scammer alert : Cumputer Dukan <link for scammer removed by moderator> i paid for a lifetime software and instead this fraud gave me a free 7 day trial for subscription. i requested 2021 or 2023 software not the newest for my older mac catalina os. he sent me a reciept saying 2025 software in the link to download it - BUT it did come up as 2023 in the icon after loading. HOWEVER it does not open as software. instead, it shows a popup box THIS IS A 7 DAY FREE TRIAL FOR SUBSCRIPTION. i live in rural india. we have no cloud access and 1gb per day internet. i need software NOT subscription for a book with many illustrations. i do not have the access to internet for a subscription or cloud use. this is why i need software and adobe only sells this by 3rd party. it looked scammy (doesnt even spell computer correctly) so first, i actually spent hours in chat on adobe to purchase direct. the chat agent gave me the SAME LINK i w
First of all, increasing the Adobe Pro Creative Plan from 20$ a month to 29.99$ a month is insane. To top it all off I've had this subscription for over a year now, which means I have to pay 39.99$ a month??!! How am I as a college student supposed to pay this 40$ a month till I graduate? I have never seen more of a greedier company who do not care about its users. Don't even get me started on the cancellation fee...

I've just received a replacement Laptop from my insurers, however, instead of replacing like for like, they've given me a Microsoft Exertis Surface 15 laptop, this operates on the Snapdragon X Elite CPU. Whilst this is ok for basic stuff it appears there is an issue when trying to use all the new AI functions within PS, LR and ACR, the issue being they don't show, aren't available, damned annoying, anyone else had this issue and if show is there a work around, any advice is most appreciated.
Hello Adobe Team, As a long-time Illustrator user, I want to suggest a feature that would significantly improve workflow efficiency. Currently, once text is expanded, there’s no way to see what font was originally used. This becomes frustrating when revisiting a file later, only to realize that I need to retype or match text but can’t recall the font. My proposal is a “Font Recall” feature: when hovering over expanded text, Illustrator would display the original font name (and style) that was used prior to expanding. This would save time, reduce guesswork, and streamline design revisions. This small addition would have a big impact for designers who frequently expand text for outlines, logos, and print work. Please make it possible to download entire folders or multible files (more than 10) from the cloud. It isn't possible to save hundreds of files for my backup. That's something a cloud should offer for a pofessional workflow.

I would love to see the desktop version of Creative Cloud optimized for the desktop. Here's a good example of what I mean: lists of horizontally arranged menu items could open automatically as you roll over them and then stay open as you mouse downward to choose the item in the vertical list - like the top menu bar in Mac OS - instead of every, single, thing, being, a, single, click, to open and choose anything. It's just so slow and feels like backwards steps on the desktop - like I'm trudging through sucking mud to move forward. The feeling is similar to when I work with web versions of apps: it's like working on Dropbox's browser interface vs. working in the Mac OS Finder. I'm sure it's easier for Adobe to make all versions the same, but a desktop is not an iPad, so interaction can be different, i.e. desktops allow for rollovers and iPads don't, so why not take advantage of that to make the desktop version the best it can be. I recently got the newest MacBook Pro M4 and I redownloaded CC and all the apps that I had in my previous Macbook Pro with no issues, or so I thought. I keep getting errors below and read the adobe articles and all requires previous steps that I can solve, such as making sure the library is synched (it wont sync), updating CC (cant update it), etc. I can still access the apps i have downloaded on my Mac, and also have CC installed at my work desktop and everything works fine, but library is not backing up and can't update CC there as well. I am confused on what I can do, I considered manually deleting the apps but the apps are not backed up and am concered I will lose my projects and they are important on my desktop as well. I also cant download new apps on Mac such as AE, that is downloaded on the PC at work. Here are the errors I keep getting error 109 at work PC , error 108 in the Macbook Pro (which I know what it is and make sure I dont have any open app)
Hello all, I encounter an error (0xc000007b) trying to open all versions of Photoshop I can install from Creative Cloud Desktop. When searching online, I see this error is related to C++ runtime library dependencies. I am running on a Windows ARM architecture Surface Pro X with the Microsoft SQ1 processor. I have tried following instructions in forum posts installing various C++ runtime libraries to no avail, but I highly suspect that most forum responses will not apply to me, because of ARM architecture. Therefore, I imagine it is fairly important to be updated to the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop, and then I can go from there. When trying to update Creative Cloud Desktop (not Adobe XD), I get an error code 191. Here is the relevant log output from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\Install.log. I have tried all solutions here or they do not apply to me. Info log output:FATAL: Error (Code = 191) executing in command 'AddU
If the Marathi language is not responding to your app and you do not have the Marathi font, then I think Adobe should work on this because it will be easier for a Marathi person to handle it. I hope you will do something about this soon, your Adobe member.
