Camera Raw

Hello,I have problems with DNG from a Canon R8 with RF 25-50 at 24mm. In opening the file in Photoshop Elements 2023 / Camera Raw 14.4 it opens distorted and with extreme vignetting. I enclosed  a screen shot from Camera Raw. Does anybody have the same problem (and a potential solution) ?Thank youMeinhard

Bonjour,J'ai un problème avec la dernière version de Craw qui ne semble pas reconnaître le GPU NVIDIA GE FORCE RT X 2060 intallé sur mon PC. Lorsque je vais dans Préférences Caméra Raw, le paramètre "Performances" est grisé et indique "désactivé".Or Photoshop reconnaît bien le GPU. Quelqu'un peut m'aider ?  Merci

Hello! I want to ask you to offer multiple versions of Camera RAW, as you offer for any other software. I keep getting this notification that my graphic card is too old and soon I will not be able to edit RAW files after a few Camera RAW updates, because of implementation of the AI stuff.I don't need these AI nonsense and I don't want to buy a new laptop just because you are implementing new software updates.It is not fair to users and it is not ethical.You should make software that can be used on reasonable older machines, no matter what updates you make.You should adjust you offer depending on users, not the other way.Please make software versions that can be used even on older machines.Most users just need the basics, not the latest and fashionable software trends.I am a graphic designer and I used the new AI updates just of curiosity and for fun, never for work.Keep it simple and adaptable.Not everyone wants the latest technological breakthroughs.Be reasonable!

Hello! I'm editing some RAW photos and I noticed that Camera Raw opens a bad version of the RAW files. When I open it on windows it first loads like a a thumbnail version, and after a few seconds it loads the fully detailed version. What happens is that Camera Raw seems to load that first version of it, and changing the profile doesn't solve the issue. What am I doing wrong? Below are some screenshots: the first one is the photo before and the second one is the photo after fully loading. The last one is how it appears in Camera Raw.  

Windows: hold the "Alt" button and click on the Rotate button in the tool bar. One is for "flip horizontal" and one is for "flip vertical".MAC: hold the "Opt" button and click on the Rotate button in the tool bar. One is for "flip horizontal" and one is for "flip vertical".Note: This does not work within Photoshop's built-in version of ACR, only in ACR launched from Bridge. There are a few archived posts that say this is not possible in ACR and those answers are wrong. You can flip images in ACR.

Ich habe einen iMac mit M1 Chip und kann Camera Raw nicht öffnen.Es wird angezeigt, dass Camera Raw aktuell ist jedoch ist kein "öffnen" vorhanden um Camera Raw zu öffnen. Was ist zu tun um damit arbeiten zu können?

Hi, as shown in the figure below Iam trying to merge 14 Raw pictures in to a panorama, but it gives me the error (there was not enough memory) when trying to save the merged panorama.* My Computer RAM is 32 GB.* Windows 11 version 22H2* There is a storage space on C where photoshop installed and on D where I trying to save the panorama.* Camera Raw version is 15.3.1* Photoshop version is 24.5.0      

Hi,   since one of the latest updates a few weeks ago the adjustment brush in camera raw is laggy to a point where it is actually unusable. When I add brushing somewhere with wacom it can take easily up to 30 seconds until the brushing finishes after I already lifted the pencil. In fact, this behaviour does not occur when I use the mouse. So it has something to do with the wacom intuos pro, either wacom itself or how the new PS handles the wacom. I'm on a MBP by the way.   Anybody else noticed this issue?

Hello,I am having repeated problems with some of the .XMP files I copy to the CameraRAW LocalCorrections folder - I copy them to the folder but they do not appear in the Presets drop-down menu in CameraRAW (even though they appear in the index.dat file). Let me be more specific:I have a set of CameraRAW brushes which I'll call "CP".  When the CP set is installed, no other 3rd-party brushes copied to the LocalCorrections folder will display (although they are in the directory and are listed in the updated index.dat file).  If I delete the CP set and install other brushes, then (so far) the other brushes show up in the CameraRAW and can be used.  However, if I reinstall the CP brush set, they seem to override the Presets drop-down menu and even though the older brushes are still in the index.dat file, they do not display in the Presets drop-down menu and I am restricted to only the CP brush set. I am using Photoshop 24.4.0 and CameraRAW 15.3.1. 

When i try to edit multiple pictures in camera raw it crashes after a couple of minutes and the edit doesn't save. ( Sorry for my bad English) I got this error code after the crash  

Hello Community,   I used ACR in version 13 and upgraded to version 14 as it was available. When editing pictures in ACR, I was used to see .xmp files when saving my changes for the edited pictures - this file contains the settings I made according to the raw file. Now, there is an additional file with the extension .ACR. I can't find any info on this type of file or for what it is used. Can someone tell me?  

