Hi Team, Is there any possiblity for an Adobe Connect account that has domain url like like adobeconnect.eu or *.in etc. We take only subdomain as input from customer during configuration from (https://subdomain.adobeconnect.com/) and prepare the complete url ourselves. We want to know if this works or we need to accept the complete url from our customer, in case adobe connect is supporting the url's like subdomain.adobeconnect.eu or *.in etc ?? Thanks,Jeevan K

I wonder why there is no closed/live captions in the webinars when Adobe Connect have the CC option but I have to pay for it. I dont think it's fair.

I am looking to see if someone can create a modified version of the existing InFrame pod.  I am trying to create a similar experience (i.e., being able to share websites), but to have the input synchronized across users so people can view as a participant enters information.  Any suggestions where I can go to have someone create such a Pod?

We are running a week-long new employee training and are finding that 2 or 3 attendees can only hear a subset of the other participants at different times. They can usually hear hosts without issue but when other attendees come off mute to ask questions, they do not hear them.  Any ideas how to troubleshoot this? I can't find a pattern of being on VPN or location, etc.  One was on browser, one was on app.

When I join a meeting, I am to use my webcam. With that being said, I don't see how to blur the background so they don't see everything in my house. There is no option to test the camera or speakers, only sign in and enter the room. Please help!!!

Hihow can I add multiple user with different permission to a meeting with API?I know if all user have same permission use action=permissions-update with multiple &principal-id="" parameter, but what about different permission?

 This "Files Panel" on Right Bottom is Overlapping and Covering my Sent Chat history.. that I can't see what I've write 2 seconds ago.. Can you Add a Minimizing Button, Instead of Full Screen button, this will fix all the pain. Thx,

Is Chroma Cam compartible with Adobe Connect?  I have the software installed and Chroma Cam is selected as the camera but I have a back screen.  

I know some people use Connect for webinars and improptu meetings, but I am wondering how many use it for teaching a class for a week at a time?  I teach 4 or 5 day classes for 7+ hours a day (I've been doing this with Connect for many years now). I'd like to see what others do in this mode of use. I assign students to a team for the entire week. It would be great for the Connect class to remember the students and the breakrooms they are assigned to initially. If they get bumped from Connect during a breakout session they could go right back into the assigned room without me having to go to the Main Room to shuttle them to your room. (Perhaps this could be a class Preferences setting to say 'remember room assignment'?) As it is now, they must be re-assigned each day. I find the new Standard Connect's way of moving students to a breakout room to be cumbersome because of the checkbox that creates a group. I taught a class a few weeks ago that started acting wonky at logon. Some students were told to wait for the instructor to start the class, but some students STARTED the class when they logged on. They weren't told to wait. Crazy. I wasn't able to determine if it worked that way for specific students each logon (4 day class). I found out, when I went to start the class, only to find it had been running for 20 minutes already. Anyone else seen this?  I am teaching again on the 18th and I'll see if it happens with a new class (created from a template).

I switched from Classic to the Standard view and when I share (window or applicaton) on my Windows 10 PC, the first monitor loses the classroom window (it is minimized). I can't find a setting to stop this. The mini-control is disabled in the preferences and I tried changing the shared monitor (in the Connect Tray menu). No change,  I can click on the app in the tray and it comes back, but that is an annoying extra step that wasn't required in the Classic app on a dual monitor setup. P.S. It would be nice if the Share Screen window would remember the last selected tab instead of defaulting to Application. (Sharing an application looks strange on the student screen.)

Hi. We are having an issue where MP4s we have uploaded to Adobe Connect are stopping at random places for different learners. Sometimes the video will stop at the same spot for some people but it is very random in that for some people it plays fine and for others it will stop in random places. The video will not progress forward and just stays stuck. When you click play the video returns back to the beginning. Thanks.

When I click the Preview options (Preview Presentation, Preview Current Slide, Preview Next 5 Slides) I recieve a message saying "You will need to upgrade Adobe Flash Player before using this option.Press OK to install the latest player, or Cancel to return to your presentation.". If I click OK, it brings me to the Flash Player end of life page- which of course we all know is no longer supported.How can I use the Preview functions now in 2022? 

On Windows 11, through updated Adobe Presenter, I am unable to publish as I get  a message that the Adobe Flash Player needs to be updated.  I have tried to run Powerpoint as an adminstrator and remove automatic updates, but it is still doing the same.

Hello,I'm testing a new audio profile and when I was about to start a new meeting, I got this error message : I switched to my usual audio profile and start a meeting again and after seeing the standard tab where I can choose whether I want "Phone" or "Device Speaker" I got another error message:  Finally, after hitting the "Cancel" button I was able to choose the Phone option and get dialed in.  Do you have any idea how to get rid of these error messages because it is annoying and can confuse our users?  Thanks

Having a strange issue with client where the recorded video does not allow them edit video in the drop down. However older ones do. It only shows download file for current recording and one's from few days ago. the client is a host and ran the meeting themselves, so not sure the issue here as all details of the meetings are identical. Any solutions for troubleshooting? Thanks!

HI all - we are having issues with Adobe connect kicking users out from a meeting. the error shows ashttps://nccor1.adobeconnect.com/api/cas/index not responding please contact admin. It happens in both browser and the app. Is anyone experiencing this. Support number is non existence to get immediate help.

I had this message pop up at the beginning of my training. And the issue was on for our audio bridge. 

While playing back a recorded meeting I click full screen so I can read clearly what is on screen (especially if it is a text file in smaller font during code reviews). If I pause the recording and then start playing again, it switches back to meeting view showing all the participants. This reduces the font size in the playback window making it hard to see. How to hide the participant pane to fix this?
