Camera Raw

Hi,I am having a hard time matching the white balance settings in camera raw to match the white balance used to make the shot with my a7iii (latest firmware).Here are my original files (RAW + SOOC jpeg):https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nFpZ1FT5POgq0gBSF_ynPjiJvZXdOtlaHere are the colors that I get when opening the RAW in the Sony Edit RAW editor without touching any sliders (i.e. white balance as shot):(this is the colors that I shot with and this is what I would like to keep)Here is the same RAW file opened in the latest camera RAW (with the camera vivid profile):It looks like the white balance white balance sliders are "saturated" (i.e. in the extremities) and cannot render the white balance properly.I had set a custom white balance in camera, so I don't know if that was a probem...I hope not ?:So, can anyone help me figure out to obtain the same white balance in camera raw as the white balance that I shot with ?Thanks a lot for your help !Philippe

I have tried importing presets that I purchased. The instructions seemed simple enough: choose "Import profiles and presets" from the profile menu. Select the Zip file (The unzipped folder isn't an option). Import completed, return to the profile menu, all that appears is the default options. If I try to reimport the presets, I'm told "Already imported." I found them in my User library under Application Support>Adobe>Camera Raw>Imported Settings.I tried to move them to the library on my hard drive, wherein I found the default settings in the Camera Raw folder under Settings, but they weren't recognized there either. Any thoughts. I can't see grain when the image fits to the screen. The only thing happening is that the image becomes less sharp when moving the sliders. When i zoom in to 100% the grain is visible.I already disabled GPU acceleration without success. I'm on Win10, latest ACR, latest Geforce driver.Dell XPS 15, I5 6300HQ, GTX 960 2GB

I have a 2019 iMac with a 3Ghz Intel Core i5 processor and OS 10.14.6.  Today I downloaded several versions of the DNG Converter from Adobe's site and from link's in the community discussions, but none resulted in a program that recognized my raw files by the DNG converter.  I'm mostly trying to convert Canon 70D and Powershot G7 X Mark II files.  All my raw files are grayed out.  I've tried restarting the computer and changing the file locations, but they won't open.

Recently, show clipping stopped working for me in Lightroom. I've now tracked down the problem and it seems to be a problem in Camera RAW too. It seems to be a bug related to certain camera profiles. If I use the newer Fuji profiles (Classic Neg or Bleach Bypass), clipped areas no longer show, even if I push the exposure, black and white points etc all the way to the end of the scale. To replicate this, just take an image with a fairly broad histogram. Open in Camera RAW with a standard Adobe profile. Push the black point or white point slider to the end, and the clipping areas will show in blue and red. Now change the profile to Camera Classic Neg, and the colors disappear.

How do I download the update for Camera Raw for Lightroom 4? I cannot seem to find a "download" button. I seem to get sent in circles. Thank you.

I use CC and raw is updated to 13.3.  I am now having issues trying to crop in raw.  The Image floats up/down when attempting to crop, and only after clicking on the image multiple times does it stop, and apply the crop where ever it may stop.  This is beyond frustrating and makes it nearly impossible to accurately crop. I am set for automatic updates, so I'm not really aware if this started after the update or not. 

I'm trying to update Photoshop/Bridge CS6 to ACR 8.7.1, supposedly the last version that works.  Bridge won't show any Nikon D600 .NEF files as is.  The old links to this update don't work, so am I wasting my time?  Or is the 8.7.1 updater still available somewhere out there?  Thanks!

I have a Canon EOS R6. I have so far edited a session and a partial wedding, my LR randomly closed and when i went back the uploaded gallery was gone. When I tried re opening the cr3 files were no longer appearing/being read. I have everything up to date and have Camera RAW 13.3I am at loss on what else to try. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to automate or script ACR Merge to Panorama feature to process multiple panos automatically? I know how to use Extended Script for batching Photoshop's Photomerge feature, but that doesn't allow me to save the output to DNG. The ACR Merge feature can save to DNG, but I don't know if there's a way to script it instead of using ACR GUI. Thank you.

In earlier camera raws, I had the ability to select the crop I wanted 4x3 and it would remain that way whenever I reopened camera raw.  In recent versions, it defaults to the original camera dimensions.  When I load a series of images , I select all, and deselect each one after I have the desired crop and exposure, going down the line.  If I change one to 4x3 and continue and come to a vertical, then it is the default again and I have to re-apply, and then again, when back on horizontal.  And every time I come back to camera raw it is the camera setting default crop dimensions.Can this custom crop be kept as the default so I don't have to change with every group and batch? It was easy enough before.

