I recently/was finally forced to update from v24.1 to v25.1 due to others I work with having done so. One of the many frustrations adapting to the big changes driving everone nuts (feeling's mutual) is this issue for me with the Rolling Edit Tool. I'm assuming it is a bug, but maybe there is a setting that did not get accurately transfered during the migration of settings from v24.1 to v25.1 that I just can't seem to find. The issue:When adjusting a cut on a multi-camera sequence during playback the change is not recognized in the Program Monitor until you stop and start playback. Attached is a video showing what I'm talking about.  Hopefully I've explained clearly. In Version 26.2.2 (Build 3) ,previously i have the special Bezier curve in transform effect that visible in Program panel , after updated new version , i see many bug others not affect me , but the transform special brazier curve more important  for animation stuff , previously it show the keyframe dot  and the frame wise path how it animated ,  but now it show nothing that mean i unable to control the animation path in transform effect its core feature many editor used so as soon as possible fix this issue 

I'm working with dual-mono audio from a Zoom H4n (24-bit / 48kHz stereo WAV), synced into a multicam sequence using Premiere's sync function.When Premiere brings the WAV into the multicam sequence, it automatically splits the stereo WAV into two separate mono tracks, Track 1 as L and Track 2 as R. These are then panned hard left and right respectively in the multichannel multicam sequence.The issue: waveforms in the downstream stereo sequence will only display under one very specific condition. Track 1 in the multicam sequence must be panned to center (0), which is incorrect for my workflow. Track 2's pan value appears to make no difference. Under any other pan configuration, including the correct one with Track 1 hard left and Track 2 hard right, waveforms do not display in the stereo sequence at all.Audio plays back and exports correctly under all configurations. This is purely a waveform display issue that appears to be triggered by pan position on Track 1 of the multicam sequence,

The honest truth is that I’m still experiencing frequent hanging, an average of a full minute, especially when accessing top menu items, after upgrading to 26.2.2.

System Specifications: Machine: Mac Studio Processor: Apple M1 Max OS: macOS Tahohe 26.3.1(a) Premiere Pro Version: 26.2.2 (Issue occurs here) / 26.0 (Stable) The Issue: After updating to version 26.2.2, the Program Monitor fails to refresh the image during playback. When I press "Play", the audio works perfectly, but the image remains static on the current frame. The visual only updates once I stop playback.Key Observations: Renderer Blocked: In Project Settings > General, the "Renderer" dropdown is greyed out and stuck on Metal. I cannot switch to Software Only or any other option. Hardware Decoupling: Even with "Hardware Accelerated Decoding" disabled in Preferences, the issue persists. UI Issues: Resetting workspaces or clearing media cache through the UI did not solve the freezing. Troubleshooting steps taken (failed): Resetting preferences on launch. Im using premiere 26.2.0. But a lots of time its freezing. Thats not about what im doing.

Hi,I'm using Premiere Pro 25.2.3 on a Mac Studio M1 Ultra (128 GB RAM) with Mac OS Sequoia 15.4.1.  I use a QNAP NAS (3088XU-RP) wired over 25 GbE SFP28 cabling.  My read/write speeds exceed 2000 MB/Sec over SMB. I began a new project recently (as a Premiere Production) with approximately 100 hours of footage, all processed to proxies as ProRes Proxy codec within Premiere.  There are approximately 900 clips in the project that contains our media within the Production.  When accessed over SMB, Premiere Pro takes upwards of 10+ minutes to fully load the project.  Specifically on the background task of "relinking" every time the project is opened.  Once everything is finally loaded the performance is fine. But when I move all that media to an external SSD (APFS formatted) or even an iSCSI volume from the same NAS (effectively just a block level APFS volume over the network), Premiere Pro loads this project and completes the background "relinking" ta

Premiere Pro 25.4.0 on Win11. Today I discovered that my recent auto save files got stored in the wrong place. As long as just one project is opened, everything seems to be OK. But if you open a second project from a different folder, Premiere Pro starts putting the auto save files from the first project in the second project's folder. Even after closing the second project, premiere continues to store in that wrong folder.Luckily I was able to find the location of an auto safe file after my PC crashed. But it took me a while to figure out where they went. I sometimes open multiple projects to move clip preferences, effects or other things from one to another. Now I have auto save folders with mutliple states of up to four different projects. What a mess!

Just like it says, doesn't matter what I do or how many times I re-transcribe or convert to static transcript or whatever it will transcribe everything perfectly just ignoring filler words so they cannot be selected despite clearly being in the audio just not the transcription. I feel like the algorithm being used is already ignoring then when transcribing but then is leaving them out in the script. Premiere Pro 26.2.2 (Build 3)

After creating Object Mask 01, Premiere Pro does not highlight or enable the options needed to create a second object mask. While Object Mask 02 is technically created, no overlay appears. To restore the subject highlighting, I have to save the project, close Premiere Pro, and then restart both the application and the project.

