On some photos, when I crop with the aspect ratio 1:1, the files are not always 1:1 when exported. The picture I am testing on is exported with the resolution 3104x3105. This is a problem when another app requires a square image. This occurs on both Lightroom CC on windows, and on my android phone.

In August I imported a few hundred Raw images to LR CC mobile using my iPad Pro. They are synced to LR CC through Adobe Creative Cloud to my desktop on my Mac. I have applied edits to both the mobile and desktop versions. Currently I have no problem continuing to edit these images on my desktop LR CC, BUT when I try to go into LR CC mobile and do some edits I get Error T505 - Photo Failed to Load.

I discovered just now that several GPS data tags are not included in the EXIF data when taking photos with the Lightroom app on my iPhone. The missing EXIF tags include 'GPSAltitudeRef', 'GPSAltitude', 'GPSTimeStamp', 'GPSImgDirectionRef', 'GPSImgDirection' and 'GPSHPositioningError'. When taking photos with my phone's default camera app, these tags are included, but when taking photos with the Lightroom for iOS app, the tags are omitted. I hope this can be fixed soon.

Since the last Lightroom iOS app update, I am seeing some photos with rectangular artifacts on them, even after export them to the camera roll, or to a sharing app. The workaround is to zoom the picture as the artifact will disappear and then, export the photo.I’ve attached a screen shot of the app with one artifact

I think I have found a bug in the mobile app that can easily be recreated.Prerequisite : have at least 2 albums.To recreate the bug :- Album B must not be segmented .- Open album A and segment it (by year, month, day or hour it doesn't matter).- Open album B and sort by rating.- Open album A ---> app crashes.- To resolve the bug : go to album B and set the sorting anything other than rating.The explanation is simple. Segmentation is set per album. Sorting is set globally. So when I change the sorting to Rating, it also changes it for album A. Lightroom CC cannot sort an album by rating which is already segmented.-- Android 8.1.0Version 4.0

I’m using LrCC on 2 devices : my iPhone 8 and Desktop.On desktop, everything is as fine as possible, but I’ll use smartphone for any instant post on instagram.One regular issue I stumble upon is precision cropping where I will put my finger for 1 second exactly where I want, and then when I release (because I’m 100% satisfied with what I see), the app will consider my removing of the finger as a move, and screw it all.I have the same issue with upright with guides. Every time.Could we do it like « if I make a long press, then a small remove move, you only consider the long press coordinates/values »?

After upgrading to newest version of Lightroom Mobile for IOS (v.4.0.0 E605D9) on my iPhone X - I cannot upload pictures to the cloud -> when I tap on 'upload picture' icon and select a picture to upload nothing happens - the picture is not uploaded and I'm back on the camera roll preview view. Can anyone help?Mariusz

The Lightroom downloader application (https://lightroom.adobe.com/lightroom-downloader)downloads photos taken with iPhone X in HEIC format but renames them with extension ".false"... ex: IMG_2329.false instead of IMG_2329.HEICThis is a problem when trying to compare 2 folders and trying to determine if all files have been backed up properly as there isn't a 1 to 1 match in filenames...Can you please advise on how to resolve this issue?Thanks.

Dear All, Yesterday, again I had a follow up contact with the Lightroom CC (Cloudversion) Help team on the new "Location viewer" item. It seems that Adobe has chosen a bad working cheep solution for the "Location viewer" in Lightroom CC (Cloud) instead of the previous Google maps. This is not the high quality of Adobe for which I have bought Adobe Lightroom CC with a high monthly fee for Software and Cloud. Two examples are; Alesund Norway Cruise Ship Pier (Google maps title) in Alesund Norway Longyearbyen Harbor in Longyearbyen on Spitsbergen Also this viewer seems not being working in combination with my iPad.  Please assist. Open a photo that is in a stack in Detail. The filmstrip with all the photos in the stack displays below (without flags or ratings...grrr.) Try to filter the images in the stack by flag or rating and you get nothing.

I was used to the fact that pressing "/" for the "Show Original" function within Lightroom does not revert to an original crop. This allows for precise comparison of exposure and color settings.Recently, that function has changed and now pressing "/" will not only revert all exposure / color settings but also go back to the original uncropped image. This makes it very hard to appreciate the extent of color corrections etc.I'd suggest offering a setting that allows users to choose which type of "Show Original" functionality they want: With or without restoring the original crop.

Hi there. I just updated to LR CC 1.4 on desktop (on MacBook Pro running High Sierra) and I noticed that it no longer appears to be possible to automatically set individual edit sliders. Previously, you could alt-click or shift-double click a slider, such as black point, to 'auto' it individually, but now those commands just reset the sliders to 0. Is this a deliberate change? Is there another way to accomplish this now? Thanks very much.

