I'm using ID 2023 on a 2018 Mac mini running Sequoia.
When I open CC desktop app it now opens in full screen. It does not remember the compact size I wanted it to be.
I noticed that whenever Windows Explorer restarts for any reason, the system tray for Creative Cloud Desktop disappears, despite the program still running. The root cause is that Windows by default doesn't re-add system tray icons when it re-creates the taskbar (which can happen if Explorer itself restarts, and I believe also upon certain system settings changes, shell extension installations, etc.) Rather, the app itself has to listen for the "TaskbarCreated" Window Message as described in this Microsoft article: "the Shell notifies applications that the taskbar has been created. When the taskbar is created, it registers a message with the TaskbarCreated string and then broadcasts this message to all top-level windows. When your taskbar application receives this message, it should assume that any taskbar icons it added have been removed and add them again." There's an example on that page, and the process is also descirbed in this blog post, but basically you have to use
So i wanted to start learning Premiere Pro for a Video Project that I was gonna do but when I open'ed the app I got met with flashing lights that don't stop and get worse and worse over time. I tried restarting the app, running it as administrator, and restarting my desktop but the same thing happens, and Its getting annoying as I cant see most of the options. In the middle of working on a file that had quite a bit of input, I was kicked out of Creative Cloud, losing all of the work I had just done. My options when it closed was to save the work I had done on the template I was using, which wasn't an option unless I could change the file name or let it go. Not good options!!! Why did this happen, and is there any way to prevent this in the future. I think that Creative Cloud was automatically updated, which it isn't supposed to do. Yeah, I'm a little peaved right now.
Hi, I have a adobe 3D license that gives me acces to the entire 3D suite.Whenever I try to use both painter and designer simultaneously on 1 device, whichever app I opened up last will throw me a 205 error and force me to quit that session.I have asked a lot of my artist friends if they come accross the same issue and they don't...Obviously I need both open to be able to cross reference work accross those 2 appsThank you 🙂
It was a bad choice to make them all the same colour from the beginning, and it's gone on long enough. I'd just like to be able to see what the app is at a glance. It's not branding, it just sucks.
On my MacBook Pro - Adobe Creative Cloud app shows a Home button at the top on the left-hand side. My work desktop Mac doesn't have one? Why not, how can I get it back? Attached screenshot shows no home button.

I have deadlines to hit, and I can't access Photoshop at all.I initially installed Adobe Creative Cloud on Windows 11 with Atlas OS. However, after the install has gone through, I'm given a white screen with "Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load." Allowing this time, I'm then given a popup that says "Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged."Initially I ran through every single item on this thread, but I had no luck. Thinking it was down to Atlas OS, I reinstalled Windows 11 with different Atlas settings. When this didn't work, I reinstalled plain Windows 11. This again didn't work, so I downgraded to Windows 10 with a fresh install.In total I've reinstalled Windows 4 times to try to get to the bottom of this issue but I'm absolutely unable to. My University is blocking access to the CC Libraries so they won't sync when I am on campus. Until they decide to resolve this I need my libraries. I exported them from my off campus PC(which has access to the files) Tried importing my content to my University PC and all of the content did not not transfer. Looks like there may be some Illustrator files which show up as missing . Any ideas? Any words of wisdom to our IT department about fixing the issue so they just sync as designed?
I notice today that LR classic, Photoshop Bridge won't show any newly made folders , Anyone else seen this ?
My team is exploring using the Creative Cloud more to share creative files. One issue we have is if you want to send a link to a file, it automatically opens in the web browser, not the desktop app. Is there a way to mitigate this workflow?

Hola, estoy teniendo un problema al intentar instalar Adobe Creative Cloud en mi computadora (Windows 10, 64-bit).Al instalar la app, se queda trabada siempre en 60,5%. Si cierro el instalador, parece que la instalación igual se completa, porque puedo abrir la app.El problema es que al abrirla, me aparece el error de "Sin conexión a Internet" cada 2 segundos, aunque estoy conectada a un Wi-Fi estable.Ya probé:Cambiar los DNS a los de GoogleDesinstalar por completo con la herramienta oficial de AdobeBorrar carpetas residuales (AppData, ProgramData, Temp, etc.)Conectarme desde otro Wi-Fi (incluso desde el hotspot del celular)Volver a descargar el instalador y reinstalarActualmente tengo una suscripción activa a mi nombre, comprada desde Argentina. In the Fonts section of the Creative Cloud app, please add: search function so I don't have to scroll through the list of fonts to find a specific oneoption to collapse all font menus (so that just the family name is visible; would love if this was the default view as well)option to sort by whether the family / font is installed locally or not (I've got to scroll and click through my list of thousands of fonts to make sure all are installed on my system, why?)option to "Install all font families" (again, I've got to go through the list do this for each family individually, why?) I use Google drive to upload files to send to clients. I thought as I'm paying for Adobe cloud why not use that instead. Little did I know that you can't do that. Why not allow people to drag and drop a file into a folder and then let them send a link to the client to download. Very simple. i never use Adobe cloud. I understand it's so you can work on projects remotely. Well that's fun when you've got a massive Premiere Pro project with all the assets and you want to work on it on the side of the mountain and your internet speed is dire. 40 years later and you managed to put in a dissolve. Anyway, please think about what I've said. I pay for your space but never use it, because it doesn't work for me in the way you've set it up.
I have the full creative cloud package, which includes acrobat Pro. I see that it's in my package, but if I install it, the regular acrobat is installed on my computer. I've tried everything that's recommended, uninstall-reinstall, account disconnection etc. Nothing works. I'm on a Mac and my Mac is up to date. I just updated cc and all my files were not loading and cc was sluggish. I contracted help on Adobe and they said nothing about the system wasn't working on their end. I found out by looking on the interent to see if they had outages, and yes, a lot, on and off. The person I talked to said nothing about it. I finally got it working but slow as hell and not again, all my images are gone again!
Hello! I would love, love, LOVE to be able to filter and sort files in my Adobe libraries by what kind of license they have: Licensed (from Adobe Stock), Unlicensed (also from Adobe Stock), or Non-Stock (anything else). We can already do this in the Stock site's library, but not in the CC Desktop App library, or the CC online equivalent library, or in Bridge. But sadly the Stock site doesn't let us move licensed images from one library or group to another - at least, not easily enough that I'd have found it within the last few years. In other words, I would love to have one designated place I can access and manage my Adobe Stock library in detail. Currently different important features are split across several different places - the Stock site, the CC central hub app (whether desktop or online), and Bridge. Ok i only get 250 credits with my photoshop plan, which is too little so i have to get another plan for 2000 credits. do these new credits add to my photoshop plan so i get 2250 cridts a month or do my photoshop credits just dissappear and i do not get what i pay for? also do these credits count when you tell me you cannot generate something due to your censorship? if they do, and you stop me is this not steallling my money because i pay for a service and you stop me because of your censorship. i want to change womens clothes color thats it and i get censored, i want to change a short dress to a long one and i get censored, yet you will count and take credits for what you think is wrong when it is not? sounds like a good scam to me. let me know thanks.
I'm starting to getting angry/irritating, my ACCD (Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop) always gets damaged and removed everytime i starting/logging in to my PC. I have to download the install file and even the download file getting removed when i've logging in somehow too. So i have to re-download everytime. PC Spec:Windows 11 Proi5-12600k32GBRTX 2080.