Issue: When using a MOGRT with audio the properties are only visible when selecting both video and audio clip in timeline. If selecting only the video-clip the properties are not shown in the properties-panel.Steps to Reproduce: Drag a MOGRT with embedded audio in timeline, select the video-clip. Properties are not shown in Properties-panel. You can’t edit Text, text properties or what ever. Select video and audio properties are shown.Expected Result: When selecting a MOGRT in timeline parameters can be edit in properties-panel, indipendent of selecting the audio clip.Actual Result: Parameters can only be edit when selecting both video and audio in timeline. When selecting only the video parameters are not shown in properties-panel. You can’t change motion curve if you want an animation with motion blur using transform effect.  System info    Application: Premiere Pro v26.2.2    OS: Windows v10.0.26200, RAM: 31.82 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 24

 Timecode advances normally, but the displayed frame remains frozen until playback is paused. The same media plays smoothly in QuickTime. The issue occurs in a clean Premiere project and persists even at 1/16 playback resolution. Rolling back to Premiere Pro 26.0.0 restores full-resolution playback with the same media.

Hi Adobe Team,I’ve run into a significant performance issue with the new Premiere Pro 2026 (v26.0.1) regarding media relinking over SMB, which seems to be a clear regression compared to the 2025 (2025.6.4) version.The IssueIn Premiere Pro 2025, the initial relink/indexing of a large project (multiple TBs) takes some time, but once the metadata is cached, subsequent launches are fast, but still takes some unnecessary time. In Premiere Pro 2026, this "warm-up" benefit is gone. Every single time I open the project, Premiere spends the same full duration relinking and scanning the media. It’s as if the application is failing to commit the file-path metadata to the local cache or is forcing a deep re-scan on every launch, regardless of whether the files have moved.My SetupI’ve tested this thoroughly on a high-end setup to rule out hardware bottlenecks: Clients: New Mac Studio M4 Max (14/40-cores), 128GB RAM. Issue: In Premiere 2025, I’m able to drag and move a clip in the Program Monitor, hold CTRL (or turn on snapping) and it will snap to the edge of another clip. This was very handy for aligning clips without manually entering values. In Premiere 26.2.2, clips only snap to guides or the edge of the frame.Steps to Reproduce: Open Premiere 2026 and add two clips to a sequence on different layers. IssueOpacity mask tools (pen, rectangle, ellipse) do not appear in Effect Controls for certain MP4 files in Premiere Pro 2026, even though the files are standard H.264 video clips and effects apply normally. This makes it impossible to mask Gaussian Blur or any other effect via Opacity, with no warning or explanation in the UI.Steps to reproduceIn Premiere Pro 2025 or earlier, export a sequence as an MP4 (H.264). Open Premiere Pro 2026. Import the exported MP4 file into a project. Place the clip in a sequence timeline. Select the clip in the timeline. in adobe premiere i tried using generative extend on a video but i didnt like it so i removed it & came back later to try it again but it says you cannot use it twice on a clip even though it doesn't have any generative footage on it as i deleted it

I have about 100 creative LUTs. I can only choose down to about M in my list. Chosing anything beyond that doesn't work. Is there a limit to how many can be installed? If so, why? Mike

I’ve seen this issue on old posts with no correct answers   On a pretty big timeline (4k mutlicam, 3000 + cuts), all the clips on the left side of my cursor have unlink it self from their audioThere was no “unlink”  in the history panel My computer has 32 Go RAM, Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 and a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H, 2600 MHz, 14 cœur(s), 20 processeur(s) logique(s) I was able to recover some links by copy-pasting clips from auto-saves by it’s time consuming  As i was typing this, the “right side” did the same (It was linked just before, and going back with the history does not relink it)   UPDATE : Going back to my timeline, as I tried to play it I got this error:  Then no problems to play and edit 

Hi, Since the 26.0.0 release, new MOGRT-related bugs have been appearing with nearly every new version.  Bug 1: Since 26.0.0 release, Premiere does not recognize Lumetri effect inside MOGRTs at all - I have already reported this issue more than a month ago here - the post has a tag “Investigating”. Bug 2: Since 26.2.0 release, Media Replacement and other controls are not showing in MOGRTs that come with audio - this has been reported 2 weeks ago here - the post has a tag “Investigating”. I previously replied to posts from Community Managers to see whether there were any updates regarding these issues, but since I didn’t receive a response, I’m opening a new post to find out whether these bugs are actually planned to be fixed. While I understand Adobe can’t provide an exact timeline for fixes, I’d still like to know whether these bugs are at least acknowledged and intended to be addressed in the future. These issues are having a major impact on the MOGRT marketplace. I’ve received dozen
