Hi!I've been trying to download my classes from adobe connect. and the downloader apps don't seem to work. can anyone help me on how to download the classes as video? or is there any other way to watch the class recordings with for example 2x speed?

We have a license on premises. We are face troubles in accessing @  Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test https://connect.portici.enea.it/common/help/en/support/meeting_testParticularly connectivity and speed test  show bad and troubles in the connection. It seems as the  connection is broken. Which could be another opportunity to suggest to the participants in our meeting to test their computer  and their  connection?? Thank you

Hello, We are using Preseneter 11 with PowerPoint 365 Version 16 - 64ibt.When publishing to HTML 5 the results on the Quiz page not the labels are small.  We have tried recreating the page but continue to have the results that are reported being shown extrememly small.  I am attachng two captures.  The first is from PowerPoint showing the font size as it appears in PowerPoint.  The second is the published version show the small text. Inspecting the HTML the font-size is showing as 29px.  If we edit this and change it to 3 times the size, 87px, then the font is showing at the same size as the labels. The questions themselves do not have this problem and they show at the correct size. Can anybody direct us to how to resolve this issue?  Edit: We tried increasing the fontsize for the variables in PowerPoint and there was no change to the size in the Published verison.  How can we change the size that the variables are being shown

HI I'm using ArtixLinux and want to run Adobe Connect on a virtual machine.I installed Android X86 on Virt-Manager, installed adobe connect but the app won't open.each time I try to open app from applications menu or a meeting room app won't open and I got an error report from android. please help.

I created a PowerPoint presentation in Office 365 Desktop with animations on the slides. I have Adobe Creative Cloud and Presenter 11,1,5When I installed presenter, there was a link to get flash and then a box to check so it would not look for updates -- this was to get Presenter to work. So far, so good. I want to share the PDF with the animations, not just the final slide after each animation is loaded.I went to the Presenter tab, clicked on publish, then Adobe PDF, chose the location and typed the file name and clicked publish. After about 2 minutes, the publish progress box vanished. There is a file, but when I open it in Acrobat, it is a while box with the error "this content requires flash player, which is no longer supported"I need to share this with someone, and don't know what to do from here. To ask someone else to install a flash workaround is not realistic.  I appreciate your response.

The link for Presenter support takes me to thei forum. I am unable to install Presenteter 11.1 trial. I repeatedly get the window that says my system is outdated. I have run all Windows 10 updated. The link on the dialog takes me to a web page that discusses using IE. However, on other web pages, I see that Adobe is no longer supporting IE for logins. All this is rather obsure about what is failing. The page mentions that all Adobe software must also be the latest version. Out of frustration, I removed ALL Adobe software. I am still unable to install. This software is still offered on the Adobe site for a subscription, but apparently without a support forum. I appreciate any help to install this. I have some previous presentations that I need to fix slide errors. I would actually very pleased if Adobe were to continue to update this product, or at least get it so that the trial can be installed. The setup file is dated 2018.

Hello everyone, I have a problem that I can't publish my project which includes buttons. Buttons can't work if I use option of video. If I use html, it doesn't work in another video. No way to publish ?? I want to share my project easily. 

I have several Templates with Layouts.  Almost all of the templates work well when a new meeting is created from them. However, one of the templates seems to fail when a new meeting is created from it. I get a blank layout with a single Notes pod, with the following text:  The template you are looking at is the one we use if the default template feature is not working. That strange thing is that when it first started happening, it was intermittent. Sometimes it would work and other times it wouldn't.  Then we had one of the meeting rooms that had been created from the template look fine initially, but then when I went back to it later, the templates had disappeared and the one Notes pod with the text above was showing.I would really not like to have to recreate the meeting layouts! Any suggestions for how to get this working?Please help me!!!And please - don't tell me to go to support.  I have called and called, emailed, updated my ticket and I get NO response.&nbs

We have faced an issue while using adobe connect and we are in need of your aid. We have developed an application in order to gain easier access while entering adobe in form of web view.The problem is that we can't have audio and video at the same time and the sound is received sooner than the video ;as a result, there is no harmony between these two in recorded videos.We would be greatful to get some solutions which can help us solve this problem.Thanks for your cooperation and suggestions in advance

Hi All,My clients use several non standard font packages that are installed on their terminals. However every time they upload their powerpoints to Adobe Connect Pro they lose the fonts and the characters revert to other styles.Where can I install our font pack to ensure this doesn't happen?

Hello everyone!We are planing an online workshop aimed at the researchers from Cuba. However, we don't know even whether they are even able to use Adobe Connect. We know that Zoom is blocked in Cuba, but how about Adobe Connect? Is it the same, since it is a company based in the US?Thank you in advance for a prompt reply!  

I like  to say if there was more options to the main app (Adobe connect)Like video speed or other video player options it could make good afair because listeners like students (me for example) can understand teachers lessons faster and easier and wont get bored by slow talking.also easier access to the environment can make another good afair.Thank You.

I am having problems. When I am using adobe connect on browser the video image works, but when I open the meeting using the downloaded app the video just does not load, a circle appears like the image is loading but nothing changes.thank you in advance for your help

Hello guys. I just wantedto ask whether screensharing your screen (not app) on adobe also trasnmits audio from PC apps. I would want to find a way to interact with my students.  I know this was not possible beforer, however  with the new adobe  I thought  it may be.

I'm doing a training series of 5 classes spread out over 5 months. I'm using the same meeting room each month just restaging each layout for the month's content and exercises. When I used the breakout rooms the second month, layouts showed the new shared content I created in each breakout. When I sent participants to the breakouts and then visited each room, I saw that some of the breakouts had pulled the shared content from the previous month. When the training was over and all participants had left the session, I went back in to each breakout layout and it was set up they way I had intended it to be. Why is it pulling old shared content that is not in the current layout?

It has been a couple days since the problem has started. I have tried everything. I restarted the mac(macbook air 2021 M1). I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I have updated Chrome and Adobe. I installed the 2019 version. I Have tried it with Safari and Microsoft edge. I don't Know what else to do. please help me.

I cant load my adobe connect sessions because the flash player has been blocked from 21 december 2020.I have problems with loading through both browser and application on Mac os ver 12.0.1.As you can see in the first screenshot , the session gets freezed on that progressive bar, when I want to open my session via browser.In the second screenshot, the window does not open correctly and remain in a minimum size without any thing to be happened. how can i manage this issue and continue to my online sessions?

I am sorry to say that most of the apps in your site don't have SWF. And I am unable to use them for my adobe connect classes. It would be wonderful if you could help me with this peoblem.

Could you help me? How can I export an Adobe Connect recording as archive as priviosly was?

I'm having issues downloading recorded meetings. I was using /output/filename.zip?download=zip appended to the end of the meeting recording URL, and that worked fine. I have a process to convert and sync the .flv files. Somewhere along the way this stopped working. I get "the selected resource does not exist" on the server message now. Something changed, I don't know what. The training team moves these recordings to other rooms when they have sessions, but that didn't cause me any misery the first time they did it. The admin made me a host, so I could use the connect app to download as .mp4, however, this freezes even on short recordings. It's not the computer, as the same error happens on all three of mine and I have a 400M internet connection. The desktop app freezes even when not recording, or mutilates the video. What am I missing?I'm trying to avoid having to use camtasia to record these meetings.

Does somebody know if Adobe Presenter works with Office 365 ?I'm searching that information...... but it's seems to be written nowhere !!!!!!! Thanks