The heal/patch tool no longer shows the source of the heal/patch, it just applies some type of selection automatically.  If you hit the / key it simply cycles through a series of different selections, still not showing you the source point - meaning, you can't select/modify the source point yourself. This makes heal/patch now completely useless. Am I doing something wrong?  It didn't [not] work like this prior to the update.

Two days ago I was able to open Ricoh Theta Z1 DNG files. with no problem.  I've opened hundred of these  DNG's in the last month.  Last night it would hang EVERYTIME I opened one. I was using ACR 13.3 when it failed.  I installed ACR 13.1 just now and that works fine. NOTE: 13.3 worked on my DJI Phantom 4 DNG's, but not on Ricoh's.

Hi, I'm using acr 13.3 on a new laptop and I installed some xmp  presets but they are not visible in the preset lists.  I thought it hadn't worked so i tried to install them again and a box came up saying they have been installed already but where can I see them/access them from. help! thanks in advance.   Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... Hello! "Edit in Adobe Photoshop 2021" function in LR works very slow with Camera Raw 13.0 on my new and much faster computer (check specs bellow, Acronis True Image protection disabled). It takes almost 9 seconds to load with already opened PS application and when loaded PS don't switch active window from LR. I tried to install Camera Raw 12.4 and if i select "Render using Lightroom" in warning dialog then it open fast (2 sec) and switch active window to the PS (but with auto-save new version in LR catalog). If i select "Open Anyway" it opens for 9 seconds again.Also i noticed that old system loads all 4 available CPU threads 80+ percent during "Edit in Photoshop" process but new system loads only one CPU thread a time during it (actually it swiches several threads one by one with 80%+ loads).Specs:Old system: Windows 7, Intel i5-3570, PS 21.02, LR 9.1.New system: Windows 10, AMD 3960x, PS 22.01, LR 10.0.

 hello, the cropping tool has disappeared in camera raw filter, when the file is opened it is still there when I later want to crop the image in a picture what was simply done via camera filter is the button gone since the update? Does anyone know what or has a solution?

After updating when I open images from Bridge my camera raw isn't showing any of the tools it's just blank on the side. My macbook is up to date with Big Sur so it shouldn't be a problem with my operating system. I need to get this fixed I'm a photographer and my work is piling up! Someone please help!

I am very disappointed and desperate with the development quality of Camera Raw and Sony A1, the photographs appear broken, especially at high ISO, the colors the same, it is a very big problem, because no matter how much I retouch, it does not improve, instead I have Tried the trial version of Capture One 21 and the sky was opened, the colors appear as I take them and high ISO comes out well and defined. Gentlemen of Adobe this cannot be if I am paying I want the best and you are not giving it to me.

I had the same problem a while back and someone suggested a solution, but I cannot remember what it was. If I remember correctly I had to untick something somewhere. Any help is appreciated.

It might be my Mac, but it almost new with a lot of storage, memory and ram. But Camera Raw 13.3 is not working at all. Everything lags (especially cropping) and takes extreme amount of time! Frustrated 🤯       {Thread title edited by moderator}

Hovering over profiles and presets changes the histogram but the live preview doesn't update till I click. It works in Lightroom and Lightroom Classic but not in ACR for some reason. Hardware acceleration is enabled. Any insight is appreciated.

What a complete waste of time and money. You cant even crop a photo or drag it... good job guys 

Hello! when you open a photo in the RAW camera, the image is not displayed. The photo itself on the screen looks like a lot of stripes and the same thing (some stripes) in the histogram. Please help me fix the error.Здравствуйте! при открытии фото в  камере RAW не отображается изображение. Само фото на экране выглядит как много полосок и тоже самое (одни полоски) в гистограмме. Помогите пожалуйста исправить ошибку.

With Camera Raw 13.3, after I merge raw files to make an HDR and it saves as a DNG - when that DNG is opened, none of the changes made to the basic panel automatically by Photoshop are saved automatically. This problem only occurs with the changes Photoshop makes on its own. If you move any of the sliders before saving, all the changes are saved. Has anyone else had this problem?
