The fix was simple: select the Uninstall option for the app using normal Windows controls, and then do a Repair. Done. The legacy fixes included deleting some objects and re-installing, but that doesn't seem to be necessary. The presentation was: click on the usual CC desktop shortcut, CC app window opens, but is blank. Hovering around on it might see the mouse sprite arrow change to a pointing hand, with no hovertip, and clicking it might work, and in one try, launched Illustrator. So it seems that it's just a matter of the window content not being rendered.

Deinstallation und Neuinstallation brachte keine Verbesserung.'verschiedene Foren durchsucht - auch keine Lösung.Was nutzt die schönste Testphase, wenn man tagelang damit beschäftigt ist, eine Lösung zu finden, um das Programm überhaupt erst einmal zu starten.'Achja - startet man die Creative App statt des einzelnen Programms wird man in einer Dauerschleife abgemeldet zur Neuanmeldung aufgefordert und wieder abgemeldet.Von Adobe hatte ich ich eigentlich mehr erwartet.'Kann jmd. helfen?

Hello,The installer executable for Adobe Creative Cloud hosted at Adobe Creative Cloud download does not appear to be digitally signed. Because of this, SmartScreen in Edge treats it as a potentially dangerous download. Thanks!
