I've just installed 24.4.1 build 2 on my Win 10 rig. I've got ten clips on a sequence, from one of the cameras connected directly to my system via that delightful Atem unit. I have two boom mics, and I was shooting a series of tests with very slight adaptations to the sound into my Xenyx mixer from each mic, to get them not only balanced but sounding as identical as possible. The clips are extremely close ... these were after achieving a "pretty close" match ... going for "identical". One clip was auto-tagged dialog, the other nine? Nothing. As all clips are me talking through the same pair of mics, nearly identical in audio levels and waveform, I can't figure out why only one would "tag" ... this doesn't seem to be working correctly. @mattchristensenor anyone ... any ideas?  

Hello, I have run into a very sudden problem where I am unable to open ANY of my Premiere projects. I am able to create a new project but when I try to open one of my existing ones I get the message "an unknown error occurred opening project". Also, none of my projects are shown as recently opened anywhere within Premiere even though I worked on some of them as recently as a couple of days ago.A few things I have tried:- Opening the project within Premiere, where I get this error message- Opening the project from my Finder, where nothing happens when I try to open the project file either through double clicking or right-clicking and selecting "opeN"- Creating a new project and importing the old project there. This didn't work with most of my projects. It did work with some autosaves of projects however none of the media is linked for some reason and when I try to relink it I consistently get a File Import Failure message saying "the importer reported a generic error"- Updating to

I am editing large amounts of student films into promo reels. When I import the films which have a very strict naming format, occasionally, some will show up in the project window with a different media name. It doesn't matter which method I use to import. I have tried ticking File Name in the Metadata but it makes no difference. I then have to find in Explorer (which it does no problem) and copy the file name across, but that's a ball ache. I am using Premiere Pro 23.6.5 (build 2).Windows 11 Education vers. 22H2Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz16.0 GB RAMGPU NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 I am importing MXF files, saved as DNXHR OP1A. Adobe PP Vs: 24.4.1 (Build 2)Windows 11Adobe just updated on my machine and am unable to use the Alt+[left arrow/right arrow key] to nudge the selected audio track left or right specifially after I select and move an audio track. To recreate this issue:1. select audio clip2. move it to a different part on the timeline3. try and nudge the clip left or right using Alt+[left arrow/right arrow key] I have attached a video, sorry for the low quality video but you get the point. When I move the clip then try to immediately nudge it, it doesn't work. I deselect it, then select it (without moving it) then nudge, it works. I was able to do this before this previous update. Tenho um AMD Ryzen 7 5700x, uma RTX 4060ti, 16GB de RAM e 1 TB de ssd, uso Windows 10 PRO 64x e mesmo assim não consigo baixar o Premiere Pro no meu PC, alguém sabe como resolver?   

I resized three images in my project to a smaller size, but after two seconds, they revert back to their original size automatically. I haven't used any keyframes to animate the size change. Is there a way to keep them at the resized dimensions? For reference, I've attached images showing the issue (before and after).

I keep getting this notification when opening Premiere. I don't have any plugins installed.  Premiere 24.2.1, Mac Sonoma  

I've just updated to the latest version of Premiere Pro and when I make updates to a linked After Effects file the link is broken in Premiere. Meaning, I have to manually relink the file each time I make an edit. This is completely breaking my workflow. Previously the linked comps just updated automatically, no problem. Sometimes, they even updated without having to save! Any suggestions?

I can open premiere pro beta 24.4.1 but it freezes and crashes once i try to open a project. I just updated to this version this morning so it just started happeneing  5/29/2024. Premiere Pro, don't know what version as it's now stopped opening. I opened a project I started two days ago.  I waited for the circle at the top right to finish it's graphical fill and become a tick mark, which idicated it's finished finding my material.I positioned the playhead on the timeline, but the record window remained black.  I could move the playhead, but the record window remained black.  Pressing play would not do anything, no playhead movement and no video.  I doubled-clicked a source file, to load it into the source window, but that too was black.  Pressing play did nothing.I exited software.  I opened software again and it now crahses before getting to Projects window at the start. This all work on Monday.  Didin't use it yesterday.  Now it crashes.  All other non-Adobe graphics software works correctly.  It's just Adobe.Threadripper Pro 3975WX256GB RAM (8 x DIMMS)Nvidia RTX A60007 x 1TB nvme M.2 hard drives.Win

Ever since I updated to Premiere Pro 24.4.1 the render timeline in to out function is extremly slow. Well adobe, you've done it again. 