I can not download acrobat, have not tried any other app. Says I do not have any available storage, I switched the destination to a drive with PLENTY of available storage but has the same issue. This has been going on for 2 hours.
The requirement to sign out and sign in every time I work from a different computer is really annoying. I take photos for my business and depending on the time of day, need to edit them from my laptop, my office PC, my home PC, or a PC in our school's theater where the photos are taken. I often end up using all four PC's in the same day, and each time I need to switch PC's I have to (1) sign into creative cloud, (2) enter the digits of my cell phone, (3) wait for the 2FA text and enter that code, (4) enter my password, and (5) select another device to sign out of. What makes these even worse is that the sign-in is all or nothing; if I want to use Lightroom on one PC and Acrobat on another PC in the same day, under the same license, I need to sign in/out of the entire suite of software. I am the ONLY person who ever uses my account, and find this to be a completely unneccesary and time-wasting hassle. If Adobe knows which other devices are in use, why can't
Hi, When there are new updates available for any of my Adobe products, it shows a red dot on the Creative Cloud icon. It freaks me out every time because red means something is wrong. If it's just a new update alert, it would be nice if it were a blue dot. I'm using iMac with latest operating system (Sequoia 15.6) and Adobe Creative Cloud version 6.7.0.278. Thanks for listening!
In the last several Creative cloud app updates, Adobe seems keen on badgering us with their new features and products. News Flash! we already bought the product, stop trying to sell us. All the pop-ups are just a time-sucking annoyance. Maybe the software and marketing people at Adobe have lots of time to kill, but those of us paying for the product just want to use it to get our work done. There needs to be a preference setting in every CC application to turn-off current and future feature and marketing pop-ups and introductions.
Hello, I created a website from Adobe Muse for a client 6 months ago. As you know, you can access Adobe Muse when you go to account>preferences>apps tab in creative cloud and click "show older apps". But after 6 months, I had to reset my computer for some reason and I cannot see the "show old apps" option in the creative cloud I just downloaded. For this reason I don't have access to Adobe Muse. I use the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB package individually. I watched a video on the internet showing that I can activate this feature from the admin console, but for some reason the admin console does not allow me access. What can I do? If I cannot update the website, I will be at great loss.
This is less a "bug" than a willful slap in the face to paying customers. It 's very common for someone to have an employer-provided subscription to some products (like CC), and then to pay for another personally, (like Captivate). When that happens, Adobe forces you to have two separate profiles, and it's impossible to use apps from both of the subscriptions at the same time. You have to log out of one profile (which disables the the apps in that one), and then log into the other (with multi-factor authentication, no less), if you need to use the apps under that subscription. Adobe refuses to remedy this. It's a disgraceful and shoddy way to treat its customers; there's no reason why they can't just make them separate accounts that work on the same comptuer. Instead, they tell you to convince your employer to pay for all your products--which clearly is an attempt to get more revenue from bulk subscriptions. It's shameful.
Hello, two days ago I got a weird error when starting creative cloud.Sth about Microsoft Visual c++,I thought I might have a bad file so I reinstalled that but then creative cloud and the apps still diidnt start.So I deinstalled all of creative cloud and the apps to reinstall them hoping to make it work again, but since then whenever I try to install creative cloud or one of the apps like Photoshop or premiere pro directly I get this error and I just don't know what to do.I have a Video to finish soon and I really need this to work... This is the error I keep getting:If anyone had this and solved it before I would be truly grateful, because I don't know what to do anymore.