Atualizei ontem o camera raw para a ultima versão, porém, após fazer essa atualização ao clicar em abrir um novo documento a janela do carema raw não abre na tela principal, ela simplente abre mas não fica visivel, cmo se estivesse em uma segunda tela que não existe. Alguém pode me ajudar a solucionar?

Hi all, not sure if you are experiencing the same issue. I imported ORF (Olympus Raw File) to Lightroom and it is very noisy in comparsion to OM Workspace, DXO Photolab 6 without using the AI Denoise. Is there any solution to this? and hopefully Adobe can improve the file support.

Hi all,  I just tried to apply the Denoise-AI at 50% on one of my .cr3-raws from my Canon EOS RP.It puts out purple-ish images (see screenshot). Also, when trying to create a mask that affects the sky via the AI-tools, it doesn't detect any sky in an image where there definitely is a very apparent sky (see screenshots as well). The same goes for portraits where there is an obvious face in the image when trying to apply the automatic motive-masks. It seems like the AI feature pack is in some kind of defect state... I already tried restarting the PC and reinstalling LrC so I assume that it's got something to do with the current version as a whole. I don't have any updates available for neither LrC nor Camera Raw. Thank you for any support in advance! I'm helping myself out with linear masks for now 😄

La modification à l'aide de Camera Raw nécessite qu'un produit éligible soit sous licence"  Je suis sous licence donc je ne comprends pas. Je suis sous Windows 10. J'ai installé les dernières versions de Camera Raw et Photoshop.Sinon, j'arrive à ouvrir mes photos mais une par une seulement sur photoshop. Il est impossible pour moi d'ouvrir plusieurs fichiers RAW en même temps sur Camera Raw.Avez-vous déjà été confrontés à ce problème? Savez-vous comment débloquer la situation? Merci d'avance 🙂Lisa 

Recently, AI denoising produces purple images with or without graphics acceleration. Win 10, all updates, 48GB RAM, Radeon RX6600, Ryzen5 3600, Canon CR3, Camera RAW v 15.3.1. It worked until recently, with the same images. Anyone have any tips on where to start troubleshooting?

Pues tengo el problema de que en algunos archivos DNG derivados de la cámara Fijifilm X10 son reconocidos como jpg, eso limita las opciones de revelado, ya que cualquier modificación es con perdida.Antes no pasaba, ¿alguna solución a este fallo del software?

Hello all;I've seen lots of posts regarding Camera RAW freezing when being opened either thro' Bridge or Photoshop 23.I have the same issue.I've followed all the suggested solutions, including updating all the apps and changing the preference, clearing the cache and disabling the Graphics Processor.The App still doesn't work as it should.  In fact it doesn't work at all...Any further ideas, please?All the best, Mark.

I was so excited to update ACR, but denoise AI is unusable for me. I'm running a Windows 11 with 64 GB RAM, 2 solid state drives with 1 TB each, one of them empty, and my GPU is NVIDIA GTX 1060 with 8GB memory. ACR is set to use GPU. PS and Bridge run fast, but the new feature, Denoise AI takes 10 minutes to render. I thought it was a mistake when the display said 10 minutes, but it's real. Ten minutes is unusable, not to mention that the result, after waiting 10 minutes was poorer than Topaz denoise, which renders in less than 20 seconds. What's going on? Have I gotten a defective update? I've been reading that other users are running into the same problem, but one user reported a much inferior GPU  than mine. Do I have to buy a server to run ACR denoise? If so, it's really unusable.

While editing and i copy the settings from the picture before and paste to the next one, if i zoom in the colors, light and opacity change to darker, same if i save the picture it doesnt turn out as i see on my screen (it turns out as it looks when i zoom in) please hel, its driving me crazy!  Example:  

To use enhanced super resolution on jpeg, must open in camera raw.  I know easy right click from bridge, and I Love Bridge, but its often a nuisance to launch bridge, for just  one image. HOw open in Camera raw 1 image  on a Mac, from desktop, cant figure it out thanks.   

I think I may have found a bug in the AI Super Resolution and DeNoise Functionality in Adobe Camera Raw 15.3 when opening a file for PSCC 4.4.1.  When I open a file in ACR and then click the Enhance button, I can only choose Super Resolution OR DeNoise, not both.  If I choose Super Resolution alone, and then want to rerun Enhance for DeNoise, it is not an option.  Similarly, if I choose DeNoise first, and then want to go back and run Super Resolution, I get a message telling me that the selected photo has already been fully enhance.  I would think that it should be possible to both DeNoise an image and res it up using Super Resolution.  Is there a way to use the Enhance features for both?
