How do I view attendance on recorded meetings that employees watched at a later date?

Has anyone found a solution to the problems Adobe Connect has with Windows 7?

So my organization uses Adobe Connect Pro 7 to host meetings on a closed network, which means the users are not able to download the add-in via internet connect to Adobe's servers.What I did was I downloaded the Adobe Connect 7.5 Add-in setup file and installed it on a machine.  It would show the message "This program might not have installed correctly."  I've tried reinstalling it with recommended settings as well as ignoring the message, but either way, when I use this machine to enter a meeting room, it still asks the user to install the Add-in, and the Share My Screen and Share From Computer options don't work.  Clicking on them (including the link to install the Add-in in a bubble on the upper right) gives the message "A download error occurred.  Try to download again?"I've also tried restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling Adobe Flash.  Is the Add-in normally supposed to work as soon as the setup file is installed.

I cannot get past the screen that says "loading Adobe connect" on my new Windows 8 computer.  I have logged in successfully.  I have run their test and all 4 checks came back positive.  Any tips?

I deleted several meetings and did not realize that the recordings (with unique URLs) were connected. I lost the recordings and now I am wondering if there is a way to get them back. Thanks!

I have some questions about the managed services deployment option for Adobe Connect 9Does the AC9 A managed services deployment include the cost of running on AWS or do I have to purchase that separately?Can I upgrade from AC8 on premises to a managed deployment? Hello, we are considering buying hosted Adobe Connect licenses and we would like to have all communication secured. When adding the SSL option will all the connections be tunneled over RTMPS?I've read here that all connection are transmitted unencrypted per default. In order to achieve encrypted connections over RTMPS all clients need to block the outgoing port 1935. Is this true? Is it possible to force RTMPS from the hosted admin console?Thanks & best regards

I am setting up a meeting for the first time on my new Adobe Connect account.  I have set the time zone in our administration account to Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5).I have set the meetign start time to 10:00 a.m.The Meeting Invitation in my Outlook calendar says the meeting starts at 1:00 p.m. .. 3 hours later than it should.Any suggestions as to how to remedy this?Russ Milland

We have a hosted Adobe Connect account. We were notified that our hosted account would be upgraded to AC9 automatically on December 9th, but AC9 features are not enabled. What does our Administrator have to do to enable Adobe Connect 9 new features?

I am receiving this error when I try to start the audio in a Connect meeting room. This has never happened for this meeting room and prior to today, it has always worked fine. There are only 4 people in the meeting room and Intercall is our audio conferencing service. Any ideas as to why this would be happening? The error is below. I would have uploaded a screenshot of the error, but when I click the Insert Image button, a window pops up with nothing in it. I have an Adobe username and password.  I'm trying to log into an adobe connect training video.  It says I have invalid user name and password.How do I fix it?

In my Meeting Dashboard there is no data for "Most Active Meetings Over Last 30 Days" and "Most Participant Meetings Over Last 30 Days" even though I have had several meetings in the past few weeks. The dashboard is showing graphical data for "Most Viewed Recordings Over Last 30 Days" though. I have Adobe Connect 8.Any ideas why there is no data. Thanks.

When I get a flash update from Adobe, does that impact the Connect Add-In?  Does it need to update if it is sharing the Flash that was installed with the latest update?  I am trying to 'wrap' my head around what the Add-In really is....

I am having lockups with the latest Add-In on Connect 9 using Logitech's Pro9000 webcam using their latest W7 64-bit drivers.  Others have complained of the logitech 64-bit drivers in other apps as well.Anyone have a favorite camera for Connect 9?  I feel like I need to build a machine dedicated to Connect and don't use it for anything else, once I get it stable.  Surely it won't come to that.Are Macs well behaved in Connect as a host/presenter plaform?

Adobe Connect 8 attendee can not see breakout room layout, why?

I'm trying to find any definitive details on the aspect ratio and fps supported by Connect 9.  It is well documented for 8 that it was 640x480 at 20 fps.  Is that the same for 9?  Or has that improved?