Ever since updating to 24.3.0 I have had issues with Undo and Redo. They both stop working after I've been editing for an hour or so. They are not grayed out in the menu, but they don't work. It's the same when using shortcuts (Command Z and Command/Shift Z) and manually from the edit dropdown.  After I quit and restart Premiere they work again (temporarily), but as you can imagine not being able to undo edits is a massive problem and has screwed up my project. I'm on a 16-inch Macbook ProM3 MaxMacOS Sonoma 14.1128 GB RAMNo plugins installed. Any ideas?

Hey Everyone, I have a Macbook Air 2020 model using Monterey OS and I'm using Media Encoder to upload a sequence from Premiere Pro to Frame.io. I've been doing this for months with no problem, but todaywhen I did it, Media Encoder gave me an error message. The message was:Encoding error 9007This is the first time that I've used a 60fps clip and I have it in a 23.976fps timeline. I'm not sure if that's a part of the problem or not, but I wanted a slow motion look for a portion of this scene for my film. Hi,I have a projects containing over 2000 clips (basically it's the result of a 2 hour video chopped up into 2000 cuts). The playhead gets laggy when ripple deleting clips on the timeline.I noticed it doesn't happen when I have let's say 500 clips from a chopped up video.So I think it might be a hardware bottleneck somewhere.The videos are 1080p 30fps.Basically the chopped up sequence with over 2000 cuts from a software that removes the silences and spits out an XML file with all the corresponding cuts to finetune and import into Premiere. This is the file that creates the sequence in Premiere.----My current hardware:* i7 5820k (6 cores /12 threads intel cpu)* 64 gb of ram* GTX 970 gpu* Storage set up:- Separate internal Nvme drive for OS/Software including Premiere- Separate internal SATA SSD for cache/previews- External HDD for project source files- Internal SSD for export files----The source files are read from a HDD. I tried reading them from an SSD to see if that improved the play

This has been a terrible change - enhance speech is a great feature, but my powerful MacBook Pro now takes 10 minutes per 60 second video to export clips using enhance speech. It's slowed down most, but not all, videos when I use it. This has to be a known issue? Why is Adobe not addressing this? It's taking me literally the enire workday to export 30 short clips.

i have written something else then  why this letter is appearing . every day i am facing issue related missing font, font changing automatically to default and many others. please solve this as soon as possible. because  i am a freelancer and i have to do work faster and because of this issue or bug my whole project is stoped

Save As or Save a Copy apparently opens a window that is hidden from my Windows 11 OS.Premiere app appears to freeze, but I hear chime sounds when I mouse click in any Premiere window, and Windows Task Manager says Premiere is running OK.  Alt Tab does not show any other windows that would allow me to enter the name of the file I want to save.  So there is no way for me to get back to a functioning Adobe Premiere Pro application without "End Task" or shutting off my workstation.  Anyone else with this problem?

Hi, Windows 11Edge BrowserChroom BrowserPremiere Pro 2024 When loading up Premier I adisplayed with a blank white pop-up windowm . I can't do anything in Premiere Pro.They only way to stop is to use task manager and end the task of Premiere Pro. I've tried all solutions that are presented on this forum but unfortunately nothing works. This is really very very irritating. I am constantly getting the following error when I go to export. What is so strange is that I am not exactly exporting anything complicated - a simple caption that I upgraded to motion graphic is causing the dreaded export bug. The caption simply floats around slowly. How do I fix this error?? It has totally ruined my workflow and is making me late for deadliens as I type this . . .  Tried doing QuickTime instead of 264, exporting timeline to a new projecrt, quiting out of Premiere and reopening it, reinstalling Premiere, etc and nothing works. On a Apple M1 Pro chip (so I cannot switch out of Metal renderer) and programs / os updated. THANK YOU.   

Label colors have all been shifted and darkened.  None of my Sony 4K files can be viewed - in an existing project where I already had sequences built with them.  Tried to render and export a SMALL sequence, which would take many hours! There are probably many more problems, and I can't get past them. Adobe has completely ruined this product and has stopped my workflow. Hi, I'm experiencing audio issues while playing back footage on the time line.  Just a simple assembly timeline with no effects or anything.  The sound consistently drops out during playback and doesn't return. This makes it very hard to get into any kind of flow while editing.  Any hints would be appreciated.
