Does somebody know if Adobe Presenter works with Office 365 ?I'm searching that information...... but it's seems to be written nowhere !!!!!!! Thanks

Did anybody else experience connection problems with Adobe Conneect today?  I first encountered an issue with the "Preparing the Room" taking 3-5 minutes (normally 10-20 seconds).  This happened this morning at 7:30am ET.  Later in the day, just prior to 2pm ET I and several users on my rooms had similar problems, including not recognizing the room link, and being kicked out abruptly. This happened in a number of different meeting rooms, so it's not specific to the meeting room. I contact Adobe Connect, and the troubleshooting people could not repolicate and claimed there were no system outages.  Same was true in Desktop app and web.

I am a beginner to the app trying to start a room , what is an example of a correct way to write the room name and content link to start the room , keep getting invalid link error , feedback is really welcomed , im using the pc app by the way

For example, if your webserver is Apache 2.4, add the following to the certbot renew command:  $ -pre-hook “net stop Apache2.4” --post-hook “net start Apache2.4”What about Adobe connect Server? Hi,I want to use the Adobe Connect App on Smartphone to share the Smartphone camera. When using the smartphone in Portrait, it’s not stuttering, but aspect ratio will not be adjusted, it looks like Adobe still keeps the ratio like it was Landscape. When moving the smartphone to Landscape (to get good aspect ratio in Adobe, and I mainly need Landscape view), video starts to stutter quite heavily.I have tried last week with IPhone 6S (iOS 14.4.1) and Samsung S9+ (Android 10), both I have tested with current version of the App "Adobe Connect" and "Adobe Connect New".Wifi was good (google speedtest said upload rate is 80 MBit/s).Ratio in Adobe Settings and in Smartphone camera both is 4:3Do you have any ideas how I can improve the situation?

Now we want to upload to AC for given event so we can project the same during on Webinar Monday.During upload, the system gives message - There was an error converting your file.The snapshot along with MediaInfo of the MP4 file is attached for reference.Regards,Deepak

Since a few days, when I start the Desktop app, it's just a white window showing " File not found" (in a fixed-width font). (No connection list or anything). So I tried the browser solution, and when clicking the link in the browser, the app loads fine (goes directly to the meeting). 

I currently cannot install with the latest installer (the installer takes forever to do anything and then says download failed)Downloaded the full setup, but same download (!) error.Installed using the old setup - which installed the current version. I just noticed by accident:In the temp folder, there are now 4.25 GB new temp (mostly .tmp.zip) files from the installation attempts. One of our students is complaining that he can only hear audio in Adobe Connect from one ear. His audio setup seems to be ok. Also, he doesn't have this issue on Google Meet, but he has the same problem as Adobe Connect with Skype. Any fixes?

Hello,We are situated in Europe and would like to download the 30days test version of Adobe Connect Webinar. When trying to do so, it says that Adobe Connect 11 is only available for America so far. I'm fine with that, but is there an option to get at least Adobe Connect 10 for Europe as a test version for the moment? And if yes, how can I get it?We are for the moment comparing and and afterwards selecting a webinar software for our company. When i launch my eeting I am enetered as a participant, and am unable to access the layouts. I can only see the participant view. Why is this?

Probably a hardware or network issue on our end (we're the government and we're a decade behind) but just wodering if anyone else is experiencing mp 4 video playback issues that are seemingly random. We already use extremely low res custom codecs (using the setttings from Connect 8 to format the videos) and nobody is on the VPN. Having people in the same room see one screen freeze up and another working fine - and thoughts?

I don't know why this question seems to be one of those no one ever asks in this forum, but I cannot find a way to delete a whiteboard. And before you post information about erasing the content on a whiteboard, just don't. I need to know how to delete the whiteboard itself, the same way that I can delete any pod. My whiteboards have numbers, presumedly for organization purposes. But I cannot for the life of me find a way to make the whiteboard, number and all, remove from my adobe connect room. Can anyone help me with this. Everything else in the room seems to have a pretty straightforward way to remove it forever, but not the whiteboards list. Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to switch the (front and back) camera during video call?

Hi, I am using an online course that uses Adobe Connect to stream its on-demand videos. The videos are small 200x200 pixel streams with synced slides. Everytime I try to access these videos, they do not stream smoothly and pause every few seconds for buffering (however there is no buffering indicator anywhere). If I leave them paused for sometime and then play again, I am able to see the video for a longer time until the buffer runs out and the freezing starts again.The course provider has cited internet connectivity as the problem but I am not convinced because first I tried accesing this course on a 1Mbps ADSL connection and then on a 2Mbps cable connection but the problem persisted. Surprisingly the speed test provided by Adobe says with an exclamation mark that I have a modem connection!! What does that mean exactly and what is the minimum speed required to access these videos? Usually during late night the problem does not occur and I am able to see the videos properly.But its ver

We've been using Adobe Connect in our organization for training and back in the spring, we had no issues with it, but recently, we've started more training over it. This time, webcams haven't been working for people connecting using the desktop app but they are for people connecting through a browser. It doesn't appear to be Microsoft Teams or any other video conferencing app that's causing this and all permissions are set for the Connect app to work properly. All webcams are 720p or 1080p and all staff using the app are on version 2021.9.28.64 and running up-to-date Windows 10 computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