Everytime I go to edit a photo, I first start with one of my personalized presets and then adjust as needed. Ever since I updated Lightroom CC, the Presets tab has been MIA and when I try to click on it, it shuts the whole program down.  How do I fix this? Need to edit photos ASAP!

Bug: LR mobile suddenly switches to JPG and back to DNG within a row of shots , unfortunately you can only become aware of this problem when editing them later. I use the latest version of LR mobile and iOS 12 beta 4

Just installed Lightroom CC, Classic and Photoshop still working fine. But Lightroom CC starts with "error 67"."Account Notification""An error has occured while attempting to login to your account."" My email "{ "Error":67 }""Please sign out and sign in again"But, I have tried this many times... Unistalled... Reinstalled... and Nothing.I need help... 😞

When pressing the button labeled "side button" below to turn off my screen when Lightroom Mobile for iOS is in camera mode, it takes a photo before turning the screen off. I end up with dozens of unwanted photos this way.

Hi there. I have noticed that since being implemented in Lightroom CC 1.1, edits made with the split toning tool are not being saved properly. I can make an edit and it will appear to save across the cloud, but the next time I open Lightroom CC, those edits have been apparently lost or "forgotten". This happens consistently and only with the split toning tool. I am using a MacBook Pro running High Sierra. Would appreciate it if you folks could look into this possible bug. Thanks very much!

After updating from version 1.3 to 1.4 the tone curve doesn't have a medium and strong contrast option. Also when you go from looking at the edited version of a picture to the original it shows the uncropped version of the picture rather than keeping it cropped and showing the edits vs non edits. Also when in the basic edits (light) if you shift click to have Lightroom automatically adjust the highlights, shadows, whites, and blacks nothing happens.

when I try to share some photos with facebook directly from lightroom CC, it shows that loading line in the top left corner but it just stuck at 0% and never actually uploading the pictures. any solution ? thanks

Lightroom App on Samsung Galaxy S8 crashes a lot and is extremely slow while editing. The phone become hot. App crashes or says "App is not responding." I bought the subscription but very disappointed with the mobile. I need this bug to be fixed please. I tried reinstalling the app multiple times but no change. Phone is up to date running on Oreo OS.

I bought a new LG-mobilephone and did install Lightroom CC mobile. When I know get images (Picture(JPG)) per WhatsApp or SMS or Threema from a samsung-mobilephone I can save them in my own (intern) picture-menu. But if I try to import them to Lightroom cc mobile the system says "the import is not possible". In the other way from LG to Samsung it is the same.If I send the picture I get from a Samsung-phone to an Apple-Iphone and then back to my LG-Smartphone I can import the image (JGP) to Lightroom cc mobile.Is their a bug???

Is there a way to make Lightroom CC import even if it thinks it's duplicated images?The images are all new scannes but it will not import a file with a duplicate name. If I rename it the image will import. Surely this is a bug??

On my Smartphone (Sony XZ, Android 8.0.0) i only can edit jpeg files.If i try to edit an raw file (from my Canon D550 or my Sony RX100 III) the app starts downloading the image and then freezes up completly. Is there any solution for this problem?

So many times I've come home and tried to use my computer on Wifi and found it to be excruciatingly slow. Dead slow, like 60 second web page displays.  My wife and I have cursed our Charter Cable connection many times.  BUT...know I see that it is not Charter's fault, IT'S THE FAULT OF LIGHTROOM MOBILE.I have realized that if I come home with any new, unsynced photos in LR Mobile, the syncing takes over the internet.  I can barely do anything.  When I swipe away the app to close it, voila!, my internet is super speedy again.  Start up Lightroom Mobile again, and bam!, near-dead internet.So that is PROBLEM #1: LR Mobile syncing need to be optimized somehow to not suck up all of my bandwidth.  It is not my Charter Cable, which is super fast normally. No other app that uses the internet screws it up either. Just LR Mobile.PROBLEM #2 has been discussed over and over and over again here, with no interest from Adobe to address the issue.  There is no way to

On my iPhone 8 Plus with the newest IOS and Lightroom, the Lightroom Camera flash cannot be enabled (icon is disabled) if I am shooting DNG in Auto or Professional mode. For JPG the flash can be enabled (icon is enabled).In the Camera App everything works fine.IOS 11.3 iPhone 8 PlusLightroom V.3.2.0 C96EDEI tried reinstalling lightroom but this did not solve the problem
